Shady business and No point of trying to get new shoes that drops or trying to win a raffle here. These people sells it to the same couple of resellers and back doors the shoes. Was here for the mocha drop an hour 15 before they opened and sold it to the same resellers. We got there around 9:45 and told us they gave out tickets at 9:30. Called a day before and was told to come in at 11. We were told that it was out but we watched them bring more out and sold them. Normal people won’t be able to buy shoes here. You have to have connections and pay them under the table

Id give it a 5 but when i called to ask abt leftover pairs the person that picked said “no” and hung up 😂😂

Lazy as hell staff, cashier even had her leg up while we was trying to pay and anytime I would ask for a sneaker there was an attitude and that’s with two different females. Never again!!!

Amazing service. The manager Trevor helped me out to get an exchange of my shoes. They ripped after only a little over a month, I didnt have a receipt but they had my email on file which made it super easy. I definitely will be back soon.

Got a gift card for foot locker and I have to have wide toe shoes. No go on the wide toe but search and try other styles, might have the width you need. I had to buy Nike😢. Sorry Reebok.

Sales lady Leilania is a great asset to the company. I was ready to walk out but with her approach and investigation found what I was looking for and made a $100 dollar sale. Next time Im in Ill be looking for her help. Malia was also polite and helpful .

Ordered a shoe online, went to store to purchase. Got an email notification that my sale was cancelled and had to go back in to get my money back. During all of this the staff was rude and was hesitant to give me money back on my card. Wont be shopping here again.
