This Walmart was very clean and the workers were respectful and nice.

Always enjoy shopping at most Walmart stores. My complaint always is that there are never enough cashier registers open. Customers pay enough for this service. Self help is great for those who choose to use it, but there should be balance between the two services.

Cashier was too busy talking to another cashier when I walked up to acknowledge that I was there. (HOW RUDE)But it happens alot. What happened to all of the price checkers in the store???? Have you tried to ask one of theses rude cashiers to price check something for you. Its like you ask them to do there job. Anyway not a good experience.

Clean store. Was very crowded. Parking was at a premium. I was able to get my items without issues. Weekdays are probably a better time to go there. I was traveling at this time.

I get what I need. Lines are usually backed up but thankful for self checkout. Prices are good. Lots of out of stock product but the way things are these days, its kind of expected.

Like everyone else, Im a fan of Walmart. Its an adults playground. I recently visited this location to buy myself a bicycle. I previewed the stores bike inventory and prices online ahead of time to save time. Upon arriving, I saw that 95% of the bikes didnt have a price on them . After looking for an associate myself for 15 minutes, I proceeded to self checkout with my selection after finding one with a price. Low and behold, it rung up $50 more than the tag price. I selected another bike and that one rung up $30 more than tag price. I asked the self checkout associate why are the prices different and she said, I dont know. I then went to customer service to inquire and I also had my phone showing the online price. They scanned the bike and said the scan price is the correct price even though online says different. I simply paid the difference and walked out. Next time Ill go to Dunhams. Atleast I know their prices will be displayed on all their items.

I always go to Walmart the price is ok not to expensive but on my budget 🙃 fast to get in an out.

Cheap prices but not good customer service no one wants to help you find anything. Only one register open for check out with so many shoppers.

If your Disabled and cant walk around store to enjoy shopping they never have wheel chair carts available not enjoyable other than that great place to shop..

Its extremely disorganized. In sporting goods, I had to move boxes out of my way because a whole aisle was filled with pallets. In mens, the shelves had lots of loose clothing items where customers have taken items out of their packages and just threw them back on the shelf. I understand the employees are trying to keep the shelves stocked but its a hassle trying to move around pallets and find items in mixed up jumbles. Should have taken pictures.This is an update on 3/20/21. Heres some pictures of the clutter.

Walmart Supercenter is well organized and a place you can get your walk in while you shop. They always have great sales going on.

Person at self check out very helpful and friendly. Saw I was having trouble and stood by me to show me how to use the machine. Helped me with payment method & bagging.Nice change,they should have her train other employees

Attempted to contact an associates no answer after several attempts… I was told by the pharmacy only Dept to pick up that they could not transfer my call to any other department in the same store!!! Uggggh

Went to buy grocery this morning got in line to check out very rude cashier didnt open her mouth to say good morning or nothing didnt even tell me what my total was .Whenever you hire ppl plz make them understand that they will be working with the public smh you should smile regardless the day you are having. Everyone has a bad day but you don’t know that smile you give someone or that good morning could really make someone’s day.

Lots of options that differ from my WalMart in my town, but the service is the same.. Absolutely not enough register clerks, and finding someone for help is near impossible... Service isnt friendly, when you finally can get the help, and products are all placed in different locations than their tags... Hard to know what products belong to what pricetags... Overall, WalMart is a POOR option... Just shop locally for what you need.

I have to give them credit, this store has vastly improved. It used to be an absolute under stocked and trashy mess!! Not anymore. Things are better stocked, its cleaner, and I have found the employees nicer and more helpful than they have been in the past. Good job!

Nice Dont THINK its fare for customers to have to check out their products especially our elderly populations. We shouldnt have to spend our money there and check out bag YOUR own groceries plus load in our cars after spending over 100.00 or MORE IN THEIR STORE.

I had a good experience however it seems there are alot more items to choose from on line. I wish alot of the online clothing was in the store because some of the prettiest things are online!

What can I say about Walmart. One stop shopping Great values. They seem to hiring less cashiers and pushing us to self check out. Which I hate when I have a full cart!

If this is indeed the store in Goldsboro NC,this store is a disgrace. ENTIRE produce dept 90% empty. Can/dry goods 50% empty. One employee said they were embarrassed to be there.. No doubt!!

The customer service at this store is consistently non existent. It seems to be the mission statement of the store to provide the most difficult shopping experience even for the most minute product or service.

Looks like there is a laptop shortage going around now.I remember back in the day when there was a toilet paper and paper towel shortage. Now there are overpopulation problems as well as oxygen shortage from the air being exposed to covid. Whats next? an overall food shortage from mass population killing all animals and plants by 2023??? 🤨😔

Wal-Mart has a fantastic system for online pickups. You drive, park in designated area, call the store, tell them your name,, and spot you are parked in and the delivery is made to you. If you have a sleeping child or a dog, you dont have to go in for your item(s). Im very pleased with that idea.

Too many people checking out and not enough cashiers.. My cashier was very pleasant. Didnt find half of what I was looking for.. just a bad day at Walmart

Well, now that you have to bag your own stuff seems to me that Walmart could at least get plastic bags that you do not have to fight to open. 90%of the time you have a fight on your hands.

It was ok. Lots of items mixed up & not in place. Very unorganized store. Employees acted as if it was going to kill them to answer a question or help you. Store need a tremendous amount of cleaning up isles & putting out of place merchandise where it belongs.

Found just about everything I was looking for great price. I would recommend downloading the app, only because they have a price listed but when you scan it with your phone, SOMETIMES it be cheaper than the price listed. They had a futon listed for $84 when I scanned it, it was $64.

Clean, kind and helpful staff, well stocked. Only down side was in the freshly packaged seafood area. Several packages were sealed improperly and the food quality was compromised. Smelled bad and was unsanitary with fish liquid on many salmon fillet containers. Otherwise, good store.

Usually pretty well stocked. Although they seemed to be short on items this last time, the employees were already preparing to restock and were super helpful.

Im not opposed too or agree as it gets later time for closing/ reduce down to one exit for security and economical purposes. What I do have a problem with is no signs or warnings of what time or which exit theyre going to close one side down for exiting and then you go through your check out to walk all the way across the store to get right there by the entrance/exit you originally come in to, to have one of their staff say, Im sorry sir this exit is closed you have to use the other one and then have to walk all the way back down to the entrance/exit that you didnt come in, to walk back down outside in the parking lot to the entrance where you come in at because thats where you parked. Walmart have some consideration please and help us the general public plan ahead. Walmart used to be customer friendly and now not so much its a big chain and most of the staff do not care. Merchandise is unorganized on counters and good luck if you needed information on anything, the staff act like theyre totally oblivious that they even work for them theyre just drawing a paycheck. I could go on and on but Im going to stop there. I live by, do best you can and that at the end of day you can have a clear conscience.

I have been sitting on the phone waiting to speak with a manager for over an hour. It took me calling on and off since 8 am, and letting ring and ring to finally have someone answer the phone. I live in Tarboro and really did not want to head to Rocky Mount on my one day off in forever. Tarboro puts y’all to shame. They usually answer within an acceptable time frame. I left a bag at the RM location the other night( cashier’s fault), and I wanted to make sure I was able to pick it up over the next few days. After a very unhelpful call with a customer service representative, I figured this was the ONLY way. This is a terrible way to treat your customers. I am at 1 hour and 15 minutes with NO response as elevator music plus in the background. I am going to hang up, but I have the screen shot. I will be sharing this picture and my story with someone in corporate as soon as I get off this phone call.

It was walmart.. what can you say? Not to crowded, no waiting lines at the entrance. I even got to use the 2nd entrance door. Plenty of merchandise. Employees were polite and helpful.

Good variety much more so than other Walmart stores I have been too. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often but it was tolerable. Sarah, an employee who helps monitor the self check out was a rock star last night who helped me open bags as I was struggling. Sarah gets 💯⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤

The one in Zebulon has some rude workers. The ones in Nashville & Wilson are pretty good. The Rocky Mount one I avoid.

Good staff. Not too crowded.

They were clean and stocked and I had fun shopping here. I found everything I needed and thensome. Being a visitor to the area I looked at my receipt and you have to pay 2 separate taxes. WOW! I was surprised. I like the selection they have and staff approached me to see if I needed help and I did. The lines were not that long but self checkout worked out fine for me.

This Walmart supercenter is ok. Youll find most of basic items. Only complaint I have is that runs out of Walmart brand Gallon water containers all the time. In a three weeks staying in Rocky Mount only seen distilled water gallons only twice. If visiting, just be aware it closes at 11 pm.

Auto center for an oil change is a very long wait. Used my whole hour and still didnt get my oil change. Like they taking 15 min breaks between each vehicle, dang. Plz do better.

It is convenient to me, however I would like to see the workers a little more cheerful. I also have been there and alot of the shelves are mostly bare. I hope they can use thee time they are closed to fill up the shelves. Over all its a good place to shop.

My sons gf took me to pick up my groceries. LOL it started pouring on the way there..thats my luck. We got there before pick up time..5 minutes..but let them know we were there. It only took 12 minutes for he groceries to be brought out. There was over $400 in groceries because I had not shopped in a few months..they loaded the trunk and back seat in no time at all. They were very nice and had to load it all in that storm. I really wish tipping was allowed to who brings the groceries out and loads them for you

Extremely disorganized nothing was in the place that the sale rep point me to. Pretty much they had me running around from one side of the store to the other side of the store. Because thg eyes didnt know where the product I was looking for exactly at.

Pickup was a great experience. Local store didnt have the idem I wanted so ordered on line and picked up from this location.

Between getting an employee to about run me over on her way to the parking lot then afterwards flip me off as she walking in the store. To carts are broke, veggies bags are non existence. No cashiers no open check out lanes floor filthy nasty. Sam would roll over in his grave if he saw his name being run through the mud like this.

WalMart in Rocky Mount is a mixed bag. It has its place. I tend to stay away of I can but the prices are cheap. This store attracts weird customers and it gets worst as it gets darker. If the freaks come out at night WalMart parking lot is their town common. Unless you need something specific Id stay away

Staff was distant and the atmosphere was not at all inviting. Some of the cleanest restrooms Ive been in at a Wal-Mart though.

Since Walmart redid the handicap parking it is a real mess.They removed 3 spaces to install one space which is Stupid In My opinion as a 73 yr old handicap person . Now there is not enough handicap spaces.If Walmart wanted to help the handicapThey should ask the police to patrol the lot and make sure the people using the handicap spots are truly handicap. I have seen lots of people that use other family members handicap decal. I personally question an 18yr old girl that said it was her grandpaws sticker ( she was not handicap).

Could have had more flowers, but it was mothers day. Other than that it was pleasant, clean, and busy.
