Came to this location for my first time and right as my husband and I walked in Sally was a complete delight to be around. She showed me how to email my documents to print and go thing to get them printed out. The payment for that was very little at all and for the use of the fax machine too. She had us in and out in five minutes just about. I love how the set up of the store is cause everything is laid out so simple and easy to find everything I was looking for. The staff here is nice but Sally was very welcoming to us and very one who came in for any services. We will definitely be coming back for any needed services and will be spreading the word about how nice this place is.

I went to the mail boxes at the apartments I livecat. There, sitting on the ground, was five packages, all shipped by FedEx. They went to five different apartments. I gathered them up and took them to this FedEx Store. They werent concerned about what happened and said they would just return them to the sender. So Im guessing the driver will never be called out about leaving the packages where they did. The senders will either have to refund the money or resend the packages, paying shipping costs again, and the customers wont get their stuff. This is no way to run a business. It would take ten minutes to drive to the apartments and deliver them, but no, lets inconvenience everybody we can.

Four employees, but only one person at a time..... seemed really inefficient.

I ship large numbers of items weekly and occasionally very large boxes from this location. They are always super helpful, friendly and help me make sure my customers always get their shipment on time. Even if Im on the other side of town Ill sometimes go out of my way to ship from here due to them being the best Fedex east of Dallas

I had to make copies for my homeschool. I needed help, but, didnt ask, and figured it out. The clerk did ask if I needed help after she was done with the customer she was helping.I finished my copies and asked for a refund of the pages I messed up. She obliged. I also inquired about a teacher discount. She checked her computer and applied the 10% discount to my order.Super friendly service. Very quick copies.

The employee of the month or even year should go to a young lady named Kat at your Rockwall, Tx store, off I30. I had no idea what I was up to when I went and she greeted me the moment I stepped into your store and helped me through, what I thought was going to be a very difficult printing process. I even suggested that I needed to go another store for a different product and she immediately replied, We have that process here I would be happy to assist you with it. She was professional all the way and knew here products and her store extremely well. FedEx you might want to take extra care of this employee you just might loose this one to another firm due to excellent customer service. We will be back again, and soon! Thank you

Dont get any sent to print here if its made from another company and afraid of copyright. Got a Minecraft chest to be printed for child school project but they were unwilling because of copyright. Pretty much BS if you ask me as Ive sent many things in the past like Nickelodeon.

Been several times this week to get some sonos scanned and printed and I kept getting turned away because the employee was saying they didnt have gloss or semi gloss paper or photo paper or anything I could use to print on. I called on the phone and they said they had glossy paper. So I was lied to and after speaking with management now they would like to print to the sonos for me after being to the store three times this week, terrible customer service.

Ive been here so many times for prints and copies and every time has been great. The folks here are super friendly and helpful. The only thing Ive found that doesnt work well is the integration with my google drive. Just couldnt get it to work.

I have taken several items that I have purchases on etsy to this location to have printed. (Invitations, personalized birthday cards). The etsy person that I use every time even states in her directions to take to a kinkos for printing. I notified her to let her know to not advertise for kinkos if they are going to pick and choose what they are able to print. Just an example of what I was printing. (diaper raffle cards for a baby shower) No character from a show or anything indicating copyrighted. It was general wording in a certain font in pink lettering. I could have probably made them on word on my computer but I paid 1.00 to have someone format them so they were 8 per page. Ready to go.

Cost a little over $13 to ship 2 pairs of poots. So it should be around half to ship 1 pair with the package being half the size and half the weight of the 2 pair box to the same location right? Wrong. $12. How. How. Will be contacting corporate.
