I picked up my car from Fratchers today. I was blown away. My 2014 Genesis looks brand new. Due to the fact that all 3 damaged parts needed to be ordered and for them dealing with the insurance I was worried about the time frame I would be without a car. They were hoping to have it done around Labor Day. It was done 1 week early. Of course due to it being painted the outside was washed. It didnt stop there ... the inside was completely detailed and the carpet scented. The tires were shined up. On the passenger seat there was a Thank you Card for me. FRATCHERS BODY SHOP ROCKED!!! Knocked it out of the park. A smaller business with owners who truly care about their customers unlike the big guys Caliber Collision. I highly recommend Fratchers Body Shop and would absolutely use them again if need be. They were recommended to me and the reviews aided in my decision.

The company I work for uses Fratcher Auto Body, and when my work car was involved in an accident, Fratchers fixed it right up! Im in absolute AWE of their work, the car is nearly more beautiful than it was before the accident. I cant thank them enough!

I didn’t have work done here but wanted to give a great review for the estimate experience & great service. I bought a car from Carmax, who said the car had not been in an accident, although the front bummer started falling off. I took the car here for the estimate and the gentleman that helped me was incredibly knowledgeable! He pointed out areas of impact & work the car had from Carmax to cover up an accident. He even showed me a sticker from the previous body shop that had done the work. I would’ve absolutely gotten the car worked on here had I not dealt with Carmax for the issue at hand after that estimate. I would recommend this shop to any in Roseville area.

I brought my car to Fratcher Auto Body because of the great Yelp reviews. They were spot on. I had my front bumper pop off and the driver’s side has a scratch because I parked too close to a tree flower bed in a parking lot. Jerry gave me a fair estimate...much lower than I received from two other body shops.My car was ready in two days. In addition, it wasn’t all that clean when I brought it in. My car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. The woman at the front desk was really nice, Jerry was really nice. Both were very professional. I highly recommend them if you Need body work done on your vehicle!

We just picked up our Honda CRV today, and they did such an amazing job with the repair. We have an unusual paint color and they matched it perfectly! And they were wonderful about working with our insurance company to get approval for a supplemental repair. The owners are super nice, and our car looks like it just came off the factory floor. Jerry is salt of the earth. Vickie and the crew there are all just good people that care about their workmanship and customers. Don’t go to the corporate guys. Go local with Jerry and you can’t go wrong.

I have been here TOO MANY TIMES. But when its body work or paint these folks are the best. After our car was totaled they stayed open a little late so we could get personal items out of the car. They care about the customer not just the money.

I think this place is awesome. Not only did they fix my bumper, they looked at a dent in my hood. I was so excited when I got in my car and noticed that they had cleaned the inside and outside of it! I hope I dont have to go back, because that means I have gotten into an accident, but if I needed to, this is where I would go!!
