Been to this location three times and had a great customer service experience during every visit. I needed one blue folder for back to school shopping and the team tracked down and opened a brand new box...for a .50 cent folder! Great deals too! Thank you

Staff is great! Manager of print department is not. He could not find my order- said not under my name or my business name. - finally found it and guess what? it was under my name AND the business name! That would be fine if not for the following-His staff had said we could use their cutter to cut our print since they could not do what we needed with their equipment (specific cut and fold) - they were apologetic and very helpful during the hour of trying to get our stuff figured out this morning. - I said no problem, my staff would cut and fold it when we came back.But He said we were not allowed to use the cutter when we came back- We can use cutters at Office Depot/Max so we will use them from now on for all our business supplies and printing needs.Sadly- Staples is no longer my store.

I purchased two, 3 drawer, file cabinets, plus rollers. Great price! Associate, Trayton, was fantastic. Pleasantly, greeted me at the door, and offered to help me. He was so nice, and so knowledgeable! Great customer service!

The printing services at Staples are excellent! The customer service is awesome. I put an order in to be picked up next week, but they got it done the same day and added a cover to my order! I am always impressed and grateful for their quick, high quality service and top of line customer service and friendliness!

I went to Staples in Rockwall. I was surprised to find out about the huge variety of paper printer/scanners in stock and on the shelves. Not only that, but I found customer service to be outstanding. As I came through the door I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Before I could even try and find what I was looking for I was approached by an employee who offered to assist me in my every need. I have no complaints and give Staples a 5 star rating today.

Ordered two full size office desks from this store. Unfortunately one of them was damaged and, to no fault of the staff, confusing labels on the boxes led to parts being separated in the warehouse. Michael Hoops went above and beyond to address the issue. Best customer service Ive received in a long time. Thank you Michael and team!

Had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and available help me print out programs for my daughters wedding. They provided me multiple options on choice of paper and even assisted me with getting a logo on there. All of the services were quick, professional and very helpful.

The worst ever. If you order online and go pick it up here good luck. There is absolutely no advantage to doing this. You wind up waiting longer to pick up an order than going through regular check out. Their pick up online orders system absolutely sucks and no one knows what they are doing.

Went in today to get some documents faxed. Michelle was very patient with me (Id never used a fax machine before) and even taught me how to fax my own documents. Very friendly staff! Thanks for the lesson!!

Staples printing continuing to FAIL!!!! Sent in a rush order online called the store had to have study-guides printed for a Critical Care training class the following day for 30 students.Not only did they not even print the order they never called or contacted myself. We paid for the rush order and had to wait on hold for 13 mins to speak with a manger. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️This is the third issue in a row we have had with Staples Printing!STAPLES headquarters, please train your employees on how to print and provide customer support.This is a joke your online service is joke. I’m trying to bring you business with my company but man are you making things very difficult.Even when the manger was made aware I was still not contacted. This reflects poorly on my business and furthermore reflects badly on Staples because I have relayed to UT Health the reason that their class was delayed this AM was because of lack of reliability and dependability with Staples.

Literally no one in line at the printing center except for the employee and her friend joking about pictures on her friends phone. Needed to print documents off a thumb drive and was told I would have to come back later this afternoon to pick up the black and white copies on regular paper, nothing special; or have a rush charge to have it printed in an hour. Nearly $50 total. I asked the employee is she could hit the print button right now and she seemed annoyed with my question. I could understand if there was a line of people or if she was working on something but not socializing with your friend. Its no wonder this location has such low reviews but i figured I would give it a chance. Never again will I go to a staples location anywhere.

Tried to print 13 pages of invitations for my sons birthday party their 1 self service kiosk was being used for over an hour by the staff so was told they couldnt print my document. Lost my business going to office depot and will use their self service for now on.

Dont usually have trouble with this store for returns. Cashier wouldnt let me return an item and buy something else (the correct thing I need) without a receipt. Came back to the office and looked at other Staples receipts and it is clearly printed on it that states if there is no receipt they will give store credit! Not happy today!

Wanted to buy a lightning charger ( Duracell brand) tags for white and black cords say $7.49 got to register and rang up $22.99. Showed cashier shelf tag said it was wrong. Several packages on peg, told him it was a peg full he insisted it was tag wrong, not my problem! Didnt give me the the item, not even an apology. Ive been a retail manager for 33yrs, wouldnt have handled it in manner. FYI! Your 85% customer service rating is a lie, you need to take those plaques down. For that mistake you lost a customer. Hope your DM reads this review, better yet I hope the store manager know what goes on in his store. Couldnt give a no star.

Went to have some labels made at the print counter as I have done in the past. Left a sample of what I wanted done and asked for 150 labels to be printed, because that was the same quantity I purchased in my last tow visits at the Greenville store. Well, I got a call saying that I was sent two proof emails which I never received, and then was told that I would have to purchase 1,000 labels and have 150 of them printed. I explained to Jessica the manager that I had ordered these labels at the Greenville store, and that I never had to purchase an entire box of labels in order to have them printed. She told me that I was more than welcome to go back to the Greenville store, so I told her to just cancel my order. I won’t do business with a merchant who doesn’t care whether customers come back to do business at their store or not. I immediately got in my vehicle and drove about 1 minute to the store to request my sample back, so I could take the sample to Greenville and save the person there as well as my self some time. Also, that way 2 of my labels wouldn’t go to absolute waste. Well, when I asked for the paper with my samples and notes, it was nowhere to be found. I have not received any sort of proof emails either.So, bottom line, they want to force me into buying 1000 labels that I have no use for at this time, they threw my property away and when questioned said that it was store policy, that had I been there earlier I could’ve had it back and that I could get the same info from the emails I was sent, but never received. I asked the manager how come It took me less than two minutes from the time I got off the phone to the time I walked in the door and my paper was already gone? She said that they were getting ready to close at 6:00 and they were cleaning up. But, I spoke with her on the phone at 5:32 and was at the store no later than 5:35. She said she would send me the proof email again and verified I had the correct email, yet no emails have come.I own a small local business and support local businesses as often as possible, but after today, Staples in Rockwall is off that list of local business that I support. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Ordered chair on line . I called store, they said it is up front waiting for you. I drove 50 miles to pick it up. I got to the store and no one knew anything about it. No box up front totally useless help . finally they bring a box from the back that is suppose to be up front and it is wrong. they just said we dont have the chair . thats it .no im sorry no explanation . they are a minus 5 but I dont have the option for that . sorry help useless manager. manager never came out .they are to big to care .and dont . stay clear .I will go elsewhere . so should you . this is the third bad experience . 5/23/17 . Rockwall tx store . the store on I 30 in dallas is just as bad.

Stood in line or at the counter for an hour waiting for a printing order that was prepaid and supposed to be ready upon arrival. It was not. The new girl behind the counter had no idea what was going on and the other employees wandered around doing nothing really.

Yes, I have to agree with some of the other comments, the print area is a disaster. I have now been asked to resend my files 3 times and not a clue when I will see a draft. Just steer clear of the printing area, I think there is a lack of experience here.

Staples advertises that it is a UPS store. It is NOT. I went there because AT&T told me to take an Internet modem to UPS store to return it to them. I discovered that staples is not a UPS store as advertised. They do not handle any type of returns.

The times that I have been the service has been really friendly and efficient. I had some cards made online and there was a problem with the color of the photo and they consulted me before printing it so dark (which I appreciate because it speaks of their professionalism) I had to go to the store to look at some options to improve the photo and they They helped me in everything, even my English is very poor and one of the girls who attended me looked for a person from her team who speaks Spanish and English which was a greater facility for me he was very friendly and efficient (Ricky) I was there for a long time there and I am 38 weeks pregnant and he was very kind and gave me a chair to wait while I did the modifications. I think it is important to highlight when you receive good customer service, without a doubt I will always return here !! All the staff in general are very friendly and helpful !!
