We purchased a table with chairs and bench back in April this year. Was told that the bench was on backorder and would get it within a month. Well its mid October and still nothing. Every time we would call they would say its on its way or that they would check and see but would never get back to be about it. Very frustrating because weve never had a problem before. 6 months Id way too long.

Went today to see Mr. Melendez a great sales person. About some furniture that I wanted to get. He sent me pictures of the item and also showed me the pictures plus more in the store. I found what I wanted and purchased it. If you want some furniture go see Mr. Melendez I did.

The salesman was the worst liar Ive encountered I went in to buy my Daughter a bedroom set He quoted one price and by the end of the conversation....It was obvious He assumed He had a customer who was uneducated or informed...When I began to question His changed prices, He became rude...I dont feel this is a company problem but an individual problem who caused the company to loose a cash sale (I never informed Him of that because I no longer wished to speak with Him)....I plan on going to another store or trying another salesperson at that location...I definitely dont wish to speak with Him again‼️😑

Staff was very helpful.They made the credit check process very easy got my response in less then 15mins.

They send out advertisements and then when you get to the store it is all false advertisements. I want a chair from off the floor and they would not sell it but they sold others just like it. I do not recommend shopping here. The sales associate has a bad attitude

2 separate occasions I tried to buy furniture there but the sales people were too busy with their personal conversations to even greet me. Spent over 20 minutes looking by myself until I found something I wanted to buy. Still no one interested in making a sale after I yelled hello multiple times at the workers. Plenty of furniture stores nearby. Avoid unless you like being ignored.

I wasnt going to post my experience but when the same thing happened to a co-worker, I just had to. Two months ago was looking to purchase a living room set and was gonna pay cash for it. I walked into Furniture Fair in the morning hours, there were no customers there so I thought I would get service quickly. My son and I walked around for 30 minutes, past the sales associates and nothing. One lady was on the phone loudly discussing her club fiascos from the weekend before. One associate did speak. I interrupted a conversation between a pair to ask if they carried the Catnapper Brand. With a loud sigh one replied no and went back to her conversation. I looked at my son and said see this why their parking lot is empty, I guess they get paid regardless if they make a sale. So I took my money to Farmers Furniture and spent my money there because they have great customer service. Love the furniture but we waited over nine nine weeks for our furniture to come in. We were told it would be six to eight weeks and it was closer to ten. The first couch we got had a big hole cut in the arm and the second one was really dirty on one end, all of the other pieces were fine. Just make sure you check your furniture before you sign the delivery slip!

We went to pick up some furniture which has been on layaway for a long time as they have been gracious enough to keep for us during this 2 and 1/2 year ordeal weve been living through. Well when we arrived the sales associate went to retrieve one of our pieces she found it had been damaged in storage and was very quick to let me know and then worked hard to remedy the situation. I was pleased with the results in regards to the damaged piece. I would shop there again if I found something that meet my needs because of the effort made on our behalf as far as stroring our furniture and remedying the damaged piece situation.

I really enjoyed it I have been reading all comments on this motel WOW it was nothing not like what I was Reading for the price what I payed. The couch I bought was beautiful and lovely. Sales people was nice.Only issue is delivery fee is $150. Which is entirely to expensive. Another issue was they told me I could get my furniture one day and got it another day.Other then that okay and will buy again.

The service and selection is definitely worth going back to look for just the right furniture. The sale prices are very attractive, as well!!

Dont waste your time FURNITURE not what it is cracked up to be very dissatisfied customer couch and chair list the residual in cushions and arms on both pieces of FURNITURE parts were ordered in June now almost end of Aug and nothing furniture looks like it come out of a thrift store have asked several times for manager to call no return call always pounds it off on someone else dont waste your time or money not worth it really got a lemon and they wont replace it very sad I would think that they would want to keep you coming back but I guess not
