I have reviewed these guys before and I feel compelled to do so again! I recently stopped in to Jet Auto as my 2012 Hyundai Elantra had this extremely annoying issue where the car alarm kept triggering off intermittently for no apparent reason. This had been happening for quite a while and I had been to my local Hyundai dealer (who gave me some insane quote to even do a diagnostic check on it)! But I stop in at Jet Auto and Paul looked at it and showed me a sensor location under the hood which he knew could cause the issue. He did a quick adjustment and told me to let him know if the problem re-occurs (not even charging me). Yes, he fixed it! Once again, Jet Auto really proved to me how above and beyond they go for their customers. Thanks guys!

Great guys. My truck started smoking and the closest place I knew was Jets. I drove up and told Jim what was wrong and he said I could leave it there, no problem. Then he called me the next day to tell me everything and explained what needed to be done. Which was exactly what a buddy of mine told me what was needed. Some issues arose stemming from that which I was also told by a friend could happen and they called me for the go ahead to go and replace it. Very reasonable, very knowledgeable gentleman. You will not find a more qualified and fair auto repair shop in the northwest suburbs. Believe me, after I moved to Round Lake, I looked. Ive been doing business with Jim for 7 years and hes always been fair and amenable. Between him and his partner, Paul, I know that everytime I entrust my car with them, its in the best of hands and I know that the pricing and service will be more than reasonable. In todays world, it can be difficult to find people to do business with who are trustworthy and reliable. If thats what youre searching for, look no further.

Im usually a bit skeptical when it comes to auto shops. I really thought the prices are very fair. The guy Paul that I dealt with is very personable and friendly (genuinely friendly, not fake). He explained everything he did in detail. I feel relieved to finally find a auto shop I can trust. Im a permanent customer now. Thanks Jet!!!

I went here because I knew one of the mechanics. so far I am very pleased with the service and the pricing. repairs have been prompt, well communicated and inexpensive. I have no reservations suggesting this shop.

Been in and out of this shop ALOT trying to get my car fixed and restored. They have helped me all the way through with my various upgrades and usually knock out big jobs in a day, very good work and I recommend anyone with car troubles here. Diagnosis is spot on and they dont waste your time saying you need this and that because X amount of reasons. They will tell you straight up what your cars problem is, and what needs to be done to fix it. No BS
