Joseph at Paramount offered exceptional customer service. Walked me through the different tire options, explaining pros/cons. When they went to actually replace them they found another issue which added around 350 in additional charges. He called me the next day and said they had their master tech look at it and the repair wasn’t actually necessary. I really appreciated the ethical way they handled everything and how he walked me through every step!

The best thing I can say here is regarding the service I received. Amy ... I can honestly say that it has been forever since I have been greeted and served by a more kind, sincere and caring person. She listened so intently, and clearly wanted to help me to her Very best ability. I overheard her with other customers, too, and her calm spirit and kind heart made the experience of taking care of a leaky tire an enjoyable experience. Check engine light was cryptic; minimal clues for the techs. They were great about chasing it, finding it, eliminating it. This is why I have had my family’s cars repaired here for 20 years (est); they’re great partners in keeping my cars on the road.

Overall Im satisfied with their service. Prices were about normal. No shuttle service unlike many other car service providers. My Big Concern is that after the oil change my SUV leaks oil. I took it back to the shop. They checked the leak and said it was oil spilled on the frame, and they had cleaned it off. They said the oil plug and oil filter was tight and not leaking. Unfortunately my vehicle is still leaking oil under the motor. Ive owned my SUV from new and NEVER had an oil leak! Ridiculous! I will now have to take it elsewhere to check were the oil is coming from. I dont think I will go back to Paramount for any service. You would think that after spending almost $500 at Paramount I could expect better service and more concerned customer service.

I have always been a user of discount tire (since starting to drive 15 years ago) and had never found a place that competed with their prices or offered as nice of a protection policy. Discount tire is quite a drive from me and since I found myself in the rosemount paramount shop today, I decided to look into their tire prices. Amy was very willing and professional when it came to walking me through the process and writing up an estimated cost for the two types I was considering when it came to my 2019 Forrester.She answered my questions about the differences and was willing to explain why a certain one might fit my needs more than the other - and it all checked out when I looked it up online. Sorry, Amy - it’s not that I doubted you ... you just hear horror stories about “up selling”. Thank you for being straightforward and honest! The warranty protection at paramount is higher and is more limited as far as cost you are responsible for after every year vs covered entirely for the first 3 years - but the closeness of this shop plus the willingness to explain and help makes a bit of extra cost worth it. I look forward to getting tires from here next month!As an aside, this store is so well put together and very clean! Not something I’ve come across with many auto places unless I was at the Subaru dealership itself for service. And the service was awesome. Everyone is so nice. I’ve been going to Walmart in Hastings before now - what was I thinking!?! 😂. Paramount definitely has my business!Thanks guys! You’re all doing great!!

Blew a tire on the way to Mayo. I was able to limp to the store and arrived as they opened at 7am. I told Devin my dad was having surgery and I appreciated anything he could do to get me in. He squeezed me in and I was back on the road by 8:30. I will be calling him today to set up getting the other 5 tires changed out.Thank you Devin!

I got my oil changed today and my vehicle seemed extremely loud afterwards. I Had my husband check it out. They left my air box completely off of my air filter. Unbelievable!!

Paramount claimed that they could not reset the Calipers on my front brakes and that they needed to replace them along with the pads and rotors. Cost: $1500. I balked and took the car home. I was able to reset the caliper myself by looking it up on YouTube and completed the rest of the brake job myself.I’ve been a loyal customer at Paramount for over five years and they had treated me fairly up until about a year ago, but this place is not the same anymore.

They were very clean and courteous, I mentioned about my air filter where the previous place back in December that changed my oil said I absolutely needed a new one, but when you guys looked at it you said it was still just fine and I appreciate the fact when automotive places don’t try to make me pay for extra services that I do not need thank you.

I purchased a set of 5 new tires. We had one issue with the new set that was unrelated to the shop, but both Nick and Devon were proactive about taking care of it and getting me out the door as quickly as possible and pleased with my purchase.

UPDATE: I know that is has been like 2-3 months and Im sorry. Ive been very busy with the holiday being a retail employee but besides the point these guys are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me and get me everything I needed. The parts I needed were backed ordered for the next 2-4 months and Bill was able to help me find the part and buy it! I want to special thank Bill the manager and his employee Nick. Bill for helping me find the part and getting it installed and I want to thank Nick for keeping in contact with me and helping me answer every single question I had and believe me when I said I had a lot. This review probably means nothing to cooperate but honestly if anyone higher up sees this, you guys should give them a raise! A lot of mechanics would have just said that there is nothing wrong with the car and to move on but they stuck on by me even when my issues were way bigger and over my head. Thank you to all the techs that works on my girlfriends car. I will be going this Good year for the rest of time because of the wonderful experience I had with these guys!The people were really nice. They always explained things I didn’t know and even gave me a ride back to my place when I didn’t have a ride home. Only issue is the car I brought in was not fixed. My issue is that the steering wheel was stiff after I changed the battery and starter. I had no clue what happened. I met with the manager Bill who again was nice and extremely helpful. I told him my issue with the steering wheel and checked in the car. 3 hours later I got a text saying the car was done, I went and picked up the car after work. They told me it was calibrated and the steering wheel was fixed. I paid about $145. Sadly it was not. I took it back to them before they closed and they checked it in again. The next day I gave them a call and was told I need to bring it to a dealership to get the car updated for the software inside because they couldn’t do it. Which is understandable because it is software that they would not have for licensing reasons, my issue is that I was told that the car was fixed when it was not and I had to pay $145 to get told to go somewhere else. I also understand I have to pay for labor and I’m guessing a calibration is probably more expensive than $145 which in my eyes is a good deal but only if it actually did anything. So my only real complaint is that I wished I was told that they wouldn’t be able to do anything and I would get charged for something a bit less like $80. I also understand that I don’t know how much they charge for labor but I still think $145 for nothing to be changed is still a bit high. Either way I will probably still go to these guys with my car issues because how they treated me. Wanted the to assemble my struts and basically make a quick strut but they said to leave it with them and the would get to it tomorrow. Kind of needed it done sooner than later.

Excellent service! I stopped because they were having a tire sale and I had my dog in the car. They gave us a ride home! They don’t sell you anything you don’t need and they got me the best deal on tires. Very prompt service and you don’t wait weeks to get an appointment or get stuck in a waiting room while they work on the car. Wish I had discovered this place years ago.

The guys at Paramount Goodyear always treat us great. Bill is very knowledgeable and in general a great guy to work with. I went in for a simple wheel swap they had in and out in no time. They never try to sell me stuff I don’t need To earn an extra buck. They tell me what I need and if it should be done right away or if it something we can take care of along the way. These guys are Great. I bring 3 vehicles to them and don’t trust anyone else to take care of me.

Easy to order tires online and then schedule an apt at the near by goodyear. They called to confirm and adjust due to overlap in the system. Work was completed in a reasonable time, and I was even able to add in an oil change without having to schedule another time. Ive taken my various trucks to them over the years and always get good results from them.

I have been coming here on and off for many years but after last night I will not be returning. Upon arriving I waited probably about 5 minutes before anyone came into the lobby area and when someone finally did I wasn’t greeted with a hi or hello I received a what do you want/why are you here attitude. I had an appointment and was on time. He seemed bothered by my business. Lobby area did not seem clean and there was no sanitizing the front desk area after customers. After checking in for my oil change I mentioned a squeaking noise my car had been making and if I could get an estimate on repairs. At the end of my appointment it seemed like they didn’t even attempt to look at the cause of this problem and told me because I didn’t inform them about this until I checked it I would need to bring it back to have it looked at by someone else.

I called and was able to get in the next day for some brakes that were on their last leg. The employees were quick and professional and didnt push unnecessary work on me. I will definitely use Paramount again.

I probably wont revisit. Not many positives to take away from my recent visit. I made a drop-off appointment on a Thursday for a Monday appointment. They didnt verify who I was, so when I dropped my vehicle off at 9am for 4 tires mount and balance, my appointment was set up under another customer. The location closed at 6 pm and I had not received a status update on my vehicle by 430pm, so I had to call. They told me it was on the lift as we spoke (mind you they have had my vehicle all day) and they would call me when completed. I never received the call, so I showed up to the location at 550pm to get a status update. It was still on the lift with 2 wheels off. When I received the invoice there was no prior heads up on the price of the service, somewhat of sticker shock. It would have been nice to know the cost of service before the time of invoicing. Two-star review because the wheels havent fallen off my truck so far, otherwise poor experience.Edit: not able to respond to the Presidents response below, so I will here. Thank you for reaching out, it is appreciated. I have gone ahead and added a star to the review because of your response. As a customer, I feel I should be given an estimate of costs for a job prior to the work being done (and updates throughout the process if additional charges start populating), in my opinion this is very basic. I shouldnt have to just ask, the onnus is on the company providing the service. I hope you do look into the items I have brought up in my review, it could have been an isolated event, but it was my first interaction with the location (first impressions are important).

Call up Paramount Rosemount Goodyear when you need a service for your car. Its likely youll be greeted with PRG, this is Bill, how can I help? Honestly one of the best places to bring your car for an oil change. Theyll check your tires, fluids, filters etc and if they make recommendations for additional service theyll send a link to pictures of what they saw. They have oil change cards for 3,5 or 10 oil changes which you pay for everything (shop fees/disposal etc) up front, that will save you money on each oil change. AAA approved shop (10% off labor with card)and guaranteed repairs.I know, Im saying a lot of nice things, but these guys are pretty great. Give them a try for an oil change and see for yourself!

Ill keep giving low ratings to repair shops for as long as I keep showing up to unfinished work they reseated my tires bead for a lil under 40 dollars got there and they did it but they didnt fill my tires or check all of them then when they filled em it seemed that the valve was broken. The techs there fixed it pretty quick and were nice doin it but cmon it was there all day EDIT: they gave me a call the other week basically to apologize the reasons were sound but realistically just excuses. That being said the manager I spoke with was sincere and wanted to resolve our business relationship not 100% satisfied but respectable management at least

Great customer service. Very easy and convenient to use their online system to make an appointment.This an update of my first review. I made an appointment for my second vehicle for a oil change and tire rotation. I noted on my appointment request I would be staying in the waiting area while the work was completed. I was very uncomfortable having to sit in a confined area for over an hour and thirty-five minutes, even though all were masked. An oil change and rotation usually are completed in thirty-five to forty-five minutes. At age 70 I felt I was putting myself at risk do to this extended length of time.

I had two cars that needed tires repaired! Screw Punctures 2 - Tires 0 😳!We dropped off the cars the night before and I had a call by 8:30! Customer Service was off the charts! I received a text with a complete description, pictures and recommendation for the repair followed with a phone call! Very friendly and helpful!When we went to pick up the cars we were entertained by the guys in the shop with smiles and laughter.One of the cars had a tire replacement warranty and they called and dealt directly making sure that I had the documentation to submit for compensation.Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer! The service advisor was not too friendly, it seemed he was overwhelmed. Also I got the full synthetic oil change and my sticker was printed for only 3,000 miles. I’m not exactly sure but I thought full synthetic was suppose to go for 7 to 10 thousand miles. I have been going here for my work vehicle and they have been very good so not sure what happened here.

Manager Bill in Rosemount is always so helpful. He fit me in when the day was booked when my car wouldnt start. He has been fantastic for years and always go above and beyond in Customer service. He has even given me a ride home!

Oil change in the truck. There was a oil spill under the oil filter where some oil say until we got home and some oil dropped off the frame into our driveway. Obviously the tech didn’t clean up the oil spill at Goodyear.

Bill and Paul were great today in topping off the coolant and checking to see if it needed replacing.

Everyone at Paramount was so helpful in getting my sons car battery replaced! They talked us through jump-starting the car over the phone and after we got to the shop, they took care of us right away without an appointment. They even sent one of their team members to go pick up the correct battery from another location. Great customer service!

Paramount is a very good company and has always treated we well at the three locations I have been to. Once again, my only complaint is sometimes its hard to get an oil change unless you plan a few weeks out, otherwise these folks are as solid as they come.

All I asked was have a code cleared on my car.... I’ve had other car shops do it for free. The service manager gave me the run around telling me it’s Illegal. BILL FAHEY and his crew saved the day (Nicholas, Bryan, and Ryan). They all deserve raises, promotions, everything. I came in unexpectedly due to a flat tire heading from the cities to Rochester on 52 by the oil refinery. AAA came and put a donut on and suggested I don’t go much further until I get a new tire. Googled the closest tire shop and arrived here. Felt like I arrived at the Ritz Carlton after being stranded on 52 for over an hour with three young children. Cold water, clean facility, toys for the kiddos, and a TV. Turns out, my car needed a lot more than just a new tire. It needed new ball joints, alignment, and TWO tires. BILL had to run to another location to track down another tire. He gave me a rental van to use so I could escape with the kids while they did the work. Bill took care of every final detail, from helping me remove THREE car seats to reminding me to grab my phone charger when I jumped in the rental van. Came into the store on a Friday, spoke with a very helpful person, who explained the best tires for my vehicle. Told me I could drop the vehicle off on Saturday morning and it would take them a couple of hours to get it done. Dropped the vehicle off on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Another gentleman asked me what time I needed it back that day. I told him by four PM. Received a phone call at about 2:30 from Jim saying they might not get it done until Monday some time. Told him I could not leave the vehicle all weekend and again on Monday. He said they might be able to get in done if one of the mechanics stayed late today. Did not receive a phone call back before they closed at 4:00 PM. I called the store at 4:05, and spoke with Jim who said that they had it on the rack and would call when done. He told me about all the jobs they had to do on this date. I asked him why they over booked, when they could have easily told me on Friday they could not get to it until next week. He had no answer to that.I got a call back at 4:45 that the vehicle was ready. Upon arriving the mechanic gave me all the details including the rebate offer in the form of an auctioneer. Caught about every 5th word. My wife asked me if I caught anything he said. I still have to go back for my complimentary alignment check. Very disappointed in my first visit to this store. Many ways this could have been done differently.

I had a steering column mess up on my car a couple of months ago. They provided a quote via email. I had my car towed in, it was fixed quickly and they are very friendly. I went in a couple of weeks after that and had an oil change. Still very friendly and great service. I took my car in yesterday for an oil change no appointment. The staff said that I could leave my car and they would change the oil between appointments because they were booked for appointments until Thursday. 2 hours later, job done. And before I left one of the guys actually asked how my steering column was working! Great team, great customer service! Keep up the good work!!

Very expensive parts but they got the job done. Considering what was done I don’t think the price justified the work that was put in. Still had a decent experience and a suggestion that I check out some lonely blonde beer from a Customer service rep here with the same name as me. Just might have to if ever I meet a lonely blonde..

The front desk service managers were pleasant, and did the job as required. I asked for the a/c to be checked and recharged. The service people did what they were suppose to do. Checked the A/C system and recharged it. The only complaint I have is the HVAC door flapper wasnt working and they didnt mention it wasnt working and give me a price. But, sometimes checking everything in the car isnt possible. Its better service than at the dealerships for the small stuff and better the southcross and better than three Midas locations.

I have been going here since I moved here 4 years ago. They have done regular maintenance as well as some major repairs to my F150. Well priced and great work always impressed.
