The WORST place to work at, all they do is watch u the entire day…when I gotten hired in I’ve heard a lot of people left even when I was there, there was a new person that came in for a week then left and its not because of the work its the building manager I couldn’t use the bathroom without being watched by him, I couldn’t get a picker without him watching me, even wen I was working I was being watched…on camera and off camera.Just a fair warning if u actually stay there for a while, you’ll probably get fired without them telling u that ur fired.

Great place to go to find parts for your vehicle, and theyre super affordable. I am very satisfied with the inner front fenders that I purchased for my 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee! I definitely know Ill be coming back here for anymore parts I may end up needing. The service was also fast and friendly.

I dealt with Leslie, sales representative who said my parts would be ready Friday at 9am. I ordered the items on Wednesday. I came to the shop to pick up my 4 wheels but was told they still need to pull the parts and find my parts. The guy in the front, Alex was really helpful and I feel bad that he has to deal with all the madness but he did locate the 4 wheels I ordered. Overall, just expect a long wait to get what you want and be willing to have patience.

This facility is located in Romulus off ecorse road west of Wayne road and possesses a rather Extensive selection of salvaged and aftermarket automobile parts. Its a pretty cool place to work at and if your vehicle needs parts. Its likely they either have it or can get it for you.

Im sure that the parts are great but STORE CLOSES @430pm NOT 5pm as listed online. This set me back a whole weekend on getting my car worked on bc I arrived minutes after 430. I went with another warehouse.

Best place for auto parts is a real hidden gem you can actually buy a entire car in box it make be a lot of boxes but you can check them out I installed a 8.4in Uconnect screen in my 2014 dodge charger and they had the parts I need to finish the project

They moved from here, but my review stands: Found what I needed locally, saving days of down time and hundreds of dollars. Place is professionally run both at the desk and the warehouse. Hours are not the most convenient, especially since parts dont break on a schedule. Every independent shop should have this place on their radar.

I have purchased parts here before without issue but now if you are not a large shop they wont even answer the phone and when they do, they are less than helpful. I called the private customer line, waited on hold for 20 minutes with an idiot recording blaring in my ear non stop and then the person that answered was not helpful, nor kind and informed they didnt have the part. I called back, pressed the button for a repair shop line, and within less than a minute was told they had the part. When asked where I was calling from I told her I was a private shop they told me I had to call the other line. Im not calling back......

Takes a long time, around 15-20 minutes to even speak to a sales rep. Was marginally helpful, but wasnt very forthcoming with any information. The time I spent waiting to check on availability of my part, I could have ran down there myself and spoke to someone face to face.

They need to change the open and close times to the correct times. I get there @4:33 go inside just to be told theyre closed already. I say, well it says 5:00 pm online and I pre ordered my radiator the day before which I only cane because the desk staff called me and told me it had arrived. Totally wasted my day(s) nd time for nothing. Terrible to say the least

Cant get right part, even after clearly explaining exactly what is needed and providing the LKQ part# and the dealer part#. I expressed my concerns about getting the right part, as its a 200 mile round trip for me. Very upset with Mary Lorenzo for this. Horrible waste of time and resources.Follow up: again today, I provided the LKQ rep with THEIR part# from THEIR website and they cant find the part. What a waste of time and a horrible run business. Look at all the reviews from customers and employees across the state, looks like ALL LKQ branches have the same ineptitude. After all this time and wasted trip, I could have paid retail for a NEW part and not dealt with such ignorant people, and this small part would have been delivered right to my mailbox. LKQ, shame on you.

I love LKQ, its a great place to get quality auto parts for self repairs. Dont buy your remanufactured or refurbished parts through your dealer or mechanic because theyre just getting it from LKQ and marking up the price.

Take my advice & never order from this company. My husband ordered a part from them the person that took the order ordered the wrong part then we had to wait an additional 3 days for the right part to come back only to get that part & it was a bad part! ! Then went to get our money back & its supposed to take 24 to 48 hrs for it to be returned to our credit card & the lady never put it through. Its now 5 days later! Poor customer service and bogus parts! Never Again! !

The absolute worse in customer service. This company sets a new standard for incompetence and unpleasantness in the junkyard industry. Waited on hold not once but thrice for over 20 minutes each time where a satanic, robotic voice loop repeats the same soul crushing monotone 5 word script over and over and over non-stop. I wouldnt care if they were selling brand new Corvette ZL1 crate engines for $20, I would actually pay them to never have to wait on hold like that again. This is a luciferic organization designed to royally punish the independent purchaser.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND STRESS😡😠😡😠😠😠This place has the most unprofessional set up of all time!!!I placed a order for a transmission over the phone with my debit card and the person over the phone gave a 6 digit number to confirm my order.. so i thought everything was in motion. So My car is at the shop with the trans out on the floor because they was supposed to deliver it the very next day.. so its 4 days later and i call the shop to check on my car to see if its ready.. the mechanic tells me the they havent dropped it off yet. So im pissed now😡😡😡. I called my card and yes they TOOK the money right away. So i called them and THEY CLAIM THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY RECORD OF THE ORDER..🤣🤣🤣 so i called the bank and opened a claim to get my money back... as im getting ready for work i get a call from the shop saying that my trans is there..🤔🤔 so now im confused because i been on the phone all morning tryna find this trans BUT HOLD ON PEEP THIS. when it arrived the invoice still said i didnt pay lol so how is it that they dont have a record of me and the trans come AND THEY STILL WANT ME TO PAY THEM ANOTHER $600 FOR THE TRANS🤣🤣🤣😋 NO YALL GOT ME FU@K@D UP.. SO THE ONLY WAY WE GOT IT STRAIGHT IS THE DELIVERY GUY HAD THE INVOICE IN HAND SO I TOOK THAT AND THEY PUT THE TRANS IN.... I JUST WANT TO SEE WHATS GONNA HAPPEN WITH THE BANK BECAUSE IF I GET THE CHANCE IMA GIVE THEM THE RUN AROUND TOO JUST LIKE THE DID ME THE STRESSED ME THE HELL OUT.. This place absolutely sucks, i cant believe how they mess up a order multiple times, i would rate them a negative 1 if i could do so, im very upset, not only did i drive there three times, (45) mins away, for them to tell me they have my spare tire, then they say hey well help u out an have it delivered to my place an come to find out wrong size pattern ect, absoulty disgusted of this place.

On May 22nd I bought a engine from LKQ WAYNE MICHIGAN for $3,000 plus $500 for the core. When they delivered the engine I gave them the core and a check of $3.000. After mounting the engine and spend all the labor and time the engine was bad and they came to pick it up, after I talked to JOHN he said he was going to refund me the $3.000 for the engine. I asked him about my core that I gave him on May 22nd when he delivered the engine and he said: The engine I gone, you need to pay me $500 for the core. This is not fair, it is very simple. We order a engine for an amount of $3.000 with a core and we should receive a refund of an amount of $3.000 with a core.......I need my core back that I gave on May 22nd. I tried explaining to JOHN that it is a very simple calculation and I will repeat it again: We bought a $3000 engine and gave you a core, engine was bad en we want the refund of $3000 with the core(without paying $500 for the core).I bought a rebuild engine at a different place with a $900 for that core. That is why I want my core that is mine because Im going to loose $900. I tried to explain the situation to JOHN on the phone, the manager of the LKQ WAYNE location but he insisted I have to pay him $500 for the core that belongs to me and I should get it with the refund without paying anything! I personally went to the LKQ WAYNE LOCATED @ 35660 Clinton St Wayne, MI 48184 and I explained the whole situation to Paul E. Welch (Sales Manager @ LKQ) and agreed with me that I should get my core back. I went to see JOHN and I tried to explain the situation to him that its simple and easy to understand, I bought something from him and I gave him equally a check and a core, now I returned his part and I should get my check and my core but he assist I should pay him back $500 to get my core back what is originally mine. I DONT RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH ANYY LKQ LOCATION!!!!! THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!

Terrible service. Had to wait on hold to find out information about a part for literally at least an hour. Then after getting through, the operator/salesman essentially claims they cant do anything to verify the part is the correct one. The specific part I was looking for has 2 versions, easily identifiable by simply looking at a sticker on the back, yet for some reason LKQ chooses not to post this information on their website, and nobody can walk back to look at it. How does a company expect someone to purchase their goods if you cant even verify youre buying what you want? But they will take out the part for you if you physically come in, so people who live many states away, no chance. Not sure how there is enough time in the day to walk back and grab the part if I show up physically but not if I dont. If this is general LKQ policy, then its a company wide problem, not just this specific store. Generally, you would think a companys policies should adhere to common sense and be in the interest of generating more sales, not less.
