My experience with this CVS location is decent and all the staff seems professional. Surprised to see so much negative comments but it is big, well organised, lot of people picking up prescriptions. Well, this site administering COVID vaccinations and experience is more than expected and like some adventure inside the store. Some aisles closed for vaccinations and put seats for 15min observation after vaccinations.

My elderly parents live with me and much of their medication is called into the pharmacy. I have a simple question and this is what happened....First call waited about 15 minutes, then someone hung up.Second call waited 59 minutes before I spoke to someone! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!I have screenshots of wait time!

The pharmacy service has declined greatly over the years.I called to refill an old prescription that i have been getting for many years. I get a text back from cvs that my doctor declined to refill the med and i need to make an appointment with him. When i called my doctor, he said the office sent what was needed back to the pharmacy the same day and i needed no appointment ... I called back the pharmacy and after sitting on the phone waiting for 20+ mintues i spoke to someone who said the medication out of stock and needed to be ordered and will be ready Monday.Mind you, I intitially called for a refill tuesday and i called back thursday to advise what the doctor told me. I had to explain the importance of the medication and that it was needed now and not acceptable to take almost a week to refill the prescription. They then state it would ready by friday end of day. It is friday now and have been calling all day with no answer on the phone. I waited 30+ minutes twice during my attempts. So i will have to go check the status in person 😡Its a shame. It used to be a really good pharmacy

Similar pharmacy experience as other reviewers. I used this CVS for the past 2 years. On average, it takes 2-3 visits to get my meds. (luckily they are only 5 mins away from my apt.) They said they can’t control the automated system that texts when my rx is ready, i should just call before coming in. Whenever I try calling to check first, no one answers the phone.I’m switching to Walgreens across the street but my dr accidentally sent my last round of prescriptions to CVS. I called to have the new rx cancelled so Walgreens could put in a claim with my insurance. I was on hold for 10 mins earlier today, then 23 mins later this afternoon. Once I got a person, it took 2 mins to handle my issue.

Used to be a good location no anymore. They get the prescription early and you go there 4 hours later and they say they just got it. That’s not aceptable.

I went to this location on Friday June 18th. Scott, the pharmacist on duty was extremely rude to my mother. He never allowed her to even finish her sentence! I stepped up to the counter and explained what my mother was trying to say as Scott continued to talk over me stating WITHOUT EYE CONTACT, “ there are no refills on the medication.” That was NEVER the question my mother was asking!! If you are going to sit in a “lab coat” behind a computer at least LISTEN to the customers who approach the counter. As a Doctor who wears my white coat proudly I would NEVER treat my patients this way. I am completely shocked that a pharmacist who is considered the face of the department would be this rude and insensitive.Maybe employ people with actual degrees rather than certificates and you would receive better reviews.

The worst location. They continually place you on hold for minutes at a time. Very unprofessional and incompetent pharmacy staff. My dads doctor faxed a prescription for a antibiotic and when I called to see if it was filled they claimed they didnt receive it. They then sent me a text stating that the medicine prescribed was on order. They gave me the option to have it sent to a different CVS but when I called them they kept me on hold. Very disgusted with this place. I am going to move my prescriptions and my dads prescriptions elsewhere. Horrible service.

One of the counter clerks had her mask down around her chin. Her nose and mouth were completely uncovered. Her total disregard for customers health and safety have made me consider never returning to this location. I would hope the managers would have done a better job of educating their staff.

I had never filled a prescription here at this CVS but it is a good place to buy health and beauty products. Can’t beat the benefits of the lower sales tax when every penny counts.

I live a good 20 minutes away from this pharmacy & started doing business with them because of the Insurance I now have. Their customer service is terrible! I get the impression that the younger personnel, thinks they are doing us a favor. What they seem to forget is that without us (the customer) none of them would have a job...

I went in for an item and worker in front didnt have his mask on. I looked at the other customer in line who caught my expression. The other worker came out the back without a mask on also and was going in and out taking out the garbage. This is the 2nd Time I witnessed this. The worker taking out the garbage didnt have a mask on while stocking items in the past.

Recently visited this location and asked the cashier in the pharmacy why my prescription went from $2 to $24. She opted not to answer my question (which I consider to be valid) only reiterate the price. If this location is going to hire such unprofessional ignorant staff then I will not return.

There needs to be better a better system put in place for the PHARMACY phone calls. I called twice and both time after holding for more than 10 minutes i get hung up on. It is very unprofessional that i cannot reach a pharmacist to update medication on a patient. !!!!

This is the worst CVS Ive ever been to! Ive never had been told that they were on backorder for almost every prescription. Ive had doctors send prescriptions there for my daughter and myself on several occasions and they always say its not available for over a week. This last time I had to call twice and both times it said my medication was on back order. After waiting two weeks, they finally said it was available. I couldnt go on the day of, so I decided to go 3 days later and they tell me they no longer have my medication and its again on backorder. This is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. Why am I getting a text saying to pick up my medication, if its not going to be available?!?! I usually dont like giving bad reviews but Im tired of the lack of customer service as well as the terrible service in general. If I could give five NEGATIVE stars, I totally would.

Everything you want in one location, what could be better? Friendly helpful staff, easy to navigate isles with signs for everything. And you get coupons with your loyalty card, which is nice when they apply to what youre buying. Competitive prices for sure.

When the pharmacy changed pharmacist service became horrific. Staff is often rude and unhelpful. The pharmacist is also very rude and doesn’t clearly answer questions. She seems overwhelmed and very impatient. I will only use this pharmacy in an emergency because they’re 24 hours. For all other prescriptions I’ll go a town over to the CVS on Magie Avenue in Union- staff there is patient and helpful especially when insurance companies aren’t being.

This place is terrible. I dropped off a prescription and they said 30 mins and they would text me. That was yesterday and still no word. Just called and pharmacy never picked up so I called back again. Front desk forwarded me to pharmacy where they seem to have picked line up but never said anything. Then hung up on me.Never going here again!!!

If I could give no stars, I would give that for the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription and was asked to wait which I did. Another pharmacist came during this time and perceeded to answer the phone plus two more calls while I waited to be helped. The first pharmacist asked her to help me. She told him she was on the phone and continued to ignore me. At this point I left. Will not be filling any prescriptions here.

This staff, his name is COREY, TRN 2347 REG1CSHR 0262752 STR 2064, very helpful. Every time I go shopping, he shows willingness to help, approachable and He knows what he is doing. Always reminds me to check bonus I have and reminded me to use it before the termination date. His customer service is above and beyond. Thank You Management and Corey for excellent customer service! That’s a shame see the guy is setting the prescription laughing and yoking a lot with the ladies and made me wait for my prescription more than 30 mns. At the same time see him touching and touching his beard, is really disgusting. He’s name is Daniel. At the end they give me the prescription because I was really sick thinking call 911 because I really needed the prescription for my asma and bronchitis.

Idk what happened but the Pharmacy Staff used to be amazing, lately, they have really slow customer service/not so friendly staff and if you call expect to be on hold for atleast 25 minutes before someone picks up the phone.

The pharmacy service has declined tremendously! I was told a prescription would take 15 minutes to fill so I decided to wait and I was waiting for about 45 minutes. Some of the staff members are rude and there is usually one register open and the line gets extremely long.

Usually this place is good but Kevin the cashier in the pharmacy seemed to be taking his bad day out on his customers. Along with him there was another male employee in the back with the same attitude. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this cvs if this is how their employees act.

Ive been to this CVS location only 2 times and both times Ive left angry. First time I was followed by an associate around the store I felt really uncomfortable so I left and went across the street to Walgreens. Today I go in and as I am figuring out what I needed the manager asked to take my book bag to the front register. I then asked the manager is that a new policy he ignored me and walked away so what did I do went to Walgreens.

Terrible service. I called in a prescription as a prescriber. First was put on hold for a long time. After someone finally get to me, she hang up after my first sentence. Called again, was put on hold again. Finally got to speak to someone who was curt and rude. Oh, before then, I have already left a message for the same prescription 4 days ago. Patient went there and was told it was not received.
