Nice place, prices, and most importantly, nice staff.

Store was organized and workers were very friendly and helpful. Phi helped us out and let us know about all the deals, would definitely visit again!

Cashier lied about me giving $60 when the total is $100 and demanded $40 more.

The staff helping us were rude and highly unprofessional. After our return, we won’t be coming back! I’d rather drive to Bloomington.

The customer service here was horrible. There were two young girls working and it was obvious that they had no interest in doing anything above the minimum effort in any way. My daughter asked them about a skirt on a display up on a high shelf and they said it was the last one. In the first place, if something is no longer available, take it off the display. The one girl asked her if she wanted that one and she said “yes.” So then she yelled to her counterpart to get it down and the girl basically said that she wouldn’t do it and just went about doing what she was doing. So we put everything down that my daughter was going to buy and left. I would not suggest ever going to this store out of principle.

Unprofessional. The workers are using profanity behind the counter. Zero customer service, and the woman working has a RBF literally rolling her eyes at you. I understand PAC Sun is “hip” and all but learn to be more professional.

Great little store for all kinds of wear and not just summer attire.

Really really bad customer service.I went yesterday and the cashiers who were working on the night shift noticed that I was in the store but they did not even say hello or something, they were on their phones ignoring me and then I asked a lady the price of a top and she rolled her eyes and answered me unfriendly.

Pretty same across the board

Had no idea if they carried the sunglasses of the manufacturer who had them listed on their web site. Outside magazine gear of the year and they had no clue.Shopping elsewhere.

Nice store to buy different clothes

My son loves this store..but kinda dissapointed today with most Large sizes for shirts been out of stock .
