Stated open until 8PM on Google. Arrived at 7PM and they were closed at 6PM because of staffing issues. That’s totally understandable, however not changing the website hours of operations and stopping me from going there when they’re closed wastes my time.Update your hours of operations.

Crystal was an excellent customer service representative but Comcast seems to get in its own way when a customer just needs to do a simple thing like changing billing on the same account to a different user of that account...so it wasnt the store..it is Comcast..guys please make your service change friendly..

Ive been with Comcast/Xfinity for almost 25 years. Great products and awesome technical support and customer service when you need it. My last visit to the store was another super experience. Erik was so helpful in getting the wifi equipment for my sons apartment. He was super knowledgeable, and a great helpful personality. Walked me through how to set everything up. And even told me about a few other promotions - in a way that was informative and not pushy. I actually upgraded the data plan for my son because it was a great value. Exceptional customer service once again. Thank you Erik!

My family decided that were going to switch to Xfinity Mobile from a different provider. With the $300 off the phone, I decided to get Samsung 21+. The first person we talked to, RILEY, told me that they just had a delivery and they have ALL in their inventory in store, so when he said that the phone I wanted turns out isnt available on site and I have to wait 2 days and it will be delivered to my address. He promised, again HE PROMISED, it will be there after 2 days and he even offered $50 off the next bill for the inconvenience.Fast forward 2 days later, no phone no tracking number or any update about the phone. I called customer service, and they told me that the phone doesnt even have any estimated delivery date because it is in back order. I went back to this location to talk to someone to clarify what the customer service told me through phone. The person I talked to ANDY is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I dealt with. He told us that the phone is in back order (no problem about that) but I did told him how frustrating it is that RILEY promised the 2 day delivery and now they cant even give me a time frame. I need a time frame on when the phone is coming because half of our phones are still in our original provider (basically we are paying 2 providers while waiting for this phone). After expressing this frustration about RILEY and the service, I asked what would he recommend we do, he suggests that we CANCEL THE ORDER *insert confuse face here* and just pick a different phone. I declined and said that im keeping my order. He kept going on and on on how much we are paying for our first provider, and kept insisting that we cancel the order we currently have and just pick a new one from what they currently have.The whole phone is in back order isnt what makes me give this location 1 star. I understand items arent always readily available for people. Im giving 1 star for this location because of how ANDY talked to us, it was very aggressive and unprofessional. Before I left, I asked for his card and how Im going to leave a review for my experience, HE REFUSED TO GIVE HIS CARD AND A SURVEY LINK for his service to us.

I usually don’t post reviews but I do when I receive exceptional, above and beyond costumer service. Erik from this location was super helpful, responsive, friendly and followed through with everything he said he could help provide. Initially, another costumer service rep from xfinity told me the wrong thing about their seasonal plan option. He explained to me their error and told me how he could help. He was able to help me remain as an xfinity costumer. Thank you!

Mask Mandate has been over for a while now but Xfinity seems to know better than the so called experts. Thank goodness I only had to go pick something up. I was trying to do something as simple as switch over the names on the service, it took all day and was done wrong the first time, and then after leaving the store we still had to call someone and it took over 4 hours just to get it completed so that we could utilize our internet. as long as you dont have to change anything and nothing goes wrong the unlimited plan is great! But if anything goes wrong or you need assistance with anything Xfinity is not a great service. That being said the person on the phone was very nice!

Came in to drop off my xi6 box because the website told me to (moving, chose new plan upon move, elected to stop xi6). The employee I spoke with told me that they dont normally recommend cancellations (or something, it wasnt clear at all what he was saying) and seemed generally confused/hesitant by what I was doing...despite being told by the website to return the product within 10 days.

Great service. I worked with Paul and he was wonderful. We worked out a good deal that will work for me and my family.The store was clean and organized, which is so important these days. To maintain social distance they had me wait outside until they were ready, and I did not mind that.I would recommend this location to others.

Big shout out to Paul for his excellent service. He was able to do what more than a dozen calls to Xfinity Mobile Care, many more chat sessions with Xfinity.com agents, and other Xfinity stores in my area could not.I see some people on here complaining about the wait times, but keep in mind this is because of our wonderful government and media scaring people over a virus that is no worse than the common flu, and they have to abide by the regulations by only allowing so many customers in the store at a time. My advice, get there early, at least a half hour before the doors open.

This might be the first time in my life where I leave a customer service experience feeling good. The national customer service line did absolutely nothing, so we decided to come in. Shakenia handled everything perfectly. She answered questions the customer line couldnt and we left with all the equipment we needed. Give her a raise, because it’s people like her that represent a brand and a company well, making us want to return.

I had an excellent experience today! We are current customers who wanted to add services and the online experience wasnt working at all, so I stopped into the store. They have some of the best COVID19 protocols that I have seen in any retail setting, but more importantly, the customer service was excellent. I explained the changes I wanted and Erik G got to work, and within a 15 minutes I had a new TV account, ungraded internet, and an appointment to fix an equipment issue at home. I was impressed, and really liked working with Erik. He gave me his card with his personal email address in case I have issues with set up. All around fantastic experience, thanks to Erik!

Store is temporarily closed even though Google says it is open and XFINITY lets you set up appointments there and confirms them. When I tried going there for my scheduled appointment and found it closed there were dozens of people walking up to it as well all finding out the same thing. XFINITY please update your online appointment system and Google so people dont waste their time going there while closed

Avoid this store. Service is incredibly slow and wait times are atrocious. There were 22 people signed in, and in the hour I was there they only handled 4 people. People are practically sitting on the floor. Its like the employees go the same speed whether there is one or twenty people waiting.Heres a suggestion: instead of just going down the list first-come-first-serve, why dont you use the information that people sign in with (e.g. swap/return equipment, new service, etc) and structure the queue on that information. That way customers arent waiting for over an hour to swap a remote.

Went to Rosedale store to get Internet, did paperwork, paid $100. Fee n left w modem/router. Later that day attempted to do my own install. Bad enough that Comcast requires the customer to do their install but it failed immediately n I got error message to text for service. Half hour later a Customer service rep called back n after waiting for another half hour it was determined the store sales person did NOT scan the bar code on the equipment. Therefore in order to do install requires me to drive approx 15 miles back to the store to get equipment scanned. Then come back n ads in do my own install. Customer Serv rep indicated she would escalate this issue since it has happened before at this store. She was also going to see if she could get me a credit due to inconvenience n call me the next day. Of course no call back !!!!

The manager at the store got very angry with my questions today. His tone and demeanor scared me and made me feel unsafe. They told me to call in or use online chat. Online chat told me to go into the store because they cant help me. There is no one to help. I cant even access my online account. It says Restricted Access. I cant give a good review of how they handled the customer service today. It was bad and totally uncalled for.

Very poor customer service. Went in to fix an error in my internet subscription and the service rep was ambivalent and less than helpful. When I showed him the plan I wanted he told me it wasnt real and the store doesnt have access to internet deals which ended up not being true. My standard for customer service is low but wow was that a terrible experience. I guess I shouldnt be surprised, its Comcast after all.

I went in to return BVE equipment. Based on my previous phone/service calls with Comcast, i was emotionally and mentally prepared to find a nightmarish hellscape of apathy and disinterest.Instead, i met Tim. He was incredibly nice and accommodating. I was very impressed with his efficiency, and helpfulness.Based on my personal experience, its far more likely that I would address any Comcast issues at the store than over the phone.

Eric was awesome! He worked hard to find the right package within my budget. I love that they have 2 payment machines to the right as tooi walk in, so its always a quick in/out if thats all you need to do. They have a nice sitting/ waiting area for you to meet with someone. I have spoken with other employees and they have always been nice and respectful. Their internet speed is the best we have ever had too.

Had to switch from century link to xfinity because of century links terrible customer service and so I had to pick up my modem at this store- initially was told a 45 min wait but the staff was so quick I was in and out within less than 20! SUPER SLOW !!!!!!Went in to exchange a cable box and was there for over 40 minutes! 2 of the staff members were laughing and joking with the customers they were helping and never helped anyone else but those same 2 customers while I was there. NOTHING should take 40 minutes to address at the cable store. Train your staff to work quickly and efficiently. When you have a store full of customers waiting they should probably cut down on the extra chatter.... nobody cares about your life story or where you spent the holidays . Help the customer and move on to the next customer who has sat and observed you tell your life story. TRAIN YOUR STAFF !!!!

My rates got jacked up, so I cancelled my service after talking to a representative. The direct quote from the chap at the call center I will respect your wishes and cancel your service. One month later, Im billed again. I spend another hour on the phone, get bumped to a supervisor, and they cancel my service. Then I start getting bill collector notices from Sequium Assets Collectors. I decide to pay the bill for services I never ordered to keep my credit score from going in the dumper over $60.I had 2 customer service reps and a manager lie to me and then sick a collection agency on me after telling me I was taken care of.I went to Century Link, where i have a locked in monthly fee for life.

I switched to Xfinity Mobile from Verizon because it was $20 less a month for essentially same service and they had an offer where if I preordered the Galaxy S20 Ultra I would get $300 off. My initial experience was great (I thought), I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. My issues surfaced shortly after.I requested the phone in store, he scurried in the back which I thought was odd because it wasnt out yet. He comes back 5 minutes later saying they didnt have it. I tell him its for preorder and brushed it off as a honest mistake. He orders the phone and tells me it will arrive on release day. The day arrives, no emails for shipping or emails for delays. I wait whole day, no phone. I went into Oakdale store, manager there tells me he cant help me and doesnt know where my phone is and go back to Roseville. I received it 2 weeks after my promised date. This wasnt the end of my issues.The employee stated in store that I wouldnt get $300 off but would receive a $300 Visa gift card in 12-16 weeks. Whatever its still 300 I thought so I agreed. To keep my payment lower I asked if I could pay off the phone and still qualify for the gift card, no problem according to employee. It has now been 16 weeks, I contact support for over hour, they tell me they cant help me and to go into the store because it was supposed to be 300 off 12 months. I am not happy with my experience with Xfinity Mobile.

When I went in person, everyone was very friendly, despite a pretty heated group of people there. I was very happy in the process, and when they hit a snag the guy let me know he would take care of it & email/call me when it was complete, to consider it done. Well, it never actually got taken care of and in an attempt to call the store, I just kept getting rooted through the robot system. Eventually a different individual in the call center took care of it all, just disappointed as my bill for August was the increased price I came to discuss.

Stopped by at 10 AM on a weekday to return some equipment. Took about 90 seconds to scan the 5 barcodes on the electronics and get me a receipt. The staff were reasonably professional, & they only made a passing attempt to sell me more stuff. It didn’t slow down the process, which was quick and easy. Thanks.

I went to my local Xfinity Store in Roseville, Minnesota. I was assisted by Crystal. She was excellent. She listened. Asked good questions. Understood my needs and helped me resolve them. She helped me change my current landline phone number to my Xfinity phone. She also helped me upgrade my modem. Then she explained the deal and the costs so I understood. I couldn’t have asked for better help.

4 1/2 stares just due to lack of employees they seem under staffed most of the time 30+ minute wait not their fault (blame their horrible corporate office). They are 100% more helpful than calling customer service which makes it worth the wait. Everyone i have worked with their has always been kind and courteous willing to explain things more detail than customer service who always points back to the stores when theres a complaint or problem.

Went to store on 7/24/18 to replace a remote that quit working. Talked with a salesman named Eric who said we had outdated equipment and could upgrade for free. During the whole time hes trying to get us to sign up for Xfinity mobile phones and not paying attention to what he is doing. He wound up not scanning the proper number because he was trying to sell us phones and cell phone service and we got home and could not get anything connected and working. My wife spent over an hour on the phone with technical support and representatives from Xfinity trying to get this problem resolved. They could do nothing because the numbers were not scanned in at the store. So after all of that troubleshooting on the phone it had past 7 p.m. and the store closed. So we had to wait until the next business day to return the old unit and get a new unit scanned in properly this time. So needless to say I am quite frustrated taking time out of my day off to run another 15 miles in back to the store to try to get this resolved. Not happy not happy at all! I have a lot of choice words I would like to use to Eric but Im going to keep myself composed and be as polite as possible when I go into the store. I will be talking to a manager!

The manager was very helpful. I bought Galaxy S9 to replace LG-M322 wanted to return but Comcast on 800 number said it was not possible to reactive my old phone. However the manager gave me details I did not know. I was going to get a $250 visa gift card in 3 months. Sadly I dont remember her name. Max was also a great help showing me some stuff on S9. This store has way better customer service than the Roseville location. Thats my experience. No pan intended Xfinity Roseville store

If I could rate this location a zero I would. The technician was nice-the manager was a jerk. Condescending, rude and unhelpful to resolve my complaint and had the nerve to attempt to sell me another product- in a super deceptive way. He claimed their unlimited wireless was only 50 and matched Century Link-DON’T BE DECEIVED-it will be an additional 50 to your already overpriced bill. Left-went to Century Link-cheaper-friendlier and their management actually cares about retaining their guests business. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
