Took wood samples for them to match stain colors. The guy at the counter was friendly, but wasn’t sure if they could do that. After asking someone in the back, he took my info and samples and said they would contact me within 5 business days with the match. Zero contact from them at all. Staff isn’t knowledgeable, and overall that is pretty bad customer service.

Sherwin Williams is one of the best paint stores Ive shared my time in. Ive used alot of their paint and stain. Paint quality Is top of the line. If you buy right, a good quality paint, you can paint with one coat instead of two, saving you time and labor. The store in Rockwall is put together well with a good variety to select from. They have no problems matching a paint color for you. I saw a slow but steady stream of customers who were met with professionalism and friendly customers service.

Just wanted a classic grey. So many choices! I asked what the most popular color was. They gave the too three and it really helped me make a decision!

Rip off. $21 for a tiny can of paint. Sales person didn’t even show me what color he mixed. Got home and it is not even remotely close.

Very clean the staff was extremely helpful and answered my, many, questions with a smile in their voice, cant really tell with the masks we all wear now.

I love going to this Sherwin Williams! Since purchasing a home I’ve gone here more times than I ever expected lol. But every time Casey is there and he is extremely helpful, efficient, and nice. This last time I had the pleasure to work with Tyler also whom I would extend the same merits. Over all happy with my purchase and would recommend!

I get all of my paint here because they are able to match any color in any finish you need. We had a hard time painting our media room because both major home improvement stores we went to refused to make the color we wanted in the matte finish we needed, but Sherwin Williams was able to match and mix it for us, so weve been coming here ever since. When they are fully staffed service is efficient and friendly. But there is often one man there all alone stretched too thin, unable to give any customer service, running between answering the phone, helping contractors with huge orders, being pestered with ridiculous questions from inexperienced homeowners. If it was usually staffed with more than one employee I would probably give it 5 stars.

Sherwin-Williams has always been known for quality paint products. Always. This store is usually well stocked with hand tools, hardware, cleaners, thinners, rags, preparation items and the like. Because this is a small store and the only one for a good distance around, it is usually busy.This store can prepare custom colored paints, get supplies and items needed by painters as a rule. The staff has always been courteous.

Casey was running the entire store by himself this past Sunday, working register, answering phone, and mixing paint simultaneously. He remembers customers and is always helpful. You really should have a 2nd person to help him at least run register and answer phone. Hes a rockstar!
