After ten years I have held onto this receipt. My tint has bubbles and is peeling on all four windows. I recently found out that this business is still open. After ten years I have kept my receipt perfectly intact because of the “lifetime warranty”. I contact the store he says; “sure, bring the car by so I can look at it.” I did that just the very next day. He then proceeds to tell me that because my mother purchased the tint when the title was in her name ten years ago I am not eligible for a warranty even though she gifted the tint and the car to me 10 years ago. But because the TITLE WAS IN HER NAME HOWEVER THE CAR WAS MINE AND WAS GIFTED TO ME THE WARRANTY IS VOIDED. He then proceeds to tell me that I can contact any tint shop and they would tell me the same. I called 2 shops explained my story and the two shops both told me that they would grant me my warranty after ten years of keeping the receipt. I then called him and acknowledged him that two shops said they would fixed the tint. He goes to say “ooo they just saying that”.. I don’t ever want to bash nobody’s business, hard work, and dedication but when you have kept the receipt that clearly shows a lifetime warranty is granted: I expect ones word to be kept. It’s just bad business all together. How can you start making up rules and justification when you only outlined (bubbling, fading, and peeling) in the receipt that’s printed for a lifetime warranty. I am disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend. (My tint started messing up approximately 4 years ago as stated above I thought the company was out of business at one time.My mother NEVER drove the car, I did. She gifted the car to me when I was 18 with the title in her name. When I turned 23 I was able to gain access of the title due to me being on my own insurance. I’ve had the car over ten years I am the only one who has taken care of the car. How can you expect an 18 year old to maintain car insurance and title? I explained all this to him. However he laughed in my face and told me that it’s not in the warranty.. just horrible!

Initially I liked the service (2010 customer). Recently I needed work done using my warranty I was turned around. The receipt was 10 years old and no ink was visible. Yet you can tell me you remember doing my car but no warranty if he couldn’t read the receipt.
