A friend has had Brinks for years and told me to call his Brinks guy Michael. Im glad I did! He asked my needs and designed a package for me, with a great price. He set up a time in the evening, so I didnt have to miss work. Time had a 1 hour arrival window too. I liked that a lot.The install went smooth and clean. Equipment is top notch with future upgrades available. Plus its all encrypted. Michael followed up after the install, to see if I had any questions.Anytime I call Michael he answers or promptly returns my call. I have referred him 2 of my friends and they love the system too. We recently had our security system installed for both our home and business by Mike Douglas. Not only was he courteious and friendly, he is extremely knowledgeable about Security Systems and all the up to date technology. He helped us design a system for our home and business and was extremely cost effective. Trust me, we did our homework and took several bids and I am thrilled that we went with Mike. He truly knows his stuff. If you are looking for a security system, dont even bother looking anywhere else.
