They were all very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were informative about my car, let me know my brakes needed to be replaced. The people were nice but the oil change was expensive even with a coupon!!! Normally my oil changes is usually between 60-70 dollars I spent 108 dollars.

I am a big fan of this location! Im newer to NJ and finding people you can trust to take care of your car can be a tough task. I have been here a few times now and the gentleman here are GREAT! They are friendly, professional and timely! They explain what is needed right away and what can wait until the next visit. My headlight went out and I needed a quick bulb replacement. The staff there took great care of me and got me out in record breaking time. I also want to mention that when I exited my vehicle I left $$$ in the middle console and was so happy to see it was still there when I went back to retrieve it. Went there to have oil change they also rotated tires but the job took the better part of an hour.

The staff was very pleasant and it was empty when I went so the service was quick.

Be careful if you go there for something simple. They will manipulate your car in a small way. I went for an oil change and before I went I checked my tire pressure which was full. Once I left the place my car started vibrating as if I had a flat tire. I checked the tire pressure and it was super low which is unusual. However I filled up my tire and it was fine after but luckily Im not as stupid as they think but if I were stupid they would have had me go back to change the tire and charge me for it.

I came in with no check engine light on. Then I start the car and the engine light is on 😡it was running great before coming here then he hard the nerve to say the engine light was on when we came in smh. Never coming here again

Knowledgeable and friendly staff make it easy to trust Jiffy Lube for oil changes and light maintenance. They made maintenance recommendations, but did not pressure me to have the work done immediately. I felt very comfortable knowing that I was not being taken advantage of. The oil change was very affordable; but honestly, the customer service itself is enough to keep me going back.

My car was having issues, luckily I was next to Jiffy Lube and pulled in. I was told that my car had a serious problem with its oil pan and was advised to have the car towed to the mechanic. Very unprofessional and outrageous price. I took my car for a routine oil and a cabin air filter change. Steve recommended that I also needed an engine filter change. Which I didnt really needed because I recently changed my filters. However I agreed and paid a total of $145 Despite the $25 so called discount he applied. On my way home, I noticed an oil leak from my drain plug which I have never experienced after a routine oil changed. I made a u turn and took the car back. After 20 minutes, they came back and said it was a bad drain plug, they claimed to fixed it, no apology . Which is BS because if that was the case, why it was not replaced before giving me the car because that could eventually lead to engine seizure. Again it could have been intentional. Sad guys like this are working on cars under jiffy lubes brand. Scary. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND unreliable service.

Everyone here is friendly and upfront on what you need. They also provide Lyft/Uber services local if the work takes longer than expected. Great group of hardworking people and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable while you wait, especially during these challenging times. Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else locally to get preventative maintenance done. Thank you!

Stopped by on the weekend for an oil change. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour! All the men that worked there treated me wonderfully, you can tell they were very concerned with customer satisfaction. I was also pleasantly surprised that they vacuum the inside of the car AND clean the windows. All that for $20.00 (I found a coupon online while I was waiting.) I will definitely go back there.

Steve coordinated both the service with his team and the communication with his customers seamlessly. I am no stranger to car maintenance as I keep my manual close at hand. Everything he suggested was right on target. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that I felt as a customer. I myself having worked in an executive position at a major retailer for thirty years am very much aware of today’s challenging environment and Steve and his team far exceeded my expectations. And just so it goes on record, I have never done a review before, but was so impressed by my experience I felt compelled to follow up. Roselle Jiffy Lube is highly recommended by me!!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS JIFFY LUBE! I went here on Thursday for a routine oil change and tire rotation, per their suggestion. After twenty minutes, I paid and was on my way. When I started driving my car I immediately noticed that it was much louder. As soon as I put my foot on the gas, it sounded like I had no muffler! My car is only a year and a half old, and there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in. So I took it right back and explained the loud sound. A different worker was there, and he told me that it must be something wrong with the tire rotation. He told me to go wait inside yet again while they redid it. Not once was I apologized to, and I got the impression that he didn’t even believe me. After they were done with the SECOND tire rotation, another different employee gave me my key and said I was all set. Again, no apology, no explanation, just that I was good to go. I get back in my car, and of course, the same sound is still there! I take it back, explain the problem AGAIN, but nobody could figure it out. Someone that I believe was the manager even told me everything sounded fine and he didn’t hear anything wrong. He had me drive one of his employees around the block, and so I did. He heard how loud it was and had me take it back for them to look it over again, but nobody could figure out what was wrong with it and he “couldn’t explain the sound.” According to everyone there, everything was fine with my car and there was nothing wrong. Again, not once was I apologized to. I left and took my car to a mechanic, who told me that my tail pipe was pushed up against my floor pan which was causing the loud sound, which Jiffy Lube caused when they were changing my tires. Never again will I return to this or any location. All around it was an awful and unprofessional experience, and it’s clear they have inexperienced workers who don’t know what they’re doing.

All of the guys are very helpful. Waiting room is small and the coffee is not desirable but the people working are friendly, knowledgable and get the job done right!! So far the best place Ive taken my car for oil changes and the services that compliment. :)

Relatively quick and courteous service, which was good because waiting area was WAY to warm, should have had MUCH better air conditioning. Took my coupon, I used the savings to give $5 tips to all the guys who worked on my car.

They were so great! I have a high mileage car and knew it needed some extra attention. They guys walked through everything and decided to together what needed done now and what could wait until my next oil change to keep everything in my budget.

Just had my oil changed. I read the reviews before I tried them and since I was in the area I said I would try them. I asked the person who took my car about the price so he said the manager will let me know how much. Twenty minutes later I see them working on my car then the manager calls me out to sell me air filter and the filter for the inside of my car. The price was $81.00 dollars which I thought was too pricey because Ive been charged between $60-70 dollars at other places..Firestone, Meineke with my discount as an Uber driver.So I get my car back and went right back to the manager and asked him to please come that I wanted to show him. He kept asking what was the problem so I said he has to come. Whoever was checking my car had put and left my front mat and plastic that goes over the mat on the front passenger seat. So I was not pleased and he just apologized and walked away and didnt even bother to vacuum the seat with all the dust on it. Checked my this morning and they did not even put a new one to show when is my next oil change. $81.00 Service ☹☹☹
