Out of all the smoke shops I go to, I just say Jay has excellent customer service. Opened my vape pen for me so I could test it and everything, deff recommend!

The costumer service here is so bad.. please don’t go to this location.. they were not helpful with nothing ...they don’t know anything very disappointed .. I would recommend going to the fairway location they are very helpful there

My go-to smoke shop! Employees are always helpful and willing to answer my many questions. Mitchell even helped undo my seriously stuck vape tank! (He legit saved the day) I may come for the products but I return for the excellent customer service and friendly demeanor of the staff.

I walked into store Saturday sept 12 at 12:37 no customers were in the store as i approached. The cashier asked if i had a mask i informed her that i have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask the female associate refused me service so i left. My husband went in after i left he was wearing a mask but he walked all the way to end of counter before she even offerered him assistance then acted like he was distubing her from sitting behind counter playing on her phone.We frequently shop here and have always had good service.

This place has the worst customer service. I am 48, not young, however, I had to wait to pay for my cigar as the attendant was helping someone younger..this is fine, only one person. I get it, but is is not okay to make me wait further as she checks them out before me. This was rude and inconsiderate and she didnt even apologize! Kids these days need to learn respect and courtesy

3 Monkeys is my favorite smoke and vape shop. Their prices are reasonable and they carry almost everything a smoker might need. The clerks are very Isabel on the products they sell there and are very friendly. If you are looking for CBD or KRATOM products they have a wide selection and highest quality.They have a points program kinda like Kohls cash.

I have been in this business multiple times. I know that it’s cheaper to buy online. The young lady I have dealt with is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Any business should seriously want to recruit her for her amazing customer service skills. It’s hard to find good coworkers and employees like her.

Refused to serve me becuase I refused to ware a mask. It’s fine, your not the only head shop in town. Been. Customer for 3 years. No more cash from this guy.

Good selection of stuff. Theyre usually out of coils, but other than that, the selection is pretty good. Im usually in and out in less than 6 minutes. Great local shop.

Employees are rude and unfriendly. Vaporizers and juice are extremely overpriced. Ill be going elsewhere for anything vape related.

I have never received this kind of customer service. Shamir and his wife are great. Hunter and Brandon greet me by name and ALWAYS are attentive to my needs. The prices are the best in the area. I love that I receive point on every purchase that earn me discounts on future purchases. So happy i made the switch to 3 Monkeys. Thanks guys you are doing a super job.

Im in a band called Dreams of Madness. The staff at this three monkeys love to hear about my blossoming music career as I am constantly going in there and telling them about my bands new shows and who we met and who we got to hang out with me they let me drop my flyers and give ticket information to patrons as they shop for merchandise. We had dreams of Madness give a big thank you the three monkeys on Foothills Boulevard for helping in getting our name out there! we love you three monkeys thank you so much! not to mention I shop there constantly myself.

Unprofessional people i just purchased 2 vape i paid around $140 and went to my car my friends said this one need a battery it is not built in battery i return to the store to exchange it they refuse and i asked to speak with the manager he refused to do anything this was a gift for my cousins in Egypt i went to different smoke shop and purchased another 2 vape, Unprofessional and will never back againBe careful

DECENT INVENTORY, AND THE PRICES ARE PRETTY GOOD. IF YOU ARE SHORT ON TIME THO, PROBABLY CHECK OUT DIFFERENT SPOTS. THEY HAVE SOME OF THE SLOWEST MOVING AND LEAST HELPFUL EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ANY BUSINESS! LIKE REALLY REALLY SLOW, AND REALLY REALLY NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE. Visited a lot of shops in the area trying to find good knowledgeable service. These guys take the cake. A little out of the way for me but worth it. Service is great these guys know their stuff and take care of you.

Awesome little tabaco shop. I always buy my tabaco here. There rolling papers are priced to high recommend you get them elsewhere. Everything else is priced reasonable. The liquor store next door has rolling papers much cheaper. Sorry guys the truth hurts sometimes. But you still get 5 stars for your customer service.

Bought a torch today spent under 30 bucks didnt even work, dude says theres probably a warranty something about 6 weeks or 6 months. Really I just got it literally 4 hours ago. Oh no exchanges he says. I believe the other 2 ladies that work there would have handled it alot better. I guess I just lose out

F- older Shrek looking guy. Asked about deals on liquid and as one of the helpful younger staff mentioned a brand on sale the older guy took down the sale sign. Younger guy says something about it but older guy holds his ground and says its not on sale. Younger guy says its on sale till end of the month. Older guy says nope. Im afraid the older guy might run the place too.This was a few days away from the end of the month. And dude took the sign down all shady and tried to keep it hidden from me. I usually never go to smoke shops to get my vaping products because they lack in that department but this one is pretty good. Good selection and prices and the employee that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable.

I call to see if they had a piece for my volcano guy on the phone says yes we have it im looking at it right now. drive 45 minutes just to get there and find out they dont have what i asked about on the phone and he tries to sell me a brand new volcano... super pissed off this place has horrible customer service.

They have good prices and are really helpful if your having a problem with your vape even if you didnt buy it there they will show you how to use it, or fix whatevers wrong for free. And there staff is really friendly and knowledgeable!
