Waisted my time of having me bring my truck to say they would not do painting service. Keep in mind I communicated and sent photos prior to bringing the truck and picking the paint. Amazing!!! That’s the best way to describe the experience. From the first moment I walked in the door I was treated the way a customer should be treated. I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. While speaking with the manager he wasn’t talking down to me or trying to talk me into anything I didn’t want. I went in to get my 94 Dakota painted. I was looking for a super basic, least expensive paint job I could get. The manager respected that and didn’t try to needlessly up sale me. He listened to exactly what I wanted and boy did they deliver. The finished product was amazing. Especially for the price. The quality I got makes me feel like I should have paid more. I was expecting it to look good but wow, totally floored on how beautiful it is. The time frame when what they originally told me.This was my first time going through having a vehicle painted. Came here a while back to get my rear bumper painted, because the previous owner got it done real shoddy. My paint was bubbling and chipping off, but they made my bumper look good as new!

Had our old Jeep brought back to life. They delivered early and we were happy with the results.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on repainting my car (it was easy to schedule). Tim, was great, he broke down everything on the estimate, and where the cost came from, what kind of work would be done, gave me an estimate on how long it would be in the shop, etc. Fast forward a week later, I had brought it in on a Monday, and it was done and ready for pickup on that Friday. I went from a Dark Blue color to a Darker Grey color and I got the Basic package and it turned out amazing. The staff there at all times we’re super friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend getting paint work done there. And a big shoutout to Tim & Jacob for being super helpful and utilizing great customer service.

Outstanding customer service. They not only painted my classic 1976 Oldsmobile 98, but removed my bumpers so I could powder coat them. They gave me a great price on the paint job and repairs. Jacob and his crew are amazing. Taking my other car in next month. Its Maaco but these guys are a cut above.

These folks are A+ quality for very reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent. Jacob goes the extra mile to deliver the best product with personal service. We bought our 2003 Ford Ranger with a smashed in side. Wanted to fix it but had to pay out of pocket. All other body shops quoted us prices that exceeded the value of the truck. Not Maaco. Their body repair person is EXCELLENT. He was able to bang out the dents and make it look like new. With all done including painting our aftermarket shell, they did an excellent job for about 1/3 the cost. You wont go wrong choosing these people.

Jacob at Maaco was incredibly helpful. I needed a repair on my front bumper. He was able to source the products and get the labor cost down. I thought I was in for a big bill, but it turned out to be very reasonable. The technicians also took care of an extra issue on my car for no extra cost. I took my classic convertible to this Maaco several years ago and had done my own body and prep work on the car. They do not warranty work if you do your own bodywork - that is SMART business on their part! Most people havent a clue how to prep a car for paint. Nonetheless, I picked up my car a week later and it was gorgeous! There was one small run in the front fender which they quickly repaired. I was elated with the paint work and was repeatedly complimented on the paint job at car shows.Fast forward to my next project car - I was told by the franchisee that they no longer paint customer-prepped cars due to a lawsuit by someone who did their own work, did a horrible job and then was displeased with the outcome and sued them. Too bad. I restore classic cars as a hobby and good paint shops are hard to find.

I have a 2005 Honda Element that had major oxidation on the hood and the plastics had become dull with sun exposure and age. I brought it to Maaco and they took care of the hood, which now looks as good as new, as well as brought the plastics back to life with their trim kit. I couldn’t be happier with the results! In July 2019 we brought one of our family cars in to Maaco on Riverside in Roseville for a new paint job which included a color change as well. A year later and that car still looks as good as when it was done last July. Now, one year later, we have brought in the other family car to have it repainted in it’s same color. Another great painting job was done and we are really pleased at the service we received.

They were extremely polite and expedient. The inky issue is their sanding dust is throughout my entire cab. They said they were gonna wash it. But it looks like it was rinsed on the side were the work was done. Bed had cardboard from work, tape etc. Im upset of the way my truck was left to me.

Amazing job! Tim and his team are awesome!! Initially, I was just hoping for a decent paint job so I could sell my 2006 Tundra. The paint was faded pretty bad and the passenger side was peeling. when I got it back, they not only had restored the paint to looking like a brand new (2006) Tundra, but they also restored the love that I felt when I first bought the truck. Now instead of wanting to sell, ive been looking up mods for it! Thanks guys!

Overall a great looking job for the money, however I was a little disappointed that a deep scratch in tailgate was not prepped and painted over. This one small detail would have made a near perfect job.

I had my car repainted back in February and it came out looking brand new! About two weeks later I bumped into a yellow barricade and ended up with paint transfer on my side door. I freaked out and dummy me, I grabbed a sponge with the scouring pad on one side to get the yellow paint off. Yup.. You guessed it, messed the paint job up. At least I thought... I went in fully expecting to have to pay to get the door repainted, Maaco told me to leave it and see if they could possibly buff out the spot. Sure enough they did! The total cost was FREE!! Best customer service hands down. I will definitely refer everyone their way!

Took my 2013 Honda Accord to these guys late last year; it needed some serious body work in a number of places. Jacob was professional and direct when assessing the damage and giving me my free quote, the staff was very accommodating when it came to dropping off my car, and the finished product was very well done. My one minor complaint is that it looked like they wiped my dash and interior with dirty rags because there was a lot of residue in the interior that wasn’t there before. With that being said, I didn’t go there for interior detail so it didn’t matter to me. Great service, highly recommend.

Maaco gave us a prompt and through bid package for repainting our Jeep Liberty. The repairs on the dents looked very good with no visible signs as to where they were.There was some overspray on a few areas of chrome and weather stripping gaskets.All in all it was a good experience.

Had my truck painted. It was supposed to be factory color but is two shades darker than OEM. They forgot to put the windshield washer nozzles back in the hood. Tape and paper were left on the door jam.

I usually dont review, but they pretty much saved me. I was on a really short schedule, but they managed to fit me in, and get my car all fixed up in way less time and a fifth of the cost than other shops. If I ever need work done again, Maaco is the only shop Id go to.

Maaco at Riverside in Rocklin CA is amazing and take pride in their work. My truck had been painted by another Maaco in Nevada and the paint did not cure. All dust and debris stuck to it and had a dull sandpaper finish. The Nevada Maaco closed so I had to look for another location to fix this issue. I contacted Tim and was asked to bring the vehicle in for inspection. He was amazed, to say the least, at the work that had previously been done. Tim and I worked together for a date that was convenient for both of us. They would have to strip the vehicle down to the metal and start over. It was not his fault but he was professional and handled the matter as if it was his own truck, knowing he represents the Maaco brand. He informed me that this process could take up to 4 weeks to complete. I was fine with that. I dropped my truck off for the repaint and was emailed pictures through the process. In only 2 weeks the truck was completed. It is beautiful and this 2001 looks new again. Thank you to Tim, Josh, and Jacob, who put a lot of sweat into this project, along with the entire crew for all your hard work and excellent finished product. They polished my headlights, taillights, and black rubber accessories. Wow, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Tim’s Maaco. He and his crew go the extra mile to assure the customer is satisfied. I can’t say THANK YOU enough and would highly recommend this Maaco.

Every bump and scratch completely gone. Car was ready ahead of time and completed within 4 business days of when I went in for an estimate. Work was perfect. They even cleaned the car. The price? Lower than I expected. This place is run like a finely tuned machine! Finding a body shop like this is like finding gold in the American River.

First of all they were several hundred dollars less than the insurance recommended shop. Insurance didn’t pay. My Tahoe was ready on the day & time promised. They were just supposed to do the roof of the Tahoe but an employee misread the work order & my whole vehicle was completely sandblasted & repainted at no extra charge. My Tahoe looks like it just came out of the showroom All the employees were so nice and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I came in with at small chip in the corner of my front bumper. Prior to the clear bra being installed I wanted to have that chip filled in. The chip was located in a bad spot and the best option would be to repaint the whole bumper which would’ve been excessive. Felling my pain, Tim took some time, prepped the spot and did some touch up work which helped out a lot.

Maaco did a great job on my Mazda cx5. They were not only the least expensive of 3 estimates but also applied coupons etc to save me money. Friendly and helpful and quick turnover.

Got my 2003 f-250 painted due to the paint pealing and rust starting to form. Took about 6 days and it came out better than I expected. This Maaco is an extremely professional organization that did everything they committed to. I highly recommend this business!

My wife and I brought in an older Ford Explorer which was my fathers beloved car; before he passed he asked me not to sell it ever. We brought it to these gentlemen and they were able to restore it better than when the first day he bought it. Great paint job at an affordable price! However I’m going to have to go back and ask if they offer buffing and polishing because there are scratches and scuffs all around the areas they painted.

So grateful for these guys! They were quick to order a plastic insert for my bumper that broke, after I hit a raccoon while on my morning commute. It was an easy install, so they just popped it in and sent me on my way.

The vehicle was finished in the time specified. The quality of the paint job on the hood was terrible and there were numerous small chips that were not fixed and there were raised spots that were not sanded down properly. I believe no one at Macco bothered to do a last review of the job. I brought it to their attention and was told to bring it back in two weeks to repaint hood and repair other spots at no charge. This paint job I was told prior to painting was the original Factory paint job. In my opinion it was far from it. It should have been done properly the first time. The good news is, they are planning on making it right in two weeks

Last year they repainted my 2008 Infiniti G 37S to the original OEM paint job and it was beautifulBecause of the quality of last year’s work I took it in for repair of the left fender front fender and the job once again was way beyond outstanding

Excellent job on a black GMC pickup. Remember, it takes a week for the Paint to smooth out. After two months and a wax job we were even more impressed. Good service, just remove your own accessories. The bed rails on our truck were different than normal and the clips got broken in removing them.

Went there a while back when they advertised to paint your car for 2 or 3 hundred and 99 dollars on TV. I thought since it was in Roseville it would be of a higher standard. The guy I talked to went right into used car salesman mode. He was a little rude and self convinced. He said it only starts at the price advertised. Then went on to price around $2000 for a paint job without a clear coat(one stage). I looked at some of the cars that came out. They were drying out front of the place. They didnt really look that great! There were clumps of paint stuck to the cars and other flaws. I dont know if things have improved but I would think twice!

I fixed a dent on my cars fender. This was justification for Maaco to tell me that they wouldnt paint my car for $10,000. It was agressive and disrespectful.
