Ordering from Pizza Inn was like having a baby, you go through the labor pains but you know joy will come after delivery. It took 6 years for me to forget those pains and think about having another baby. Well it will be a long time before I order from Pizza Inn again. Delivered to the wrong address. When given the correct address, all I got was oh we dont deliver that far, do you want to come pick it up? I said sure, will you prepare it again? No we will put it in the warmer. No thank you, please cancel the order and credit my card. I am assuming I was speaking with an unapologetic manager who made it seem I was at fault.

I havent eaten pizza inn buffet in years but tonight I gave it a try... it was pretty good. I loved the salad bar the best!! Our server Haley was very sweet and super nice. Will definitely be back to have her as our server she made our experience better at a place I had gave up on before!

Most of the time this is a good place to come eat pizza. But tonight it didnt go as planned. I ordered 2 individual pizzas, And both were different. The waitress brought my pizza and set it down in front of me, We asked where is the other individual pizza. Waitress said it is coming right behind me, But it didnt, So the waitress said let me go find out what happened, Waitress came back and said the pizza was dropped we will have to cook you another, So as we wait for the pizza. Sharing the only Individual pizza that we have on the table, so then the replacement pizza came out.But it was not made correctly. The waitress said we could go to the buffet. But that was not what we had planned to do, So the waitress said there will be no charge for our meal after the waitress went and talked to the manager. So that killed the good time we were planning to have eating pizza at Pizza Inn.

Everyone was so nice and very courteous. Restraunt was very clean and buffet was fresh. Wait staff was great. Enjoyed our visit.

Hadnt eaten at a Pizza Inn in years, but stumbled on this one on our way home from the beach. What a fabulous find! Clean, bright, spacious dining area with lots of variety on the buffet. Will definitely come back when were in the area!

Always enjoy going here! They were clean. Staff was kind, polite, & patient. They were also prompt, & we didnt have to wait long for the server to help us. The food wasnt cold, it tasted great, & fresh food was steadily brought out.

We tried to eat at Pizza Inn today, but the rude lady working at the front informed us that groups of more than 6 could not sit together. We had 7! (My family of 5 and my parents) she was incredibly rude and didnt even offer to try to get tables close together. She told us we could cram in a booth. When my dad told her we were going somewhere else, her response was you do that! My 9 year old walked out talking about how rude she was. If you have more than 6 in your party and do not want to be split up, go somewhere else. We went to Ichiban instead. They were nice and the food was delicious.

I like Pizza Inn in Rocky Mount its much better than the one here in Wilson NC . They have more food to choose from

My servers name was Michael, and he was very polite, and an absolute wonderful server. He did not hover around my table, but yet checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed.I enjoyed the buffet very much, however I did not see the taco sauce to put on the taco pizza, so the taco pizza was rather dry without it. But other than that, everything was absolutely delicious.

Me and family went to eat out there yesterday 8-12-21 and sign says dinning room closed due to staffing, just wanted to say that pizza Inn should fire everyone that called out or didnt show and hire some people that actually need a job and not government assistance and that dont mind working for a living! That would be great!

This was an interesting place to eat. Full salad buffet, several different pizzas, soups. Nice place for the family.

Some employees dont understand customer service and shouldnt be allowed to be a host but I will say food was great. And I wont let a few bad apples keep me from trying it again atleast until the 3rd strike.

I never usually write reviews but I never came across someone so rude today over the phone at Pizza Inn! I will not be ordering from here again, someone higher than the manager should properly train the employees on customer services. I heard so many negative stories on how rude and nasty the employees can be to customers, and I unfortunately experienced that today! Pizza Inn just lost a long time customer and along with my family and friends that will no longer order here.

This Pizza Inn has absolutely the best pizza. Whenever I am in the area I have to stop by here every time.Kudos to the entire staff at the Rocky Mount location for always delivering consistent food and service.Also, the best Sweet Tea in the south can be found here!!!

I wasnt just blown away by the pizza. It was decent, but several pizzas had sat out for awhile and the cheese wasnt gooey anymore. Pizza line: spaghetti, alfredo, wings, probably 15 pizzas and 5 dessert pizzas available. The salad bar was really nice!

Good food. Poor ownership.I normally only leave reviews for exceptional service and/or food, but felt this one was necessary. I placed an order online this evening because my children wanted pizza. We’ve only eaten buffet here once, but it was good then, as was the service. My order was picked up and as we opened the boxes, we realized the order was incorrect. I called the location to let them know and a younger sounding boy asked if I needed it remade. I asked if it were possible to pick up the replacement at a different time, as I was not driving. He placed me on hold for the manager, who ended up being quite rude. As I began to explain the problem, she cut me off and told me because I ordered online, they just made it how the order came in. I tried to tell her what the order was and that part of my pizza didn’t even have cheese on it. I asked if there was anything she could do to fix the issue and was told no. I asked her for her name, to which she responded that she was the store manager/vice president, hr manager, and owner...(in other words she didn’t care who I spoke to). I myself having been a manager and as a business owner would never have used the tone or abruptness that she did. Unfortunately, this is a business that will no longer receive my or my associates’ business. If you don’t want to fix a customer’s issue, then please hire a separate manager just for the store.

Food was just ok this buffet trip & my server Anna Grace was not attentive, serviceable or hospitable...everything was rushed, wrong drinks, items I asked for were never brought, I always asked for refills and old plates to be removed from my table. I literally kept asking other waiters/ waitresses that walked pass for the service I lacked from her. This wasnt a good experience this trip. I will look to go higher for answers with this very piss poor experience.

Use to be amazing my kids love to go here but last few visits have honestly been a nightmare food is a mushy mess but still burned idk how they did that one and seems like they just cant keep up anymore service is ok but last few times it just seems slow and hard to get any help and please make sure u checking ur receipts we went in and apparently if u have a large group they take it appon themselves to leave a tip on ur bill I went in with a group of 8 and they added over 11 dollars on there me I would have left a 20 but hey... u choose urself so ... just make sure u look over them receipts

Got there at 12n Sat Aug 8-28th. Had to stand in line with 8 other people to get pizza. Got to pizza and not much to offer. Very disappointed!!!

All pizza on the buffet was warm to cold. Asked Assistant manager could she get some fresher hot pizza out. Her reply was there is pizza on the bar that must get eaten. Salad bar bar was not stocked very well. Not a good experience this time. Assistant Manager could use better customer service skills.

I called me in a pizza at pizza inn, Hunter Hill Rd., Rocky Mount, NC, at 6:07 pm, manager special. I got there at 6:20 and stayed in line for til 6:37. Pizza was cold not hot.. I told both blonde girls outside. All she could say Im sorry. Some like cold pizza but I dont. I guess if I want pizza inn, I guess I will go to other locations that appreciate my business. Nothing was told to Manager.

My husband and I were stuck in a motel room tonight with all restaurants offering take out only. We ordered pizza and a salad from Pizza Inn. It arrived very quickly and was delicious! I’m sorry I don’t live nearby. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is the best. GREAT atmosphere, very friendly, very clean, and great pizza and salad bar.

As a franchise establishment this place seemed to be run fairly well, however the pizza itself was very disappointing. Its not the same as it was last time I was here. The crust is no longer light and crispy, its chewy and flavorless. Will not return.

Very clean and spacious! Service was very well managed and the buffet was always stocked. From the time we walked in to the time we left, all the staff were authentically polite and helpful! I wish we had one!

Depending on which manager is running the buffet, its usually pretty good! Sometime youll find endless options of fresh hot pizza and the wings (when available) are readily available like they should be when youre paying extra for them.Sometimes though, we find ourselves staring from our table waiting for a hot pizza to show up on the buffet. Or maybe youll find 5 pepperoni, 2 taco (who eats that anyway??), 3 chicken buffalo pizzas and then you get excited seeing another coming out...only to realize its just pepperoni too. And why is Bavarian (custard) never on the desert end??All in all, the service is always great as far as servers go and the place is clean. Salad bar is usually well stocked and clean.Sometimes well peek to see who is running the buffet before deciding to stay.All things considered, Id have to say weve had very few bad experiences and still one of my husbands favorite places to eat on the weekend.

I have to say I do not come here often. But each time I do, I find myself ordering the same thing - the buffet. In doing so, I am also pleased each time.The salad bar has just enough choices to keep me happy, as does the pizza and pasta area. If something is not there, just ask for it. They will get it right out. If something looks like it has sat too long, it will be removed. No problem.Each time I eat here I leave pleasantly full - so I admit to not over eating, even though it is a buffet. But I leave feeling I have had a good, full meal and ready for the next time I can stop in.

I understand that there is a decline right now because of Covid19, but the buffet was still $10.99 for adults and there were only 3 pizzas on the buffet. If youre going to offer half of your usual menu, cut the price. Our waitress was a joke, only came to our table twice during our 45 minute meal. And she had the balls to ask for a tip BEFORE the meal started. Im sorry, but thats pathetic. The salad bar had brown lettuce and was honestly one of the worst dining experiences of my life.

This has got to be the nicest Pizza Inn I have ever been to. Very clean, spacious, and all together well designed. The service was great and the food was fresh every visit to the buffet. I will gladly drive the extra distance to go to this location.

For a Pizza Inn this location is top notch. The buffet is large with a great selection. The same can also be said for their salad bar as well. The service is good and the price is very affordable. There is plenty of room for seating and it is a very family friendly restaurant. If you are in the mood for pizza, pasta, or a good salad I would recommend Pizza Inn to anyone in the area.

THEY DONT HAVE MUCH A GOOD SELECTION OF PIZZA OR ENTREES ANYMORE SINCE COVID! THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THE BOURBON CHICKEN PIZZA THEY MAY GET MORE BUSINESS!

You cannot pay at the counter the way it was before they change to giving the waitress or waiter your card or cash.

Buffet is great! All you can eat. Includes salad, soup, spaghetti, fried pickles and green beans plus a variety of pizzas and dessert pizzas. The cinnamon stromboli pizza and the chocolate chip pizzas are our favorites. Also if you dont see a taco pizza, all and theyll get one made and put it out for you.

As always, enjoyed the lunch buffet. Pizza was coming out hot and delicious, and the salad bar was fresh... I always overdo it with the bacon bits. But we filled up at an awesome price. Highly recommended!

Very popular place! Lots of parking and lots of seating. Seems they have a hard time keeping pizzas out the few times we have been here. Had to wait 15 mins for a pizza more than once at the buffet. Salad bar is always stocked well each visit.

Love this Pizza Inn & their staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I also am so happy to hear Christian music playing during our meal- what a rare treat‼️ This is a great place to bring your family. 😊

This place deserves every bit of 5 stars. Hands down the best Pizza Inn location in the state. The food and service is consistently spectacular. The building is beautiful and clean. I’ve driven all the way from Raleigh just to get pizza from this location.
