The service we received was excellent. We bought four chairs and a bench. The quality of the four chairs is excellent! They are beautiful. We even needed a chip fixed that happened in delivery and someone came to our home and fixed the chip. You would never know one of the chairs had ever been chipped. Very pleased with product quality, store service and delivery… luckily This was a floor sample so the usual several month delay or back order delay was not a problem.

Ethan Allen stands by the quality of their products. I had some finish issues with my farm table. I spoke to Todd, the customer services manager and he took care of the issue. He replaced the entire table/ Todd, your employer is lucky to have you. You are the definition of customer service!

We are very delighted with the furniture we purchased at Ethan Allen in Roseville. We brought samples of our room colors and photos of our area rug and design consultant Amber Cooper helped us select the perfect sofa, chair and ottoman for our living area. They arrived even earlier than promised so we got to enjoy them even longer than expected! We were able to take advantage of the sale for a phenomenal 25% discount. We also got free delivery! They were carefully wrapped and delivered by two experienced delivery persons who answered any questions we had and took the empty boxes back with them. Very nice and well made furniture

Flat pillows....zero back support. As soon as you lean on them they are flat as a pancake. They are obviously only for looks, not to meant to support anything and when I spoke with the sales office they suggested the same thing.

We just purchased a new sofa and love seat after 25 years. Our old set was from Ethan Allen and we loved them so much, we went back. We are very appreciative of the design help we received picking out new colors and fabrics. Our sofa and love seat just arrived a couple of weeks ago and we love them. The fabric, color and quality is wonderful. Absolutely beautiful furniture. We lost our belongings, everything to the Camp Fire in Paradise. We decided to get our dream furniture which is Ethan Allen. Our experience after the fire was that replacing our things was not only a chore but also a sad experience because we were just reminded of our loss. With Ethan Allen however, the experience was different. Our furniture was delivered and they set it up in the rooms. The people delivering even helped us move our mattress onto the bed frame once it was installed. They made sure they had everything set up where we wanted it done. It was our first post Camp Fire purchase that felt better, that we werent just getting substitutes for what we lost. We immediately fell in love with all of the furniture, our bedroom set and our dining set We celebrated my father in laws 91st birthday by sharing a meal using that table. Our purchase is more than just replacements. We now have future heirlooms that we can eventually pass on to future generations. We have begun building memories again.

I love Ethan Allen. The quality of their product is superb! I like buy less frequently but get items that last.

Quality is excellent; colors are beautiful - leather reclining couch and leather recliner. The young gentlemen who delivered our pieces were awesome. They were careful with each piece - and helped to move away our lovely old couch. Nancy - our sales agent - was very helpful in guiding us with our choices. Due to an unfortunate flooding of our home just after our order we were unable to accept delivery when the pieces were ready - the warehouse held them and contacted us on a regular basis to see how things were progressing for delivery.

Nancy Olson was an absolute professional from understanding my objective and then helping me choose the right sofa for my needs. Although the sofa was not correct when it arrived, because of the manufacturing process and by no means her fault, Nancy has gone above and beyond to correct the issue to make sure I was satisfied. I recently worked with Amber Cooper, a design consultant at the Ethan Allen gallery in Roseville CA, to design my living room and dining room in my new home. I am a long time Ethan Allen customer, having worked with them to design and furnish two other homes in the past 25 years, but I have to say that this latest experience even surpassed my high expectations for design innovation, quality, and customer service. Within days of my initial contact, Amber visited my home and pulled together a beautiful plan in time for me to benefit from a great sale on upholstered and dining room furniture. I especially appreciated that her plan incorporated furniture and decor from other parts of my home. She regularly followed up to apprise me on the status of my order and to answer any questions, and she checked in after the delivery. My two newly designed and furnished rooms are the most beautiful rooms I have ever had in my homes. In addition to Amber, the scheduling and delivery team were very accommodating and professional. All around, a great experience!

Nancy Olson helped us through the Roseville Ethan Allen. We pointed out things we liked at the store, She came to the house to get a better sense of our style and when we went back, she had picked out the perfect rug and furniture. We love it all and Nancy was so kind and helpful.

My experience with Pamela Anderson, one of the Ethan Allen designers in the Roseville store was fantastic. Pam helped me complete my dining room and family room recently, and I really love how she pulled all the right elements together all in the right scale. The customer service was excellent and my custom made pieces arrived when promised and placed where I wanted. High marks to EA, and I will be back when needing more items to furnish my home.

Megan our designer was great! She understood that our tastes and needs were fairly simple and she didnt try to up-sell or over-sell anything. She came to our house with options and while at first this was a little intimidating for me, it ended up putting my mind at ease that we were choosing the right fabric to match our paint and flooring. Not to mention, Megan was super down-to-earth and made me feel really comfortable. We paid a fair amount for the quality of the bed we received and we could not be any happier.

Our designer did an amazing job, the house turned out beautifully. Even the delivery guys were friendly and on time, were cloth booties, and easy to deal with. I have received many compliments and I will use Ethan Allen again if I have any more design needs.

The Sales Person was friendly and helpful, she gave us the information we needed to make our purchase. The delivery staff, were timely and did a great job of setting up our furniture. They were also very friendly and helpful.

I would encourage anyone thinking of buying from this company to be very careful in reading the fine print of the sales documents. After purchasing a significant amount of furniture from this company we had items missing that were assumed included in the total price presented AND a Protection plan was included at a significant cost with no disclosure. After giving them the opportunity to honor the sales process errors they were slow to react, months literally, and the restitution offered was of little to no value. There are better places to buy from.

She is also refreshingly generous with her time as she explains the design principles behind her recommendations, and respects that clients often need to see colors/fabrics in their own homes before making purchases. We thoroughly enjoy working with Jennifer, and would easily recommend her to anyone considering these lovely furnishings.

I have bought many rooms sets and furniture and they have lasted over 15 years. Great quality items! I had a lot of help with find the right colors, fabrics and furniture for my home! The staff was extremely helpful in giving me opinions and ideas about design, etc.

Employees were friendly and helpful but the selection of furniture was very limited and what was there had appearance of being remnants and all on sale. The store had the appearance that is going out of business.
