I came in today to buy the atomizer of my puffco peak. (most smoke shops dont carry the atomizer by itself) and Im thankful they had it because I didnt want to buy from puffco.com and wait 2 weeks for it to be shipped to me. Although I am writing this review due to their excellent customer service because I called back and explained an issue I was having with my puffco and they helped me identify my issue over the phone and how to fix it. Not at all their job, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what another smoke shop could have done for me.

I am a service connected disabled veteran. I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a face covering. I called ahead of my visit, and spoke with Ashley. She was so super friendly and welcoming, I felt like this would be the place for me.When I arrived, the manager, Bee, helped me by offering to personally bring the R.A.W. items I requested, out to me. He even had a great suggestion for a cheap grinder, since I wasnt able to bring my paraphernalia from my state.Im thankful this place was able to make reasonable accommodations for me.Im not sure if they offer any veterans discounts or loyalty programs, and I didnt even ask. I was so thankful that these guys offered to help, it never crossed my mind.Thank you so much for not treating me like some kind of scammer or lepper, or terrible person because I cant wear a mask.I will 100% be going back.

Sold me a bad disposable vape (Puff Xtra - Stawberry Kiwi) that they replaced once but the replacement was also bad (did not even light up). I wanted to change to a different flavor because the whole box was likely bad but they wouldn’t replace and wanted to sell me a another for %20 off. I even tried both of the bad vapes in the store right in front of the guy… They said it was a loss of profit for them… But that’s the risk they take when dealing with these type of products. Never coming back to a place that does business like this.

Over priced for vape gear and juice. They have a lot of glassware which I didnt need but Im sure a toker would love the selection. Dont know if those prices were good or not. The staff was excellent so that was a good thing. Just not the place for vape stuff which is going out of style anyway.

Went to Millenium for a dab rig, and Ben was awesome! He really knew his stuff! I ended up getting the new high hand e-rig and it works like a charm! Although it may be a little more pricey here, the quality is much better.

This place has every piece of glassware you can and cant imagine. Its huge. I cant wait to go back!

I purchased a CBD product and never done that but the product that I bought looks Rusty when I called about it they told me that there is no refund policy and the person on phone said that whoever sold it to me should have checked the quality since they didnt its my fault and he wont exchange either.

My second time in here absolutely love it! The glass work is perfection. They had everything we needed. The customer service was excellent specially Ben, not only did he help us pick out our huni badger but he was very knowledgeable about his products well defendantly be reutuning.

I have been coming to this shop for years, and I wouldnt go anywhere else in Sacramento. Yesterday, I went in to get everything you need to start dabbing (bong, nail, torch, cap, etc.). I told them how much I was looking to spend and they hooked me up with an amazing setup 10 bucks under my budget!

They used to be great and close to my home. The last few months its gone downhill. They never have the products Im looking for. Then they try to sell me something I dont want! The last 2 times a young kid with reddish hair helped me. He didnt know the answers to any of my questions!!! He just stared at me and said I dont know. Hes supposed to know...he works there!!! He also doesnt understand the different types of products they sell! I feel like I was training him more then getting helped by him! I will be going to a different smoke shop further from my house from now on! I recommend you do the same!

I bought my dad a wood tobacco pipe for his 83rd birthday. The pipe was in excellent condition by sight. When my dad smoked it, the pipe cracked. I called and asked if I could exchange it. The person I talked to said no. I feel if the pipe had a flaw when created and when it got heated up, it cracked. Millennium does not stand by their product. I will be sharing this with everyone.

Absolutely horrible experience. We just spent $36 on a piece of glass so cheaply made, that it broke as soon as heat was applied. We called & they said there is nothing they can do. I am so disappointed in this. Selling overpriced, poorly made glass & not caring when the quality of their products fail. We didnt even get a chance to use the piece before it broke! Obviously, this was a fractured, faulty piece of glass to break as soon as it was heated. Overpriced, low quality.

Literally if you can think of it they have it, and can show you exactly how to use/work it so there is zerol risk and maximum enjoyment. There products are durable and consistent. They have the best variety of everything smoke, vape, cbd, cigar, oil, etc. related, of anyone in the Sacramento area!I was helped by a woman at first, who seemed to be a little snobby and impatient. Expensive. Paid $33 for 2 generic 18650 2600mah batteries (packaging erroneously said it was eFest 3000mah). Clean inside. Looks like it would be interesting to browse, but I was in a hurry. Stays open till 11, which was pretty awesome.

Giving this place four stars because theres no option for 3 1/2.I like this place. Been here a couple times. Its kinda sad because Ive been shopping at TWISTED for years and theyre around the corner from my home. Millennium is not.What I like about millennium is that they understand that they arent a head shop. That todays cannabis customer is not just some young punks tryna hide their stash from their folks.The place is large and well lit, and theres plenty of room so you dont feel like youre in the next customers way.Theres a lot to look at. Some of the the pieces sell for thousands of dollars. Im not buying any of those but theyre nice to look at.The staff at Millennium is usually friendly but Ive yet to see the same employee twice.This last visit, I was help by a young lady named Kaitlyn. Sorry if its spelled wrong. I saw no name tag. If they dont wear them, thats cool, but they should maybe introduce themselves.Anyway, she was a nice, friendly young lady.As a salesman, I do appreciate her enthusiasm. She tried to sell me a $70 grinder. It was nice and maybe worth it to some, but she might try working up to the higher priced stuff.She did sell me a nice little compact battery for dispensary style cartridges. I really like it so far. Curious about its durability though. What I didnt like was that the unit came with no instructions, so when I went online to find simple operating/charging instructions, I found that I could have ordered the same unit online for about $15 less.I get that local places need to make a profit.But an eighty percent mark up from online prices when you probably buy in bulk to get even better prices is probably not the way to retain repeat customers.Kaitlyn did seem pretty knowledgeable and I can appreciate that so Ill give her/them a pass on the price.I probably will visit the store again but Im going to check out other places first.The fifteen minute drive plus higher prices only makes sense if I cant find a decent looking store with more moderate prices closer to home.I did find a slightly smaller grinder at a small shop two minutes from my home and it was only $25.Overall the experience was good.I might visit again when Im in the area.

Yeah should be zero stars. I bought a broken external battery charger and they told me. I told you it was bad when you bought it so I cant do anything but give you another janky charger. They never told me that. Why would I buy a broken charger on purpose? Terrible experience. Not worth the time.

Great shop, has alot of different things so its a nice onestop shop but one thing i dont agree with is the no return policy. I get it they dont want to sell used items. I went to go buy a enail quarts banger because mine finally broke and i wasent 100% on coil sizes and i got a too big of one so i ask if i can exchange it at the least with a different nail and they said the owner was very strict on refunds. So bieng desperate i asked if i can exchange it with a cheaper nail so i could get something useful for the 50 dollars and they still hesitated but thankfully gave me the cheaper nail and they kept the 20 dollers on top of it! So just i guess know what your buying dont reily on them helping you!

Bought a vape through Millennium, after less than a month stopped working. Took product back for exchange or... something, no help. Asked for advice or how make the thing work, again...nothing. I have 2 of these identical items, one bought off internet and the internet bought one works perfectly. The one from Millennium barely works, if at all.Also noticed their prices are incredibly high compared to internet prices- I paid close to $20 cheaper for internet vape that works perfectly. Pretty disappointed in Millennium. Electronic tobacconist is a much better deal on basically everything.

The who helped me at about noonosh had AMAZING product knowledge. The onky time i ever had a hard time there was when i dealt with was a girl and it wss her 1st day so I 100% understand how overwhelmed she mustve felt. Thank you guys again!!

I was told that the nail that I was buying for my rig was quartz and that it would not break. Well mid use it broke on me today. I am not a fan of having to clean what I assume is actually glass out of my hair and my clothes from it shattering during use.

If youre looking for a vape shop, keep looking. Nice store overall and they do have a few decently priced clone mods, but extremely limited juice selection. They are mostly into tobacco products with one small section of vaping gear. Moving on...

Nice place, huge selection. Only issue was they didnt carry a certain piece and the chick at the counter kind of made me feel stupid for asking about it. And I also bought a nice Aspire vape pen there recently and I guess the girl who was helping me at the counter didnt know much about how vaping works and while she was showing me diff ones she had pressed the button on a vape pen with no juice in it which burned up the coil. It started to smoke and she was like how cool. I ended up buying that vape pen, forgetting she had done that. I got a mile or two away and put my juice in it and before I could even try it I smelled the burnt coil. So I had to drive all the way back to exchange it. Not a huge deal. Just should be noted they should train their employees a tad better on handling the products. I def wouldnt discourage anyone from going there because its huge, has a great selection, and a nice ambiance.

Really really expensive. Ive been there 2x for a case of butane and they told me it would be $160!!!! A case of butane should cost about $40-50 not three times that. Its a great place to look at some awesome glass art and to window shop but Id never pay money for anything in this shop waaaay too over priced. Even for the stuff they have. You could get the basic glass stuff on Dh gate or some Chinese seller. But their prices are rediculous.

Staff was rude, unhelpful, and she acted like she was super despressed. No smile or anything as I greeted her. She just looked at me. Ill NEVER go back and will tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. Worst smoke shop Ive ever been in. Dont waste your time here. Besides theyre way overpriced. T-shirts $50!!!
