Ive been coming here for over a year now. I always see the same two people at the reception desk- Andy & Katie are both super friendly and helpful. Punch cards are available for oil changes which is super nice. I have been pleased every time I have gone. I trust the people who work there. Waiting room has a couch and a couple chairs, free coffee & water, TV, wifi, and AC.
I did a walk-in for a basic oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter change. They got me in and out within an hour and for a great price! Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the complementary coffee machine is a lovely touch. Ill be back next time I see that maintenance required light! :-)
The front counter guy, Andy, was incredibly helpful and punctual. Andy was constantly working with the mechanic to see when my vehicle could be completed. He even offered to fix a light and hardly charged me for it. Andy also instructed a different potential costumer how to apply a side view mirror by themselves so the customer didnt have to spend their money on something easy to fix. Great place, definitely my go to auto shop in the Roseville area.
Very nice people working hard. cheapest price Ive paid for a oil change, fluid top offs and tire inspection in years.
Ive been bringing my car to Village Autoworks for a little while now and have been blown away by the care my car receives. I love that the staff are transparent and upfront about how my car is doing. By no means am I a car guru and staff are respectful and kind anytime I have questions. I never feel pressured into blindly agreeing to service for my car. Everyone should definitely check them out!
Women beware!!!, My sons girlfriend brought her car in because it was over heating. They quoted $2,700.00 because they said the whole cooling system needed to be replaced. That seemed a little high to me, so We brought it to another shop and it was fixed for $550.00. When she told them that she was probably going to get a new car instead of them fixing it, they immediately offered to buy the car from her. They knew that they were just scamming a young female out of her car. Shame shame! Stay away from this rip off artist!
Great place. I stopped changing my own oil and I have been getting my oil changed in all my vehicles here for a few years. No one can beat their $19.99 oil change deal. They are friendly at the counter and easy to schedule and appointment with. It only takes 30-40 minutes to change the oil so I usually wait in their clean, comfortable lobby. I watch TV and a enjoy the complementary coffee from the Kurig machine. They will always inspect the vehicle and recommend additional services as you would expect from any shop. However, I appreciate that they don’t continually nag you if you decline the recommendations.
Really helpful and friendly staff. Had trouble starting my car, towed it to their shop and they found a no charge solution. Highly recommend their services!
At the front desk, Andy & Kate have several decades worth of experience between them with everything from commuter vehicles to heavy diesel and street rod expertise. It’s reassuring to me to know that as soon as I get to the front desk, I’m working with this level of experience. If you’re more into the mechanical side of things, you have access to talk directly to your mechanic. The Fearing’s run a fine establishment. I bring all my vehicles here and would definitely recommend.
Absolutely the best experience i have had at an auto repair center EVER!!! from the moment i walked in, i knew i was at the right place. amazing customer service, great communication and repairs done in record time. i would recommend this center to anyone who values good service and a family run business that truly values their customers.
I got a good price on synthetic oil change and tire rotation. However, I was most impressed by the good relationships they clearly have with customers and they really seem willing to go the extra mile.
Do NOT bring your car here. They do not have the staff to serve your car in a timely manner. I called a week before my appointment and set it up for 9:30 AM. It was for a check engine light and a/c check and fix. I dropped my car off on time, they didn’t provide me with a timeframe or anything and said they would call with an update. They never called me and I had to call them to figure out what was going on. Over 5 hours later I go back to the shop and they haven’t even moved my car!!! Horrible service especially when I had an appointment set way ahead of time. There were two other people in the lobby who were dealing with the same thing — not getting their car back on time. Staff was very friendly but that doesn’t mean anything when they can’t start or finish their work. Would rate 0 stars if that was an option.
I never write reviews but this place deserves a review!! This is one of the best auto shops I have ever been to. They were professional, down to earth, and timely. I had multitude of repairs that needed to get done on my vehicle and they were all done within a day!! Which was absolutely amazing. They also kept me informed throughout the whole process and had a loaner car that I could borrow while they worked on the repairs. What is even better is that the bill was cheaper than I expected. They truly do have top quality service with amazing value. Thank you Kate and the rest of the crew for fixing my vehicle!! I will definitely be coming back to Village Auto and Transmission the next time I need something fixed or maintained on my vehicle!!
Theyre honest, straightforward people and my first choice for a mechanic!
Worked us into their schedule since we were here for Back to the 50s. Kate and Alex were outstanding from scheduling, diagnosis and repair! We owe them a world of thanks!
My boyfriend and I have had 2 experiences with Village now, and we have both felt blown away by their customer service. My boyfriend brought in his truck for a tune up and to diagnose some front end issues. We expected it to be in the shop for a few days, while they figured out the issue and then did the work. We dropped it off at 8am, and it was ready at 5pm that same day! Same-day service for an engine issue - We were amazed! The check engine light actually came on in his truck a few hours after we picked it up - we called Village the next morning. They let us drop it off again immediately after we called, no appointment needed. And they fixed the issue (a sensor had come loose during the initial service and didnt get plugged back in, nothing major). Again done all in one day, and heres what amazed us - they did it for free!! Said it was their mistake, and that they pride themselves on building strong customer relationships. Weve never met a mechanic shop this nice!Today, I brought my Subaru in for an oil change and alignment. My car was in a hit-and-run in our parking lot last month - Village poured over my car, checking suspension, brakes, and other vitals, and took it for multiple test drives. They told me that my car is mechanically in great shape, that its perfectly safe even after getting hit. This gave me SO much peace of mind!! I am so grateful for that. And amazingly, they only charged me for the oil change and alignment I had originally come in for, despite all their inspections and rigorous testing.Thank you Village for handling our vehicles with care, listening to our needs, and impressing us every time. Youve earned customers for life out of us! Thank you.
I brought my car in for the foremost concern of a rattling sound I heard coming from the front of my car. Brought it in and picked it up a day later, wasn’t getting the wheel bearing fixed and I let them know over the phone, and they said that’s ok, they told me on the phone and on the paper(pictured below) that the rattling noise was fixed. Got the keys, paid and walked out to my car. Turned on my car, and instantly it started rattling. Turned it of, walked back in, and said we need to speak to a mechanic because the rattling was not fixed. The mechanic came out and instantly said “well I wasn’t supposed to fix it but I can.” Got my keys and went around back with the car. 10 minutes later, came back in said it was fixed then gave attitude saying “well I wasn’t supposed to fix it anyways.” To which I said”well, the $80 you charged me and said on the paper you fixed it says otherwise” to which he walked away. I’ve been to several shops before but have never dealt with that type of unprofessionalism. Do not charge a customer for something you “fixed” and then get upset when they come back 2 minutes later saying you didn’t.
Replaced my headlight assembly in a timely manner. Very reasonable price. Kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and they actually took their time to make sure it was working properly. Thank you all so much. I would definitely recommend them.
These auto technicians are the best. Always professional service.
They took care of me very well and didnt charge me extra when they fixed an unknown to me problem with a bent rim. My car drives much better with the fix they made. Friendly and honest customer service.
Honest shop, and a great place! Ive been doing business here for a number of years, and they always go above and beyond for customer service.
Amazing service, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be taking my business there from now on.
From the moment I called to make an appointment to the moment I left their office, Kate and Andy at Village Auto were so friendly and helpful! I normally dread going into auto shops, but Kate was so kind and explained everything she would be doing with my car (to me AND my dad, who she called before starting any repairs), and I felt at ease the whole time. Great people, great auto shop!
The manager Kate is always so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I go in there I seem to spend an extra 15 minutes just chatting about life. She really makes me feel like family. Andy is also fantastic! I know every time I bring my car in I am going to be taken care of and it is such a good feeling! Thanks guys!!!
I always take my car to Village for its synthetic oil change. I have for years. At least twice a year I go and have the tires filled and fluids topped off.I called this morning expecting that I would need to make an appointment, but was told to come in at any time. Perfect, as I was in the area! In and out in less than 10 minutes...maybe even 5! They are so friendly and accommodating. They dont push extra services on you, but will mention them as a precaution. When I say Ive been going to Village Auto for years, I mean since at least 2008 if not a year before that. Theyve never done me wrong.
Andy is very professional and friendly. Top notch customer service.
Ive been going to Village Auto for about a year now and theyve been great. I want to give a shout out to my guy, Andy. He is always up front and great at explaining whats going on with my vehicles. Kate is awesome too. Ill be using Village Auto in the future for sure. Thank you Village Auto team!
Very friendly. They do great work there. Very reasonable.
Village Auto was awesome to work with. Andy and company are extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Working with Kate was fantastic. I cant say enough about her. Excellent communication and knowledgable customer service. Highly recommended.
These folks are top notch. If youre looking for a good reputable place to have work done I wouldnt go anywhere else. Kate and Andy who run the front of house are fantastic. They are very gracious and will treat you with respect. Im drawing a blank on the name of the mechanic who worked on my car but he was also the best of the best. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my vehicle and was also very respectful and an all-around great guy. 12/10 stars for these folks. They get the job done right and they do it in a timely manner.
Love Village Auto Works in Roseville. The team is very professional and timely. Andy was kind and took care of my car door issue quickly. And it is SO NICE to have Kate there as a female representing in a heavily male dominated occupation. Highly recommend this location!
They have always provided me with good and friendly service.
They checked my car out and gave me some suggestions.
Great friendly service, very informative/clear communication! Best customer service Ive had when dealing with my car!!
My aunt first recommended this location to my mom and now to me. We’ve all had excellent service each time, over the course of a few years, and I can say with confidence this is an honest, customer-focused business through and through. Most recently I got help with an oil change and windshield wiper replacement, and Andy was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Feels good to go somewhere reliable over and over again. Thank you!!
Super friendly and professional! Very straightforward and helpful, will come back here if I ever need car help.
Im not from this area and I called about 8 places before calling village. No one could see my car until 2-3 later. Village had me bring my car over immedaitely. I couldntc believe the kindness and willingness to help with an extremely short notice. Kate and Chris had my car diagnosed and fixed in 15 minutes even though it was something they had never seen before. Awesome experience, I would go here for all of my car servicing if I lived in the mnpls.
I went in for a synthetic oil change, which was extremely overpriced at $70. I did not have a good experience. They removed the tag that I got at Tires Plus when I went to get new tires that gives me a free oil change and tire rotation. This is completely unacceptable. They have removed my property from my car, which is stealing on top of being a shady business practice.Going under the hood and inspecting their work, I found that they did not replace the drain plug gasket. The mechanic also chose to severely overtighten the drain plug and oil filter. They also used the cheapest off the shelf oil filter, the STP S7317, which is only rated for 5k miles, tops. My cars maintenance reminder is set for 10k miles, so I (or anyone else) couldve put 10k miles on a 5k oil filter. They quoted me $550 for new front brakes and pads, $200 for parts and $350 for labor. The same pads and rotors would cost you $120 at AutoZone. Replacing front brakes should take an hour for a somewhat competent mechanic. At a rate of $100/hr for labor, they must have very little faith in their mechanics. They also quoted $80 to change the cabin and engine air filter. Again, $50 for parts and $30 for labor. Replacing these costs less than $20 in parts and takes no more than 3 minutes of effort.Combining the blatant ripping off with the second-rate service and anti-consumer practices, I will never do business with Village again, and I encourage you to avoid doing so with them as well.
Great service! Had a lot issues with my car and they helped me out and were super nice about everything. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the maintenance done on my vehicle.
Brought car in today for an oil change but forgot my coupon at home and they wouldnt honor it. This was after I declined other services that were recommended. I have gone here many times but have pulled back over the last year due to the price. If you dont mind paying dealership prices, this is a great reliable place, but Ive found service at other places that is just as good but with a better price.
This place is a scam. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a transmission diagnostic for $150 and when I asked for the read out of the diagnostic they dodged my question several times. They simply said it needed a $5000 new transmission with no proof of the issue. Another place said a new transmission would be $3000, but that the issue wasnt critical and should not be replaced yet.
Unparalleled service! Kate was incredibly knowledgeable! Fixed my problem and had me back on the road within an hour.
I bought a set of tires for my very aged but still running Honda a little over half a year ago at Village Auto and had them put on aligned etc. I was very glad thru the winter I didnt have to worry about the tires. A couple of weeks ago I saw one of the tires was flat and was told that the tire had a bulge in it and it seemed the bands inside the tires had separated, a common manufacturing fault. So I returned to Village Auto and requested a new tire be put on as they were under warranty. Tho I hadnt purchased extra warranty insurance, that covered tires; Village honored their implicit work warranty and replaced and installed a new tire for no payment. They have gained a customer for life and I reccomend them to my coworkers, as they do stand behind the excellent work they do.
Fantastic service here, the staff is really nice and friendly! Ive had to bring my car in several times in the last few months, and Andy has been super helpful in all those visits. Definitely recommend!
Trash place. Lying workers. Why are you charging money to look at a car but not doing anything to fix it and lied when I asked was that the price to fix the part. Thats the only reason I agreed. They will lie about whats wrong and try to charge you but they are just money hungry. Oh and your mechanics better not have did anything to my car to break it because I will come back and raise hell.
Excellent customer service, very thorough, figured out my minor engine issue and fixed it for a good price.
Great crew and service. They were completely honest and thorough. Trust is important with repair shops, theyve earned mine
We tried them twice for an oil change on two of our vehicles when we moved to the area. Both times they had a list of additional things we needed repaired, which we thought odd because we have our cars serviced regularly and no one had mentioned such repairs. For example, they said the serpentine belt was cracked and needed a new one. We decided to make the trip across town to our long time, family friend mechanic and sure enough he said the serpentine belt was not cracked. Needless to say we will not be back.
If you go here, ask that the older gentlemen mechanic not work on your car. He mis-diagnosed a front end suspension problem I was having and recommended I get upper ball joints replaced. I took off the wheels and found the real problem myself which was the lower ball joint. It was spewing grease out and was pretty obvious. It was like he didnt even look while performing the $82.00 diagnostic test. Very disappointed to find this after taking the upper control arm and strut off myself. They refunded the charge however. Never going here again.
Very great customer service and great people. Master Tech Mechanic Chris is very awesome and knowledgeable. I will be coming back here.
Prompt, courteous, went out of their way to help me get my car completed! I was having difficulty leaving my car and they came and got it and brought it back to me- I couldnt believe it! Each time I called, the phone was answered by a cheerful, upbeat voice and they gave me the information I needed in a courteous, respectful way. That is not often what has happened for me at repair places and this stood out from the rest. Ill be back!
I was charged over $500 for an exhaust weld after being quoted at $170. Staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and dodged every question I asked. They offered us a ride but neglected to mention they wouldnt help us get back leaving us miles away with no coats or car in January. This is the second time Ive used this shop and have had a terrible experience both times. The only way I would give them 5 stars would be if I could leave 5 one star reviews.
Every time we have been at Village, weve been greeted by friendly staff and had our needs met quickly. Weve gone to them for both regular maintenance (oil changes and the like) and mechanical failures. Each time we have visited, their mechanics have quickly diagnosed and repaired the issues. They are completely upfront about costs, and they ensure that we know what repairs they are performing and why they are performing the repairs on the vehicle. We honestly dont believe we could go anywhere else for maintenance or repairs on my vehicle and get the same level of service, transparency, and friendliness that we get at Village. They have us as customers for life!
It all started with a cooling issue. Had to bring my car back 4 TIMES total, and they had my car over 4 weeks total this summer. On the third attempt at “fixing” my car, they realized it could be a recall. They brought my car to Ford for it to be serviced. I got my car back, and it was STILL leaking coolant and overheating for the 4TH TIME. They then decided to wash their hands of the issue, blame it on the Ford mechanic and an accident that happened 2 years ago, and refuse to fix it. I spent a total of $2800 with them and still have the same issue, months later. Hands down the most disappointing and inconvenient experience I’ve had with any auto shop.
Friendly staff, timely work and affordable. Today I came in for an oil change and was out of there within 15-20 minutes. Will recommend to friends and family. One of Their tech’s, Josh, was a huge help. He was able to walk me through some unknown issues with my vehicle and the best way I could go about it, all without being pressured into spending an arm and a leg when just coming In for an oil change. This was refreshing compared to the many other shops I’ve visited that hound you into spending more $. Great place. Will be back !
***Andy at the front was the best! Cool and welcoming, him and his colleague was so willing to help and accepted the fact that I came in only for some air for my bike - as I was stranded 30 mins away from home and didn’t realize I got a bad tire. Not only did Andy help, he actually provided me information on how and why my tires got bad, and offered multiple times if I wanted water. Talk about customer service & generosity! A+++++ Will be returning with my car next time! ;)
Andy and Kate were so helpful in every aspect of service! They made sure I was informed of my options, assisted with warranty claim, and overall provided exceptional customer service. They have definitely gained a future customer from my experience there! Highly recommend.
Staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and thorough. I’ve been back several times and always appreciate the great service. They also have a complimentary loaner car that I’ve found very helpful. Would recommend!
Over all my experience was fantastic. Kate and Andy at the front were always ready to answer questions and break things down to make it easy to understand what was going on. Chris the mechanic that worked on my vehicle was very transparent and explained things clearly and went above and beyond to ensure when i came in again to address an issue we thought we fixed, that he troue shooted everything he could and got my vehicle running even better. I will happily bring my buisness back to these guys.
Andy was extremely helpful when I visited Village AutoWorks! He helped me get exactly what I needed and did so in a timely manner while being extremely pleasant! I have gone to previous mechanics where I feel intimidated or made to feel dumb because I do not have a vast knowledge base on cars. I was never once made to feel this way and everything was explained in such a kind and helpful way! I will definitely be coming back!
So friendly. Very helpful
Called for some last minute problem and was able to come in immediately and be helped. Chris was great and very helpful. Will come again!
I am very pleased with the experiences I have at Village Autoworks. Everyone is so nice, clearly knowledgeable, and I’ve been able to get a bunch of great deals! I highly recommend this auto shop!
Coffee and internet and friendly staff!
Went in last week and talked to Philip Marshall. He was very helpful and courteous and answered all my questions. I will definitely be making this my go to shop. Great customer service!
Great place awesome customer service! Andy was very helpful in work with my warranty. Highly recommended!
I always have a good experience here. I consistently get great service, and the people I interact with are polite, friendly and helpful.
Fair prices and they took care of me. Great work. Will return!
Very professional. Appreciate the follow up.
Professional and Courteous. I gave them a long list of many detailed items. The staff contacted me throughout the service to keep me updated on changes and suggestions; always keeping my best interest in mind. They even contacted me a couple days after the service to see if everything was still OK. If you dont have a good shop - use them. Even if you already have a shop - try them!
I am very pleased with the experiences I have at Village Autoworks. Everyone is so nice, clearly knowledgeable, and I’ve been able to get a bunch of great deals! I highly recommend this auto shop!
I had a very good experience! Village is not the cheapest place to get work done, but I would trust them with major repairs. Very good customer service, stayed in contact, and respected my decisions about caring for my car. I will be back.
Ive had several great experiences with them including great communication, good pricing and honest estimates and repairs. Highly recommend this auto repair shop!
The staff are always pleasant, welcoming & professional! Good, quality work- at a reasonable price. And, I don’t know the details, but on some occasions, Village Auto has given me a (free) “loaner” while they work on my car. Finally, staying in their lobby is pleasant: Good chairs, pleasant ambiance, and some complimentary goodies!
Good experience as always!! Andy and Kate are always great to work with ! Thanks for a great !
Deceptive billing practices and Extremely high prices. They will tell you a labor rate for 149 and change. I broke down 2 of the 4 lines on a good friends receipt, the stabilizer links line was almost $300.00 for 1 hour of labor. The outer tie rod end line was almost $160.00 for .4 an hour of labor. That means that less than 1/2 hour of there time in this instance is more than $160.00 Each job get a bundle price for a total and you have no idea what you paid for with regards to labor and parts. Labor and parts are broke down at the end of your bill for the total cost of the repair order but not for each item you have them fix. I stopped in and asked them to explain there receipt because I couldnt figure it out. I was told they have to keep the lights on and pay there techs. I was also told they provide a 5 year warranty on work and need to cover that cost. A warranty that they choose to provide apparently justifies $300.00 an hour. WOW!!!!!!!! They dont need to respond and say that they will contact me shortly regarding this, they need to contact the customer they ripped off and provide a refund. Stay tuned
A very caring and genuine helpful bussiness. Several oil changes and now battery testing and replacement done within a very short time thank you.
Alix did an excellent job helping me after my truck died last week. Of course it was something simple, but I was very happy with my customer service experience regardless! Thanks again
Good people to bring your vehicle to. They actually care that you AND your vehicle are good to go when they are finished with it.
My husband and I stopped in last week for an oil change. We were greeted by Phillip and offered coffee. He also answered some questions regarding my sons vehicle. Nice and clean location. Thank you, Phillip!
I cant pretend to be an expert on cars but somehow the guys at Village Auto seem to suggest what I feel is unnecessary repairs. Their staff seem very knowledgeable so maybe they are seeing things I cant understand but what ever it is they are always suggesting something; whats more, their prices are pretty high. I saw one upset customer who was arguing that the car wasnt repaired well and the manager on duty didnt handle the situation well, and just added more fuel to a bad situation. After the upset customer left, the staff were mocking and insulting her in full view of customers... I silently walked out and didnt return
Always timely and great work, Andy is the go-to if you need service!
Highly recommend village auto theyre so kind and honest with their work. Alex did a great job helping me out by explaining the repairs on my vehicle. Defiantly coming back to Village Auto & Transmission.
Service is always prompt, timely, professional and at a reasonable price.
Alix did an excellent job helping me after my truck died last week. Of course it was something simple, but I was very happy with my customer service experience regardless! Thanks again
Ive been using Village for over 25 years. LISTEN UP, THIS NEXT PART IS IMPORTANT. Village is GREAT. They go way above what you get at franchise repair centers. They must be doing something right. Many of the mechanics have been there for years/decades. Calvin ( owner ) has a great presents. Makes you feel comfortable leaving your car in their hands. I have never felt, that feeling of being taken advantage of, like you get from other repair shops. I really feel you cant go wrong using Village Auto Works. (Village Transmission )Todd Cummings
I always know exactly what I am getting and what repairs are needed, and why. They do such a great job and always make sure questions are answered and you understand the process from beginning to end. Work is done quickly, completely ..and for a fair price
I get my transmission fluid change for our 2014 ford escape. It was an awesome experience. I was treated well by front desk. Service was completed on time. Guys was very professional. I would recommend this place.
This is a great auto shop for a many reasons. They have fantastic, timely service with fair prices. The staff are friendly and are great communicators. Overall, this has been the best auto shop ever and have recommend it to many of my friends and family.
If at any time in a persons life, they can state that their front axle breaking in two in the center of a very busy intersection at rush hour could actually end up being a positive experience, because of the timeliness and respect from Village Auto, they should consider themselves quite fortunate. That was me. I do not write comments or reviews often but Village really was a great experience. They did not talk down to me. They listened. They made astute observations and they fixed my car. Never heard of the place until this drama but will certainly recommend it and return there myself. Top notch!......Sue B.
These guys were awesome, super patient and courteous. My car is doing great and the price was good. Thanks guys!
The expensive brake job I ever saw in my life almost $800 just for the front brakes Affordable Auto on century avenue $389 with new rotor and pads
My wife and I were looking for a new auto repair shop close to home. Village Auto & Transmission turned out to be the perfect fit. We had a check engine light issue which was promptly diagnosed, and the problem in the Evaporation Control System was repaired. We were very impressed with Kate in customer service. She was very professional, knowledgeable and personable in dealing with us. Jeff, one the mechanics/technicians, tothe time to put our suv up on the hoist, and explained in detail the work that was done on the evap system, and also explained the various components under the vehicle. Village Auto will be our new go to shop for all future repairs and service. Thank you and keep up the good work.
I’ve been a loyal, satisfied customer for many years. As always, they put the customer first! Alix goes the extra mile to make sure the process is smooth! Thanks again!
Sexist management towards women. My sisters vehicle was in their shop for three weeks due to a warranty and the problem was not fixed. It was stated that the part in question was just fine after having the car in their hands for three weeks. Please if you read this, go somewhere else.
Enjoy having a location in the same parking lot where I work. Always has been super easy to drop off my car in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day.
Ive been bringing my Mazda into this auto shop for the last two years, and theyve always been honest, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile - Ive never had another auto shop shuttle me to and from my office for repairs done during the business day. I highly recommend them!
Friendly and caring staff. Good service. Only rating 3 because I had a bit of an issue with the warranty they offer on their repairs, but the situation was straightened out and I was not charged more than I should have been, Im still a little hesitant to return because of it...but am grateful that the employee cared enough about my situation to make things right.Best price around for an oil change.
Shouldve known this place was going to be very overpriced when they told us a diagnostic is $150, but we decided to let them look at our car anyway. The work we needed was super overpriced, even with paying the $150 for the diagnosis and going somewhere else to get the work done was cheaper than getting it done here. The only nice thing to say is the staff was friendly, but not worth the cost.
Clean place efficient employees and courteous.
