Worse costumer service and worse car wash do not deserve even 1 star.

Con artists. Please be aware! When you swipe your card to pay for gas, computer asks about the car wash. You cannot tell yes from no since both keys are broken and impossible to tell apart, almost seem like they were dug up on purpose. There is a 50% chance you will hit yes when you really wanted to press no. Surprise!!!! You will get hit with the ***charge for a carwash*** when you really didnt get or want one. This happened to me, I went inside, they were rude, disrespectful and annoyed. Gave me a ticket number to follow up for the credit. I asked them to fix the issue and lady at the counter pretty much told me that they have to change the whole display which was impossible. Pumps are due for updates in 2020 until then there isnt anything they can do. I can only imagine how many people have paid for carwashes and dont even know. Be aware and always get your receipts.

Bought almonds in February of 2020 and after eating one and finding that the taste is bad I looked at the box only to realize they sold me almonds that are 4 months past their expiration date. Would not recommend this gas station

Misreports own prices on third party apps to attract customers. Never again.

I would give no stars! went in here saturday - once again the rewards system is not working when you use your phone number so i brought in my Marianos card - employee was rude and yelled at me and told me to input the numbers on the card instead of just scanning it. He was rude - yelled at me called me stupid - NEVER WILL I GIVE MY BUSINESS THIS STATION

This bp station looks more like a gas station in a lower class neighborhood and not in Roselle. It is unkept, dirty, and the gas pump screens are barely visible. We spend a lot at Mariano’s and have a lot of points to use monthly for our gas, but this particular bp’s gas pump screens are unreadable for us to put in our information to use our Mariano’s points. Why does bp even offer customers to use Mariano points when you can’t even input the information at the gas pumps?!

I was just in this station this morning, May 27th. Im quite bothered that were required to wear a mask indoors at any public establishment, but apparently the store clerk chooses not to follow protocol the rest of us are required to abide by. Last time I visit this store

Garbage gas station. The pumps computers rarely work. The only redeemable qualities are that its well lit, has decent convenience goods, and the car wash.

Rarity is the best place to get gas is definitely not BP their attitude in the stores its just like their attitude with the cleanup they did in the Gulf of Mexico crap you want friendly service go to Speedway because honestly shell Citgo BP they all got the same s*** crappy people

This has to be one of the most annoying gas stations to go to. Why have a card reader if it isn’t going to work.

Paid for coffee and gas. went out to fill up and tripped on a little pothole . half coffee gone managed to save most of it. went back in to cap off what the ground ending up drinking. And then the manager comes up to me as Im about to refill and says if you want to refill you will have to buy another one....wow.....lol.....

I usually stop here from time to time in the mornings on the way to drop off the kids to school. They sometimes run out of things like donuts or bananas, so its hit or miss. they are pretty busy though.

Steak, taco and beer, they every customer cheer, candy and cuban cigars, serving people and cars.

Employees are allowed to smoke cigarettes in front of the entrance at a gas station. Disgusting, illegal and highly dangerous!

Bed service!!!!!! Bed everything!!! Never come back for fuel!
