Great experience buying replacement washer and dryer....both for the price of a washer only at Lowes... They delivered, uninstalled and removed the old ones and installed the new ones. Very friendly and helpful making sure my new dryer was set with the right plug. Also bought a beautiful refrigerator from them two years ago and 100% recommend this business!!!!!

Very nice appliances, the used market can be questionable and this company offers a six month warranty. I could see the staff cleaning and working on the appliances to make sure they were clean and operational. I did think the prices were a tad high but the quality compared to other used appliances places seemed superior at AR appliances

This place is Great! I got both my washer and dryer for 500.00 that included delivery and hookup. They also offer a 6 month warranty on all their appliances (no extra charge for Warranty).

Parts are way over priced. Check out Granger or Amazon first. If you don’t have time I guess get over charged.

Great customer service. We bought a washing machine and Noor was able to have it delivered and hooked up for us within 20 minutes. Delivery men were very polite and speedy in and out in 10 minutes.

We bought a refrigerator for our garage from AR Appliance. The appliance did not work like it should when we brought it home. AR appliance promptly sent someone over to fix the problem. It wasnt the ideal situation, but they really stepped up to the plate to make things right. I will be using AR Appliance again in the future. Thanks for the great support!

This is a great place to go for used appliances. The prices are very fair. You get 6 month warranty in case anything happens. They deliver and Hookup the next day for very cheap. The people in the store were friendly. The 2 man team that delivered the dryer i bought were very efficient and friendly as well. If you need an appliance give this place a shot.

The new owners Noor and his father are very honest. They have great selections of used appliances at a great price.Ive bought used appliances from different places and they dont last. Their used appliances last a while and I can attest to that. If you need appliances repair or need used appliances I would highly recommend them. They will not try to sell or charge you for parts or repair thats not needed.

Worst experience I have ever had with a so called company.The store was informed that the old washer was full of water.the salesman tells me the installers will take care of draining the water.The installers show up they are told about the water in the washer.Now they put straps on the washer and try to take it out of the basement.UP 3 STEPS WATER POURS OUT ON MY CARPETED STEPS AND BASEMENT.ALL I GOT WAS sorry dudenext they take the washer back where it was and dumped the water in the floor drain WHICH IS WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.I tried to clean the carpet.now I have to have it professionally cleaned.THANKS FOR NOTHING.

They left my senior mother with a drying that she can’t use because they would only deliver it and not install it. They told me that delivery comes With installation. My mom called me in tears. The dryer was wet inside and they just dumped it in her house and they wouldn’t answer the phone to fix it. Really awful, shady and I would avoid at all costs.
