So I purchased a pair of uggs from this location. They was too small for my grandchild so I took them back to exchange. They didnt have the size so an order was placed to have them delivered to my home. So Fed-ex claimed they was delivered left at my front door, which they was never delivered to my residence. Claim was filed and fed-ex closed claim because they say they was delivered. Reach out to Journeys gave me number to customer service. They asking me for, an I.D number that was suppose to be on new receipt that was never given to me at time of return. I had to get tracking info from fed x not Journeys. Journeys asking me to get a police report wherein this has been a month half now. Im not calling no police this late into their mess up. They will no longer be on my list for shopping poor customer service,
