Yapp is a Great place to work in, Friendly management, Clean environment, True opportunities for a regular Joe, Best HR team i ever work for, the only down fall would be the Health Insurance, thay are working on getting a better Health plan, I believe them, lets just say, that Health insurance is the most costly around, puts a role whole in the pocket, the good thing is you have a option, you can wave, the Health insurance, and make way more money, your option not mine. Sometimes is straight to orientation, And get hired the same week or next week, Must complete 3 months before you are considered to be a Yapp employee, The schedules for work are very flexible, you pick Or they will put you were they need you.Good Luck to All

Hr needs to do better with payroll department I havent received my long hard Two weeks pay. I went to find out what happened and no body couldnt explain to me about my check. This was on a Friday so I had to wait until Monday to see whats happening. Every since I been working for that company theres always been a problem with people getting paid one way or another.

You make great money but its very dysfunctional. Three long hard weeks before you see your first check only to get disappointed. Because the people in hr and payroll department obviously doesnt want to pay you on time. I have not Received my check yet it been another week. Somebody in payroll needs more training or some other job because it not fair.

Completely disrespectful, rude, and discriminatory. If you were smart and wanted a good workplace condition, but could afford to not go through hell to get to it, I wouldn’t come near this place!!

This is a great place too work if u know how to do ur job u can get promoted fast and earn money i think this is a great place to work

The romulas facility is most dysfunctional company I ever have worked for in my entire 35 years of working experience. I would not wish this job on my worst enemy. Management has no clue what they are doing.you have employees who have only been there a few days training new employees and guess what they dont know what the hell there doing either.They have no inventory system so they keep ordering stuff they dont need which adds too the confusion.mgmt takes space away from whare house and has no clue or even a plan on what too do with the stuff that was stored in that space. Their production consist of 4 trucks of scrap parts for every truck and a half of good ones. If it was a German, Japanese or American factory they would close it down and start over somewhere else.
