I got a flat tire on labor day weekend and after hearing a bunch of were fully booked for the day, sorry from every other place I called, this location was able to save the day. It wouldnt have been a problem to wait for service if I wasnt 300+ miles from home since I was in town visiting family for the holiday. I am grateful that they were able to fix my tire and get it back on my car. Now I am about to hit the road back home, safely!
Towed in with a flat tire. Said they can take care of me they closed five minutes later. Said they had to Replace all four tires and that’s all they could do because of company policy. I did have the choice On just leaving.Basically being stranded in Saint Paul I had no choice but to except four new tires is I needed A vehicle. They were aware before I came in that it was an all wheel drive vehicle. Absolutely felt hustled
I have had a few tire problems fixed at this location and decided to have them look at a problem I am having with acceleration. I had an 11 am appointment. After sitting and waiting for an hour and a half and noticing they had not even begun to look at my car I asked about a time because I had a 2pm appointment for work. The man at the desk told me to go to my appointment and come back. He told me he had only one man who worked on that sort of thing and he was busy. This place is so poorly ran. If you know you only have one person who can work on this sort of problem and he is backed up with work, do not take more appointments. Someone in charge of these locations needs to have a long talk with the management. Hire more people and dont take on more work than you can handle. I would have been fine with coming in at another time, now I will not return to this location and will be very cautious of other Tires Plus locations
Doing my best to be impartial. Crud happens. Hottest week of the month. Tires Plus in Roseville had broken air conditioner machinery so we brought our car here. It involved a lot of back and forth. The initial solution only lasted 15 or so minutes. So we had to come back. We needed a rental for my husband to get to work, but there was a mix up. At the end of a 5 day ordeal, the car was repaired and my husband was happy with the resolution. Hopefully, things get better for the guys working there. My husband said they seemed exhausted.
They have always gone above and beyond for me thats why I only go there especially when Robert is working good guy!
I am forever thankful for this place! They truly saved me and were one of the kindest people I had come across in a very long time! I had a sudden flat tire that needed immediate repair and driving with 2 toddlers these people were the closest to me and only ones still open so I called them 10 min before their closing time to let them know im on my way! When I arrived the problem seemed a little more complicated than what they anticipated. Nonetheless, two lovely gentlemens stayed about 30 min after their closing time to help repair my flat tire to their best ability knowing that I was driving out of state with two kids and needed to be somewhere far from the city. They didnt hesitate to help and stay after hours FREE OF CHARGE! They refused to get paid and who seemed to be the manager (Leon) told me he got paid by helping me! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING KIND TO ME.
Five stars! Great! recommend them highly... Heres my story time. I get done with work and on the way home, I discovered I have a leaky tire and I also lost a serpentine belt. I called Tires Plus at 7:00 in the morning, theyre the only store open and tell them my problem and they say I can come right in. Problems are quickly fixed, thank you very much Tires Plus. BWT the tire was free to fix I have road hazard.

He went out of his way to accomodate me and my destroyed tire, and he also made sure that I was aware of what I needed to know about the condition of my other tires.He was also completely pleasant to deal with, and made me feel well taken care of. Its taken a week to get two tires changed, which they ended up changing the wrong two tires the first time around. They then tried saying they were unable to get the rear tires off which were the two I wanted changed. Instead of calling me and telling me that, they went ahead and replaced the front two even though I have the order form which shows the note saying rear passenger tire leaking. To get any information at all about my car I have had to call the store or stop in since Ive received no information from them unless I follow up with them.Then while replacing the rear tire they broke a brake line and refused to take responsibility for it. So now after three days of it will be fixed today and 6+ phone calls with numerous managers I am still sitting in the lobby waiting for my car to be fixed. To my face they told me that they had delays with other cars and havent gotten it yet. When I called HR the manager told them I said not to work on the car and that I just told them to start working on the car today. So either theyre lying to me, or theyre lying to their HR department.While sitting here in the lobby Ive seen at least 3 other customers come in not happy about the service theyve received. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to torture yourself for weeks on end.
Amazing incredibly friendly service. Very efficient, was on a time crunch and they were able to fit me in perfectly with no issue. Definitely will be back for more services! I used to go to a Nissan dealership and always had issues, and have had multiple car leaks after oil changes but not with this Tires Plus. I’m very satisfied with their service!
I would give this place negative stars. They allowed us to make an appointment for 8 AM and then when we got there NOBODY WAS EVEN THERE. It is 8:42 AM and still nobody is here. I called Customer Care and they had no idea. They told me the place may be closed due to covid but that they should have notified us if that was the case. Not sure why nobody is there and why we werent contacted at all... Poor customer service. Super unreliable. Honestly please avoid tires plus and save yourself the headache and frustration. -1/5 stars.

I usually take my car to my Honda dealership for service, but since it was a leaky tire I was looking for someplace close. I was super nervous about trying a new place but I was so impressed, I will definitely keep this place in mind in the future. When I called for an appointment, Robert got me scheduled ASAP. When I arrived, I felt so welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of. Dennis worked on my tire (I had a leaky valve). When he noticed some corrosion that might prevent him from removing the valve without breaking my sensor, he and Robert took the time to let me know before doing the work so I wouldn’t be surprised by the extra charge. Dennis even showed me the valve to make sure I understood the problem and he had my full trust moving forward. Thank goodness he was able to remove it after all! His skills saved me from having to replace my sensor :) I am so pleased with the service and expertise these two men provided that I will definitely be returning in the future. My car has been there for a week and a half and they are still not giving me my car back, they lied to their HR about the circumstances of my vehicles damages and my requests to fix it and they ignored my calls about the vehicle. A rusty brake line broke while the car was there, they told us to come get it and then bring it back monday and it should be done by tuesday. Its now Thursday. Never go here if you have any rust on your vehicle, apparently old cars scare them. Also, they quoted me for an over priced fix, comparing it with other stores that said it would only cost that much if I bought $100 parts but the parts the quote included $35 parts. Never. Go. Here.

I made an appointment at 10:30 am this morning he booked it for noon. When I got there he said it was booked for 12:30. That was fine but they didnt get my car in the garage to work on changing my tires til 2 hours later I had to miss an appointment I had at 4 because they had my car to just change my tires for 3 and half hours!! What a joke, they really need to learn how to schedule here, no customer service either. Do not bring your car here I will never be back!

I had a flat tire and needed it fixed. Robert at the front desk was very helpful and was able to get my car in. Turns out it was only a screw in my tire and they didnt try to have me purchase a new tire. I will go to tires plus on all my car repairs and will continue to give them my business. I highly recommend them as they always have the customers best interest in mind.
I had the BEST experience at the TiresPlus in Roseville, MN. The manager and his staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the best snow tires installed during the winter. I will now return to buy the best all season tires for the summer because I know I can count on them. THANK YOU!
I got my car in for a winter tire change over. The had my all seasons packed up in the back of my car in plastic ready to store for winter. Everything was done in about 1.5 hours which was fine for me since I live in the neighborhood. I’ll be going back in the spring to have my seasonal tires rotated.
Went in to get winter tires on my car. The online estimate was off but I wasnt surprised. I was surprised by the extra I paid for new tire pressure sensors that they didnt ask me about!I didnt stay in the lobby for the 3hours it took, but I would expect them to call me if unexpected fixes came up.Not going back for any more work on my car.

Daylight robbery! I have been a customer at this location for 15 years. Went to get a flat fixed recently and the young apprentice broke the mechanism that lowers the spare tire from under the truck. The assistant manager present admitted this was their mistake to me and promised to repair the damage (The mechanic had stripped the winding mechanism by using a power tool). Seemed reasonable... They ordered the part and called to say they were ready to repair their mistake. Arranged a day to take the car in. At arrival the manager informed me that he had overridden the reasonable decision made by his assistant manager and would not perform the repair for me without charge!!! He was rude and nasty to deal with. They have lost my business, thats for sure. This is customer service 101. Admit to and then rectify your mistakes! This place is crooked beyond belief.
Ive worked with Leon twice now, and another guy once. Both were fantastic answering the million questions Ive had about my vehicle, why something was needed, why my previous tires I got at one of the corporate stores sucked on my car (sidewalls werent as firm). Leon is always very patient with me, and Im happy that he is here because getting work done on my car is always scary because 1) Im gay, and have been told that some mechanics will mess with your car because of that, and 2) Im not-NT (hence the million questions) and cars really arent my thing.Thank you Leon and the others that work here. I had an appointment scheduled with the Snelling location and they cancelled it without informing me and had no interest in making my situation right....I’m an adult with a disability and this completely messed up my day. I called the larpentuer location and even while upset and overwhelmed the manager (Robert) greeted me warmly and told me he’d take care of me and he could get me right in. I brought my car in and they made the whole process effortless and handled me with so much kindness and professionalism that it completely turned around my experience! This team nails it and treats their customers like family! I can’t recommend them enough!
They wouldnt let me recycle a tire without providing a phone number. Im sick of places like this selling my info, so I wouldnt give it. Ill bring the tire to Discount Tire instead (where they dont require a phone number!). We get all our regular service there anyway and they are always great!
2nd experience where they have broken a wheel stud while installing tires. If you dont check your wheels before leaving the parking lot they will not assume responsibility. Horrible experience and service. The technician obviously knew the stud was broken as the lug-nut was just sitting in the wheel loose. To install tires it took 5.5hr and to repair stud another 8hrs (installed wrong lug-nut). Not worth the price savings. Now I have to take my vehicle to have all the studs and lug-nuts checked somewhere else for piece of mind.
Always busy. Good staff. As usual they will try to sell you more than what you need, using fear. However, decent staff otherwise. It would be nice to not have monopoly of anything, but here we are.

Terrible service. Made an appointment for 4pm. It’s now 630p and no one has had updated me or said anything about the status. Other guests seem to have been waiting a long time. No communication from the staff. How long does it take to balance and install 4 new tires? Would not recommend this location.

Tires Plus always gets my card done quickly and fast. Leon and Robert both work hard M provide good customer service. They have good mechanics and 1 master mechanic. I run a business and they take care of my vehicles and keeps them up and running.
I had a great experience here as my car was making a strange noise and both Robert and the technician working on my car were very helpful, kind, and efficient. I recommend this location for their willingness to help and ability to get work done well. Robert especially went above and beyond to make sure my car got done even though they were busy. I’ll be sure to go back here next time I need something done!
The slowest service I have ever experienced. I came in at 8 am with a flat tire and was quoted 1 hour for the repair. I come back an hour and a half later and the car is still not done and they told me another hour. This is not the first time this has happened either. THE SLOWEST SERVICE, if you want to waste your time sitting around then this is the place for you!!

This is a well-run shop--a great bunch of competent, cheerful and all around customer-friendly people.
This is the second time Ive been here. The first time it took 2+ hours to remove a nail from a tire and patch it up. Im going on 1.5 hours this visit to replace a single tire. The general trend seems to be that theyll fix things for you quickly if you personally know one of the employees as a friend; if you dont, theyre in no hurry to get anything done for you, so I recommend you dont hurry in.

Never coming back here again! 3 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for?!?! I asked how long it would take when I got there, and was told an hour. I waited because of that. Now Im 2 hours late for dinner with my family, and I could have gotten a ride had they just been honest about the amount of time it would take. Add to that, the supervisor watched tv the whole time, and 2 hours in I find out they dont have my oil in stock and have to go pick some up. They had the make and model of the vehicle when I set the appointment. No apologies, no customer service, this place is a joke.....STAY AWAY!!!

Had an appointment for an oil change. Sat around in the waiting room for about an hour, THEN was told that theyll be bringing my car in soon... excuse me? I understand that places get busy, but I shouldnt have to find out an hour after an appointment that my work hasnt been started yet, especially if I decide to wait around.I also dont know what soon means, because it took over an hour and a half longer to actually get the work finished.Customers shouldnt need to wait around for over 2.5 hours for an oil change, especially with an appointment and without being warned of how far behind they are.
Bought life time wheel alignment and they put it in a different person name. Good thing I still have the receipt or else I would of been out 200 something dollar. After I found the receipt took the car back and they said I that the lug nut on the wheel was the wrong one and couldnt do the wheel alignment. Been driving with those lug nuts for years. took it to them last year and they didnt say anything about getting different lug nuts now they want me to buy new lug nuts and new stocks rims to get the alignment done. My guess they not getting alot of business so they want to sell their customer extra stuff to make up for lost of business.
I have been here several times and I have read some of the reviews on the store, and I must say that I have never experienced any issues. I wanted tires that they didnt have so they special ordered them and made the pricing extremely competitive, then did a great job putting them on my car. I have a BMW and they have treated it nicely every time. Brandon the Manager has always been polite to me and I trust him with my car more than people I have met in the auto service industry.
While the service was friendly, their time management skills could use an improvement. When I showed up for my appointment, the manager said he meant to call me saying he was running behind. My oil change and tire change took four hours as they didnt have two parts on hand and needed to wait for those to show up. The waiting room accommodations were fine, but it was freezing cold in there. Im giving them three stars for being friendly and getting the work done, but after this first impression I wont be returning and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
Made an appointment online and also called the day before to confirm. New Tire installation. Parking lot was packed and they did tell me ahead of time it was a busy Saturday which I understand. Quoted 1.5-2hrs. However, I called in 3 hours later to check and it had not been started yet. Quoted another 2 hours. Whats the point of having an appointment? So decided to cut my loss of wasted time and picked up my vehicle untouched. Took it to the other Tires plus in Roseville the next day and was done within an hour!Unfortunately it was a busy day. Would have been better to turn me away if they didnt have capacity that day.

I made an appointment online. But that doesnt mean they had an opening at that time. So I waited 2 hours for them to get the car in, and another 1:45 for them to do the work. It sucked.
The crew at Hamline and Larpenteur in Roseville got my tires put on the same day I came in! Snow was due the next day. Amazing!

Been there three times with very common cars that have very common tires. Each time the store doesnt have any tires available other then the most expensive ones. Every time I just went to Discount Tires and drove home same day with new tires that werent $100s more then what I wanted.
So I purchased 4 tires to be installed on my 2016 Rav4 and I called around and this location gave me a price of $60 for mount and balance on all 4. Quote was given to me by Robert the owner. Because of the reasonability of the quote I agree to a 2:00pm appointment that day. Was told that it would take an hour to get the job done. So I had my employee drop the vehicle off at 1:50pm. Called at 3:30 and was told that the vehicle was the next one in and would be ready in 40 mins and I would get a call back. Called at 4:30pm and was told that the vehicle just got in and would be ready in 40mins and would get a call back. So I go to the location at 5:30 to see what was going on, did not get a call to go though, and was told that the car was ready and the bill was $159.99 plus tax. Immediately I became upset because I got a written quote for $60. So he made some changes and got me back to my quote. I would have left the matter at that and not left a poor review if it was not for the events of the next day.In the next morning I go to start my car to hit the gym at 6:30am and my car was completely dead. I assumed I had accidently left a dome light on or door open so I went to the gym in my other vehicle and when I came back to give my car a jump, I found the positive terminal completely out. When I looked at the invoice for the tire installed, they had noted they did a battery check free of charge. Something I did not authorize. I was so irate on the matter I decided to leave this review. Now imagine if this was my wife or I driving on the hiway and the terminal came loose? Not only were they three hours over on an appt but they rushed and left a loose terminal. Needless to say I took the vehicle to another local shop to get my tires rechecked. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
I will never come back to this place, poor constom service, they had my car 🚗 for 6hours for alignment and never get it done every time I called to see about my car we are busy and will get it in half hour, from 9am to 3p. I got late for work that day.
Eh. Slow service. Nice guys though. Knew what they were doing. However, had a scheduled appointment, but still took over 3 hours to even be started while other people who came in got looked at first.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! I went here today with an appointment for tire repair and was quoted two hours when I called and when I dropped off the car. I made sure to emphasize that I needed the car back in two hours, and was reassured that I would get the car back. I come back two hours later to find out that the car hadn’t even been touched. I drove away having wasted two hours of my day for NO SERVICE.
I usually have a good experience at this location. The manager Brandon is great and the blond woman in the intake area (didnt get her name) has great customer service skills, even when dealing with frustrated people, which I admire. My only complaint is that the weekend/night shift occasionally bites off more than they can chew by taking in too many cars, causing them to take way longer than expected. It is admirable that they do stay until all the cars are done, but I think it would be less frustrating if they managed their workload better. I havent had this problem during the daytime hours.

Edit: The second time I took my car here, they replaced the tires that needed replacing, but also told me I needed new wheel bearings. I took it to my hometown mechanic for a second opinion and he said the wheel bearings were fine. I would go here for tires but not for the plus. Im leaving my original positive review below because it is true--they are fast and friendly when it comes to replacing tires. Just be careful about the other stuff.After seeing all the negative reviews of Tires Plus, I was initially hesitant to take my car there when it had a flat tire, but Im glad I did. Beth at the counter was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. They changed the tire in about an hour, just like they said they would, and even gave me a ride to the university so I could work while I waited. When I picked it up, they gave me a list of other problems theyd noticed, with estimates for how much it would cost to fix them, but didnt pressure me. Overall, I was impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and low cost.
I had a tire emergency. Leon and his techs were amazing. I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to service my vehicle 15 minutes before close! I can take my road trip in the morning and have peace of mind that my tires are safe! Thank you Leon and TiresPlus!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I brought my truck in for an oil change and a rotation, alignment, and balance (because I bought tires from Tires Plus). They claimed they could not get my lug nuts off and wanted to charge me $115 to remove them, plus sign a waiver in case they damaged my truck. I said No and brought it to a different Tires Plus who was able to remove my lug nuts not problem, within ten minutes.THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU FOR MORE MONEY - THEY ARE PRIVATELY OWNED
This is the only place I bring my vehicle. I have always had good work on my 2002 Dodge Neon. Very knowledgeable. Leon will take good care of you.
They do good work but the service is rarely complete at the estimated time. Often it takes another 1-3hrs. If youre not waiting on your vehicle to be complete at a certain time this is a good place to go.
I had just a small job. Change the tires from summer to winter tires. But they took me in w/o an appointment ( not to encourage that behavior) and had me out in under an hour. While there I watched as the managers took a lot of time with a customer who didnt speak english very well. They were careful to explain and answer questions. An older facility to be sure, but great customer service for me and the others I saw in there.
I made an appt for 10am the previous day. When the next day came and i went to drop off my car the person there could not locate my appointment. My car wasnt even worked on until 1pm even though i made an appt for 10am. Not cool at all.

Great tires plus! staff is knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. They will talk real with you and let you know of issues that need immediate attention and ones that are ok to hold off on for a bit.
Check engine light came on..the charge to get it on diagnostic machine was 100.00 two days later and almost five hundred later check engine light still came on.
Tires Plus is the only place I will take my vehicle to for anything! Very repectfull, friendly and fast Ill recommend all my friends and family to come here!!!Love the crew they have here thanks guys!!!!!!!!

I just needed a oil changed and my breaks looked at. Fortunately they were able to get me in without an appointment, but they took 2 hours even though there was no line of cars or people with appointments coming in and out. The guy that sat with me in the waiting room was there for a long time as well and he has an appointment. Not bad prices, but do yourself a favor and either dont go, or just drop your car off for the day
Slow, disgruntled, and dirtyI wish I had a different story to tell but my experience at this installer was terrible. I made an appointment for 5pm. I showed up at 5pm. The check-in guy seemed confused, but was pleasant enough. I explained what I needed done and he said they would get right to my car. I took a seat on the only chair they had without a huge tear in it... 30 min later my car finally was driven into the shop (what good is an appointment?). 10 min after that, the installer wandered into the shop and asked me to explain again what I needed done (take the winter tires off, put the new tires on). I asked for the wi-fi code... It didnt work. I went to the bathroom... the door stuck and the surfaces showed years of not being cleaned. 50 min after that, my car was done. I said to the man at the counter that I was dissatisfied with the amount of time that it took to install my tires. He gave me a line about having to finish the cars that came in before me. I asked him what good it did to have an appointment. He dodged the question. I paid and left a very unhappy customer. Since I have aluminum wheels they recommended coming back and getting the bolts tightened at 50-100 miles. I went to a different tires plus and the gave me great service. The guy who tightened my bolts was visible surprised at how loose my bolts were. I was not surprised.
I appreciated that Tires Plus Roseville took my flat tire problem on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. They said itd be done most likely before days close, and they called me and I got to work at 5. So I was glad they took care of me, and they were very courteous to me even when busy. In fact I thought of calling to thank them personally again as I would have been in a bad way with a flat with all the driving I do to get to my various job sites. Thank you. Ruth

Leon helped me with my car. In a nutshell, he hated life and didnt care about customer service. After checking in my car he took my keys and said, Okay, thank you, and walked away. He didnt mention anything about an approximate cost or even how long it would take to finish everything. I asked how long he thought itd take and he only responded, Well, there are two people in front of you.... After asking again, he said that itd take about an hour. After an hour passed, no update from Leon. I asked again how much longer itd take and he said itd be done soon. Another hour passes and he calls me to the desk only to tell me that the tire couldnt be fixed. What a joke!! I had to wait 2 hours just to tell me that he couldnt fix the flat. I took my car and left.The next day I took my car to Discount Tires. They gave me a quote up front and they told me that itd take about 40 minutes. It only took 30 minutes. Finally, someone that knows how to run a business and cares about the customer experience!If you want amateur hour, by all means, go to Tires Plus. LOL!Discount Tires is where its at folks!!
I went here on May 24th 2013 to look at getting a slow leak in my tire fixed. It was early morning, they had just opened for the day so I was the only customer there. I expected to make an appointment to get it fixed however I was not able too cause the SUPER LOUD PHONE KEPT RINGING. Did the girl at the counter put the phone on hold, nope, three times as I started to explain what I needed and tried to make an appointment the phone would ring, she would answer it, take care of that customer first, making appointments for the same thing I needed. I would literally start to explain what I needed when the phone would ring again. Not once did they put it on hold to help me first.

Scheduled a tire job and oil change at 5pm and service was pushed back to 7:45... all that was done was an oil change and battery test. Their estimate the work being done was 45 mins when were arrived back at 6:45. Now the electrical system is shot, windows wont open/close, door locks dont work, keyless entry and alarm system is out. They gave us the oil change for free but the damage that had been done to the vehicle is more than what we had bargained for.Parking is TERRIBLE, cars double parked all throughout the lot..... Corporate will be hearing from us.
Hard to find much to recommend this place. Ive had adequate service two out of four visits, but the overall vibe is bad. Last week as I was waiting an extra hour for my flat fix to be finished, the manager Brandon belittled one of his workers in front of five or so customers. A year ago Brandon sold me some Goodyear RS-As w/ no mileage guarantee without making this clear....who sells tires that last a year/9K miles? Anyway, dont go here. My Volvo mechanic recommends Discount Tire on Univ. and Hamline.
Flat tire. I showed up without an appointment. They were double-booked for the next 3 hours and the alignment machine was on the fritz, so their tech was doing the aligning at another Tires Plus location. (So they were short-handed at this one.) Although Brandon was single-handed he bent over backwards to accommodate me. Found a nail in the tire, pulled it, permanent-patched it, balanced and Im on my way in only one hour. Totally amazing. Should call him The Flash.
Ask for Darian when you need service hes a ASE tech there. Does the job quick and accurate also knows his stuff!
Terrible service. I had a battery replacement scheduled ahead of time, and they claimed they ordered the battery in for me. When I got there for my appointment they didnt have the battery, and called to get one out asap, claiming it would be there in 15 min. I sat for an hour waiting and no one ever showed up with the battery, so I asked if it was on its way or how much longer it would be? They said they had no idea and I would have to come back another time. They say this AFTER Ive already been sitting around waiting in the lobby for an hour.
I love this location even though i sometimes dont love them repair prices but i have to say they do great work and always been fair to me and mine me and my wife love dealing with the lady name beth super polite, helpful, and explains stuff better but all the employees are cool

Terrible customer service! I had an appointment at 1 pm to look at a fairly minor issue. Six hours later, at closing time, they still hadnt even touched my car. They offered no real explanation and made no attempt to remedy the customer service issue. I decided to take my car somewhere else and will not be back.
