Sterling, the estimator, was very good evaluating the repair needed. 2 days later, he called me and said there was less repair needed than originally estimated, so $250.00 was deducted from the bill. The repair was to new car standard.They are the best!

Caliber Collision is the best auto body shop I’ve ever taken one of my cars to! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional right from the start. They helped to make sure that my rental car would be there for me when I dropped my car off and they had the paperwork for my repairs ready to go. Sterling was fabulous as well! He gave me frequent updates on the status of my repairs and was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He definitely made what could have been a much more stressful situation go very smoothly. Zero stress! The team who did my repairs did an immaculate job. My car looks absolutely perfect and I know that was not an easy task! Such an intricate paint job executed way above my expectations. Chris and the staff were awesome. Clean environment and Christopher was able to push and get my vehicle done right on time. Parking is a little hectic but ask someone to help you out and they will be more than willing to take care of you. Overall great repair job.

Thank you Caliber Collision for the great work. The process was slow at first but once the ball got rolling, my Suburban was back to looking great. Drop off was easy and seamless with the rental car company on their way to pick me up. It was convenient to be able to leave the rental car at Caliber Collision and trade off with my Suburban. Impressed by the reviews, I chose Calliber for some major repairs. They kept the vehicle for several weeks beyond the promised completion date. Several rework needed to be done and each time they kept the vehicle longer than promised. The initial sales was awesome and the front desk staff helpful. However the follow up communication was thin at best. I did get the vivid impression that they were severely understaffed. Needless to say, I was disappointed and cannot in good faith recommend them for any significant repairs until they fix their internal customer service process.

Please read it completely before they do something wrong to you like they did it to me.my Neighbor hit my car in my parking lot and came to my for apology, meanwhile they ask me to take my car somewhere for an estimate of the damage, I went to Caliber Collision in Roseville on Galleria Blv.my neighbor ask me to not tell them about the insurance because she thought she would pay out of pocket to prevent her insurance from increasing, and I did so, they gave me an estimate of more than $ 2500, when I brought the paperwork to my Neighbor, she said it was to much for her to pay out of pocket so she decided to go through her insurance. she called me next day and gave me the claim number. two days later when I called the adjuster, he told me that my total was around $800 . and I was shocked about this big jump.In fact, they sent a different estimate to AAA without letting me know. I know that there will be some discount if you go through the insurance but not that much difference.when I called the Caliber Collision, the even wanted to hide the original first estimate from me and they told me the only have the $800 estimate. Fortunately I had the hard copy of the original estimate. and I told them that they gave this to me, then they said that there is a lady who works with AAA came and made all these edits. My question is how is it possible to have this big jump in the estimate??? Doesnt it indicate the you the CALIBER COLLISION are not professional?? and fully corrupted???

We found out about Caliber through our insurance company and I can say that the quality of work and timeline to repair came out perfect. Our service writer Chris was on point, great to work with and with teenage drivers we have to say we have been there more then once. Chris went above and beyond and even fixed additional areas for minimal cost. Great job Chris, you are a big part of why we used your company.

My first impression of the place was very clean, and easy to find. Maddy at the front desk was very helpful and always smiling making you feel very welcome. My Collision representative, Amy, was very professional, welcoming and sincere. She was very understanding and patient with me, because I had 3 separate claims to have to deal with so 3 times the paperwork. Now this is my initial review and only hope the work is as good as the customer service.UPDATE: Got my car back, and it looks fantastic. Great service, awesome updates throught the process, and an incredible end product. It feels like the car is new again. Amy was amazing, very professional, very patient with my 3 claims at once, which was triple the paperwork, she made the process painless and actually a pleasure knowing my car was in good hands. Very happy with the work. The Customer service is very professional . They stay in touch and keep you informed about whats happening with your vehicle. Im very satisfied with the work they did on my car. I just hope I wont be needing them in the future. But if I do, I will be going back!

My bumper was badly damaged and needed to be replaced completely April 2021. They had it replaced, painted and all the sensors in working order in two days.

I would recommend Caliber Collision to all my friends and family. Their team works well together and let’s the customer know the progress of the repairs. After they replaced the bumper and painted it,the bumper looked like new. I was thrilled.

This was a nice experience from start to finish the staff was great attentive and knowledgeable about what their process was regarding my car body repair. I was already down about my car being hit and they made it less stressful from when i first brought it in the guy who was going to be working on it walked around the vehicle explaining stuff to when i received the rental to when i came to pick it up a manager was nice enough to come out and he walked around it explaining what was done etc. pretty cool place.

I had some self-inflicted damage to the back bumper of my 1-month-old Mercedes SUV--I very unfortunately overestimated the size of my garage and shut the garage door on my bumper. I brought my car into Caliber Collision to erase any evidence of my stupid mistake. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon. It was a quick and easy drop-off and a friendly associate gave me a ride back to work. It was done by that Wednesday afternoon and the shop clearly communicated its status to me along the way. When I came to pick it up the vehicle had been FULLY detailed inside and out--it seriously looked better than the day I bought it (from the dealership)! And of course my back bumper looked as good as new! Checking out was quick and easy and I received a full detailed printout of all the work that was performed. The folks at Caliber Collision are professional, friendly, and super service-minded. It was a pleasure working with them.

Dont bother....I had a recent accident and needed some body work done. Filed my insurance claim sent my vehicle to Caliber and off we go.... right? WRONG!While Mike and Jeromy are nice enough to speak to, the work the company does as a whole is less than stellar. The work was incomplete. The minute I drove off the lot I called and spoke to Mike and said it wasnt right. He asked that I bring it back in so Jeromy could look at it. I personally walked Jeromy out to my vehicle, showed him the concern and his response was Ill have my guys look at it, but I dont see anything wrong with it. Ill even drive it to the dealership and do a diagnostics free of charge to make sure we didnt overlook anything.We walked back to his office, and scheduled a day/time to return my vehicle to him.Day of return- my husband and I dropped off my vehicle- no record, nothing written up, no notes, no idea what to do as Jeromy and Mike neither one were in yet. Nothing. Aggravated, disappointed and late for work, we left the vehicle with SPECIFIC instructions about the work Jeromy agreed to do. We got a call later in the day and was told NOTHING was wrong. The alignment was off by a feather but they fixed it, and the door was best they could do, but thats just how Jeeps are.Went to pick it up... immediately knew it wasnt fixed and drove it straight to the dealership.2 broken motor mounts.. repeat TWO BROKEN MOTOR MOUNTS- Jeromy spoke directly to my husband and told him the motor mounts were fine. Thats horribly unsafe- so thank you for that. It was completely out of alignment and the passenger door was worse than it was after we left it with Caliber the first time. $1800 later (after the deductible and against my better judgement since it should have been covered from the original insurance claim or under the Caliber warranty had they done their job properly since it was accident related) its fixed and Im back safe on the road.I will never go back to Caliber Collision.

Since my vehicle was totaled, this shop did not do any repairs. However, while my vehicle was in their possession working thru the insurance co, I have received the most outstanding service from them. Their updates were most current and on time. Had to send our car out to fix after they gave it back sensors were not working it was in front end collision with a deer now the wipers do not raise off of shield ???

My experience here was superb!! I had damage to the driver side door, rear door and quarter panel. When picked up looked better than brand new!! Jeremy, was super cool, made sure I got to my rental then when I picked up my car he made sure it was to my liking even reshining the tires and rims. The guy is a 10 out of 10 in customer service!! Ari the front desk receptionist got me a rental and was very friendly. Mike kept me informed what was going on with my car as it was happening! This place is really great Ill definitely bring and send work their way!!

Dont fo to this ppl. They charge you really high. Before going to them get quotes from other body shop for sure. For me there was around $1000 difference in the quote. I will never go to them again. Zero Trust.

I took my car here to be replaced at the Galleria location in Roseville. They did a great job and were very friendly. They sent me daily emails to update me on the process in which they were completely my car. When I picked it up, they brought it out and the process was quick (which was great considering I had my 2 kiddos with me). They had also washed my car, vacuumed and dusted the inside. I was very happy. The work they did to replace my bumper was also perfect. I would 100% recommend them!

I had body repair several months ago at the facility in West Sac. I was waiting on a new head light assembly that, supposedly, kept coming in damaged. The service at this repair shop was OUTSTANDING! The service advisor, Mike Waldron, who helped us throughout our repair was iINCREDIBLE! He bent over backwards for us! First he listened to us and the fact that we did not want to total or salvage our car. Then he sent the car to a repairman that he knew would look honestly at it and see if it could be fixed, rather than someone who would automatically say it had to be totaled. In the process he came up with an estimate that was roughly half of another estimate we received from a different repair shop. As a result we were able to have the car fixed rather than totaled. Then he called us many times during the course of the repair work to update us. They did a great repair job on the car and in somewhat less time than they had predicted. As a result of our experience we have decided that if we ever need any repair work in the future, we will never go anywhere else.

Went over everything and notified me when they discovered additional damage from me being rear ended. Great job on the work done.

At first I was very satisfied with Sarah who was the original estimator and person I was dealing with on my claim so my hat is off to her. But it wasnt until I was passed along to Travis that I really started having issues. It seemed like he could care less of what I needed. After all the car was there to fix things that they had missed. To top everything off in my way home going down the highway driving my return visit my hood flew up on me. The technician had not even latched my hood which nearly caused me to have a severe accident. When I called Travis to talk to him about it all he could do was give me excuses instead of apologizing for the fact that the incident even happened. I would steer clear off any caliber collision center as I have had previous issues with another calliber collision center.
