Its nice to work with a family owned business, seems like these days they are fewer and far between. Bill and Brennan at Roseville Automaxx are very professional and respectful, not only did they work with us on the purchase of the truck they also backed the vehicle by paying for a part that failed on the drive home, which wasnt their fault by the way. They could have told us to kick rocks as the purchase was already done but instead they honored the vehicle they sold us. Since then the truck has been great to us and runs strong with no issues, which tells me Roseville Automaxx carries good vehicles at good prices. I bought a 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with 59,000 miles on this was my first Vehicle I purchased from a lot. The guy to talk to is Brennan he’s the guy that help me an answered all my questions I had. I had the pleasure of working with Bronson and Bill throughout the whole process of buying my 2015 Ram 1500. Bronson made the whole buying process very easy and had very fair pricing! there were no hidden fees and were very honest about what was being included in the price. Now unfortunately after i drove off with my new truck the next day the check engine light came on and from my perspective it looked like the previous owner deleted the code and sold it to the dealership that way. However, I called Roseville automaxx back and told them about the light, without hesitation Bill Called me back and told me to bring it in. They covered all repairs with no issues and told me to call them back if i have any other problems with the truck. fortunately, the truck is running noticeably better than before.I highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle to check these guys out. they will go above and beyond to help you get what you want!

Anytime your purchasing a vehicle it’s an investment, and a commitment like a relationship and let’s face it, you spend a lot of time in your car and with your car and therefore, you desire it too be joyous, fun and positive! That is NOT the experience I received nor was allowed to have with their salesman Billie, who definitely needs training on how to treat the clientele walking onto the car lot at AutoMaxx in Roseville, CA. He was argumentative, rude, sarcastic and a know it all at the very beginning and during the TEST-DRIVE mind you!! Afterwards it was apparent he knew little about the AutoCheck policies and the BuyBack Auto policy the vehicle I drove qualified for, and he was irritated I even questioned him on it. I could have seen myself purchasing the vehicle had I received all the specifications I was inquiring about and had I been treated like a buying customer and not a nuisance because I am a knowledgeable lady, that he didn’t care for which was obvious. Being that’s how their buying customers such as myself are treated before such a big investment, I’m not willing to take a chance at the negative attention I might receive after purchasing from this car dealership, if there were any future problems with my purchase. No thank you!

Saw a beautiful car I fell in love with, I test drove it and like it. I read all the reviews on Roseville Automaxx and was hoping that the bad reviews would be untrue. Unfortunately, I felt like we were invisible when we were there. I had to hunt down a salesperson. He was pleasant enough, but when I mentioned I thought the car was over priced because I had done my homework he said if I could find a better deal to go for it. Obviously not willing to budge off their listed price. We walked away and my husband called a couple of days later. He talked to salesperson and made an offer. My husband was told these cars sell like hotcakes and we could offer the sticker price. Thats not happening. Also, after reading a number of reviews I would be very nervous about the mechanical condition the vehicle would be in. I was disappointed in their lack of motivation and customer service. I dont wish bad luck on any business these days, but I cannot recommend them.We did NOT ask for a $4000 discount. Additionally, we did our homework and offered a fair price based on other vehicles of same year and model that are on the market. We made an honest and reasonable offer with good faith intended. As I mentioned, I dont wish any business ill will. Best of luck to you. Obviously, the cars arent selling like hotcakes since theyre still available. I truly wish you the best.

Wouldn’t recommend!!! A few weeks after the 30 day warranty, the A/C unit went out. Mechanic told me it had been bad for a while and probably just recharged in order to sell. Then, after 6 months of waiting for license plates and several calls to the dealership asking for updates and being told it was coming, be patient with Covid...today they told me they never submitted the request to the DMV and that I needed to take care of it. STAY AWAY!!!

My husband and I were looking for a second car and saw some advertised at AutoMaxx that interested us so we stopped by. We saw one that was a good potential. We spoke to a salesman and liked what we heard. I was glad that the salesman was not pushy at all, and just informative. It was late in the evening so we left and considered it overnight. We drove it the next day and again had no high pressure typical of used car dealers we have experienced in the past. We decided on the car as it was a good price and a good fit for us. It was processed quickly and competently with none of the high pressure negative experiences we have had in the past. Weve had the car for 2 months now and have had only one minor AC problem the first couple of days, which was handled by their service dept quickly and efficiently. No charge and no problem since. We would have no problem recommending this dealership to our friends.

I would not reccomend going to this place at all. I purchased wheel spacers for my jeep and unknown at the time of pick up the studs were stripped. I contacted them and requested my money back and I would return the parts and I was denied. So again do not go here because if they sell parts like this God only knows what kind of condition there vehicles are in.

I bought my Toyota Tacoma here at the end of June and was exceedingly excited to leave great Google and yelp reviews after I left...unfortunately when I logged on and read all of the horribly negative comments I then became hesitant and worried I had made a mistake and would soon start to see issues with my recent purchase since that has been one of the most common complaints. I decided to wait a few months to avoid kicking myself for leaving a glowing recommendation...im beyond pleased that Im just as happy with my purchase as I was the day I drove it off this lot. The salesman and manager were both kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to be the only person in the building at the time I went in so I got both of their undivided attention and didnt once feel like I was dealing with your typical pushy salesperson. Got a decent deal on a car. Wasnt too happy when the sunroof stopped working after a week and was told the warranty I got didnt cover fixing it.

Tried to negotiate to buy the Pewter Grey 7.3 Ford 350 diesel that is on their inventory. The truck is about $7000 over blue book and I found the truck had been detailed extensively with black spray paint. The truck had not had an oil changed in over a year and the oil in the truck looked like road tar. This truck will soon have engine problems and its a shame it will likely be sold to a naive buyer.

Some of the rudest salesman I have ever met ! Vehicles are priced well over blue book value and when I questioned that the salesman became loud and very rude with me.. very disrespectful to me and in front of.my 5 year old. I would highly recommend going somewhere else

The men who work at this dealership lack integrity. Mike lied directly to my face when I asked him if they were doing a credit inquiry, saying that it was a prequalification application. These men at this company will repetitively lie and try to strong arm you and feel no remorse doing it. I repetitively insisted on settling on a price, but he wanted to get me prequalified first. It was not a prequalification loan, it was a hard pull on my credit, which dropped my credit 5 points. They did a credit application on a price we hadnt even agreed upon. They lie about anything they can, just to make a sell. Mike was the standard, run of the mill, sleezy used car salesman that you hear about. Dont go here. The employees bring shame to the owners name.

These people basically tried to scam my family member but she found out something weird was happening with the car. They returned all the money and did not even try to negotiate which showed something sketchy was happening. Do not come here.

They took my info over the phone. Ran my credit saw it wasnt great and didnt even call me back. Little did they know I had cash. Instead of calling them back I just bought a truck from private party and paid cash in full. Really shady to run someones credit drop my score a tad and not even have the respect to follow up. I had a short conversation, not overly excited of the lead for a sale but I also understand those are leads and they may not presume there is much real interest in or from a buyer, so I brushed it off. I agree their cars are over-priced but there are some really nice one-owners that I liked. I looked around and couldnt find what I wanted so I went back, the price of the Yukon went down and so I got for over KBB. Its very clean and I am happy with it, my actual salesman was new and very kind. I having excellent credit had no issues and didnt care to negotiate the price because it had already came down $2k. Anyhow three stars because I knew what I wanted and I was easy with cash down, low interest and a clean Yukon 4X4 XL...I love it..One Owner only 6.5K Miles a year...My advise, like anything make your own opinion before reading a post about a dealership. Peoples credit has a lot to do with the deal you get and with or without any money down...it is what it is.I am really happy with my 2002 Yukon XL

Today 5/13/17 I called to inquire about a vehicle at this dealership. When I asked why they valued the Toyota Tundra 4x4 vehicle $8,000-$10,000 above blue book the salesman stated it was the last one in the United States lol. I asked if they would negotiate the price and he stated why would he the owner picks mint condition vehicles. He stated the vehicle is a 9.75 out of 10 when it comes to condition and options. He stated the truck is as good as new. While I understand the salesman is doing his job he was very disrespectful and rude. I no longer even wanted to stay on the phone with this salesman. Even though it is probably a nice truck it is still used how can it be as good as new. This isnt a rare FJ Cruiser or a TRD pro or a vintage land cruiser its literally the older model 4x4 Toyota Tundra. Regardless I am writing only to point out how unprofessional the salesman was at this business. I hope the owner offers some training on how to negotiate a sale or even talk to interested buyers without being a total a*#hole. Also that day I found a similar vehicle 180 miles away had a great conversation on the phone before I drove down their and bought the hard to find truck with only 12,000 miles more than the Auto Maxx for only $2500 above blue book ($20,500) Dont waste your time with this place.

Unwilling to negotiate prices. Will sell you a car that will have undercover faults. Do not buy a car from here.

Ive seen the negative comments on here and so I wanted to take a second and share mine. Automaxx has been outstanding. When I needed a car max helped me out with a smile and they negotiated with me until I got the deal I wanted. The Ford Focus I got from them has run without issue since the day I got it. Everytime I need an oil change they see me without an apointment on sort notice. I have been bringing my focus back for nearly 3 years and Ill keep bringing it back becuse their service department is excellent to me. When I buy my next car, I will be coming back for sure.

I was looking for a truck and I happen to pass by Automaxx and I saw two trucks that I might like so I go on there web page and looked at them and the price but then I started to see the reviews and many say that the cars are over priced so I check on KBB and they actually are but I also checked other Car Dealers and they are over priced, I know they have to make money but the cars they get they buy them cheaper or at an auction just wish they would sell them at actual price.

Well they told me over the phone they would come down 2000$ off a car I had previously talked to them about then when I got up there they (ed) tried not mentioning what he had said he would do then when I sat down he said he couldnt and could only come off 500$ that I had originally asked for in the days earlier....I liked the truck so I went through with it and then when the paperwork came out he didnt give me that and I asked and he said nope I can only do the full price....... they also lowballed me on my trade in...... ed was a nice guy but I WAS LIED TO NO DOUBT......love the truck but dont expect any deal...... they also wanted to sell me a warranty that cost over 3k but I didnt get it....... dont expect to haggle at all......at the end after I was charged the 2500$ difference I was promised he handed me a second set of keys and I said wow that saved me 200$ he said yeah I should have charged you for those one star all dayUpdate: checking over the truck noticed the tranny fluid stick was bone dry even though they showed me there 100 point inspection....this place is a joke.......I bought a 30,000$ truck and cant even get 50$ in tranny fluid.......the service department must be terrible............sales department is terrible and now I can say the service department is terrible....... The only mid grade reviews this place gets are from people who didnt go through them...... This place is so shady I bet they start putting fake reviews online to make up for there crap dealership........Update again...... well Im one week in I noticed white smoke coming from the tailpipe so I looked it up and its either a blown head gasket(4000$) or a bad egr cooler (2500$)... DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE.... THEY WILL NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK AND WILL NOT HELP FIX YOUR ISSUE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS....I HAVE THREE CHILDREN AND NOW CHRISTMAS WAS RUINED BY THESE THIEVES.....

The manager did acknowledge my son & I, he didnt offer to help us out, my son & I felt very unwelcomed we dont recommend this dealer for buying used cars, most terrible dealer my son & i have ever been to
