My experience was great!! Now that local stores offer the same Standard Issue discount, I’m very happy. Wish supply was better in store, suppose it’s the norm right now with COVID, but it’s a game changer now that military are recognized in store. My in store Owen was very helpful. Thank you.

Lost a his/hers pair sale because they were to busy chatting and giggling amongst themselves and checking their phones. Wow!

Melissa and Albert are amazing and I come back for their Rx glasses due to their clarity. They take your Rx and fill it with the Oakley lenses which are so much better than competitors.

Dude didnt know what he had and didnt have in stock. Between the 2 employees they could not even coordinate their misinformation properly. One said they had several of a certain pair and then the other would negate that with a statement that was dimwitted and clearly inaccurate. I didnt understand until I left that they were trying to push all their floor models to the point of losing a sale just to retain the clean ones

We visited this location today and had an amazing experience. Melissa assisted us and educated us on all that Oakley has to offer for the vision impaired person like me. I had no idea they would work with insurance and that they would fill the lenses through Oakley! Thank you very much for all of the information. I will be back when I am ready to fill new glasses.

Was here today and we were talking to the girl about glasses and lenses. And the sale after calculating the sales myself and seeing the better deal she then said u can get additional $35 off purchase of glasses but never said anything in the beginning. Almost like she was keeping it to herself. Strange.

Helpful staff, clean store, and regular Oakley prices. Be sure to ask the staff if you can’t find the style of glasses you’re seeking. They may have what you’re looking for in a drawer, that’s where mine were.

I was at the store today to replace one of the sunglass i have bought a week ago from the outlet in san francisco but unfortunatly i have very bad experience at this store especially with the store manager who name Yanna she is rude and mean to meI chose one of the glasses and when she went inside to see if she have another one she say i have only that one on display so i said i dont eant it because it has alot of scratch on it and i will pick another one at this time she tutn around and left me a lone without offering me any help or suggestion and i was there searching for help from another worker i will never buy oakly product any more or stop by your store or recommanded your product to any one until you guys teach your employee how to become respectfull and welcoming us as customer in approperiate manner.

Poor customer service. They are not aware of when a customer walks in and is waiting to be helped at the counter due to personal conversations with other staff members.
