Whoever the lady is who works at 9:30am on Fridays is super rude. Came in just to test my engine light and she rudely stated that they couldn’t because it was raining outside, even though you have to be inside the car to do a diagnostic test on a vehicle for a check engine light. Even though all she had to do was give me the tester to test it myself so I could head back inside for her to tell me the problem. Called another autozone and was helped with NO problem regardless of the rain. Definitely won’t be returning. Worst staff.

They have the supplies. The area is clean and safe...I would have gave it 5 stars but its always a line as if they could use a little more help to assist both customers at the cash register and on the floor searching for items.

Bring back valve cover gasket & gas filter for 97jaguar...1lady at counter seen guy bring in pizza boxes...she was loud & told me we cant not take parts back after 90day..I reply my mechanic had to close duee to covid- 19 she got loud & walk away.

Went to this particular store on February 27 2021 The store was full of customers and not one customer had on a mask. Not one employee had on a mask. I took my business to OReillys what a big difference everyone in the store was social distancing and wearing a mask.

I go to AutoZone almost exclusively its close to my house the prices are very competitive to other places. there is an advance auto parts store next door but I still prefer AutoZone mainly because of the staff as mentioned before the prices are comprable but the staff and their friendliness far exceeds that of other places I could go. If you have any questions or if you have any issues I highly recommend bringing it there if youre a do-it-yourself kind of person.

Clean store. But the kid that helped us answered his cell phone multiple times while helping us. You dont answer your phone while helping a customer that is so unprofessional. And then with being unprofessional with answering his phone he then complained about the phone call to us. Not only complaining about it but using unprofessional language. Ive been customer service for years and never would i ever do such a thing. The way he acted to us makes us not want to come back.

I work on a lot of cars and have been to a lot of auto parts stores in my life. I can honestly say Im very happy to live close to this one. Tammy, Brandy, Trista and of course Brian are great representatives of Autozone and as a company your lucky to have them working in your store. Theres a couple newer employees whom Ive dealt with lately that are really good too. All of them are always helpful and knowledgeable in the products and brands they carry and will offer as much advice as they can. People need to realize theyre not mechanics they are people who distribute parts to the public so we can save money by not going to a mechanic and they are not responsible for diagnosing your issue with your car if they do thats great but its really not their responsibility over in above what there scanner they scan your car with can tell them. I see some people complaining that they have been rude didnt know what they are talking about and so on. These are probably the same people Ive witnessed in there that dont even know what motor they have in their car and get upset because they cant get them the right part they need because they cant give the counter person the right information and think they should just know what they need and throw a fit like a baby. Ive been to this store hundreds of times and have received nothing but exceptional service. Thanks guys I appreciate you and your help and advice over the years. I highly recommend this Autozone location!!!

I swear a monkey could do there job. Im an auto technician and it pains me to watch these people work.i looked up my own parts on my phone FOR THEM to ensure I got the right stuff. Too many times have I had to waste my time driving back and forth because these knuckleheads gave me the wrong parts. Sadly Not the worst location Ive been too. Wow. Just Wow.

Only giving 4 stars. The crew at this location are knowledgeable and willing to help but their management lost them the fifth star. Ive been in touch with corporate about the unprofessionalism in the work place and with costumers. I still perfer to shop here for parts over other locations

I went to get 5W-30 Oil. I did get oil brought wrong one. Will take back to exchange for 5W-30 at the Inkster location.

Went to ther shop next door for a passenger side mirror on a 99 F150. They didnt have it in stock to order. Went into Autozone and got it two days later. They were friendly and very helpful. Saved a lot of money on everything I needed for an oil change as well.

The female cashier and manager are Ridiculous. I need coolant for my BMW and asked for assistance. I asked for a funnel to help me or a service agent. The cashier lied and said they dont help customers because of liability reasons. No they dont help Beautiful Jamaican women. I told her thats not true, I think that shes being stubborn. It ended with her flipping me the middle finger, her cursing and Dont forget her calling the Romulus police because she couldnt win an arguement. I asked her Manager was she gonna continue to allow her subordinate to speak to me that way? She then said to me you curse first. Not hushing the employee thats not a manager but seems to have more control than the manager. Her appearance from her teeth to her clothes were dirty and it was obvious that the woman was jealous and angry. This all of could have been avoided by her manager shutting it down but she didnt. The manager said she apologized for the cashier, all while the cashier is still cussing and yelling and on the phone with the police. It is disgusting when customers have to cater to employees and not the other way around. This is the second time Ive been to that location and this woman is still there being nasty to beautiful Jamaican women Ive read the other comments where they have been more than willing to help but all of these people happen to be Caucasian I see no good reviews from African Americans, West Africans, or Jamaicans. I called corporate to handle the situation and Im waiting to hear back today.

Called this morning about a part and the employee that picked up the phone gave me an attitude just because i asked about a part and if it’ll fit my truck. I had all the information on my vehicle and her sighing and heavy breathing as if i got on her nerves. I’m the one with the broken down truck 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️.

Terrible customer service at this location!!! Ikr not like autozone. I asked for radiator sealant for my cracked radiator. The man employee pointed to the area I should check. I indicated that Im very lost and didnt know what exactly I was looking for and he said most people recommend the black one. Okay, I looked at it and I was pretty sure this wasnt what I was looking for. So I asked the lady employee and she pointes to another area where I would find the product. Again I was totally lost. NETHER one of them left the counter to assist me. Despite my indication that I needed assistance. I call my mechanic frustrated l, semi venting and the lady employee found it amusing and laughed. I left and walked next door to OReilly!!! Were I received awesome assistance and I purchased the Blue Devils sealant from there for about 70 bucks...
