Unique store! It’s nice to have a store that has the items you can’t find at Home Depot or Lowes.

Great place to shop. Very friendly. Had an awesome experience with Mike who works here. Bought an item that would not fit in my vehicle. Mike offered to drop it by my house after work using his personal truck. Thats customer service thats seldom seen these days. I highly recommend this store and will shop here again every chance I get. Simply put, Ace is the place for me!!!

They dont have as much as the big box stores but I like that its smaller scale and everyone can help you find what youre looking for in there. Always in and out quick.

100+ signs on and in the store mandating you still need to wear a mask, or they will deny you service.

The four stars are for the outside coke machine that has the coldest cokes in town at just .75 cents per can. The employees are always helpful but NEVER friendly. They always have what I need but be prepared to be over charged.

A medicocre at best Ace Hardware. The floor staff is generally willing to help unless they are stocking shelves then they act like youre invisible. Dont ever go shortly before closing. Youll get no help and twice I watched them do a count down to closing time where they instantly lock the door no matter who is trying to enter. I am not a big box store fan but this Ace is not the place. Its my store of last resort.

Don’t waste your time going to this hardware store. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Associates were RUDE, and seemed ‘stoned’ on something. Spoke to the owner, and he didn’t seem concerned. Took my business elsewhere. Tried to help the smaller companies, and realize this was a waste of time.

Had to replace key fob..associates are so nice, funny ! Its great they have good sense of humor during these Covid times..easy process

Ace is the place. They are better than the big hardware stores, they may be pennies higher but their people know what they are talking about. In many cases the have more variety than the big boys and they dont make you check yourselves out.

They are always so helpful. Had a car key made and they kept trying until it worked.

They were incredibly rude. The guy asked how I made it past the front door without a mask on... Told him that medically Im unable to wear one and that per the state mandate Im ok not wearing one. He said, well I can refuse service to you and so Im telling you to leave the store right now.

I love this hardware store. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This Ace Hardware is very much like an Old Time hardware store. You can buy a single screw, washer, nut, etc. Not like the big box stores where you have to choose a package of three, even though you only need one. I sometimes makes excuses, so that I can visit Ace.

This place is better then big stores. They the best section I have ever seen, when it comes to needing custom bolts, they have chrome, black chrome, stainless steel best selection . Nobody can has what they have. Staff is awesome. I ride a custom chopper, bolts I need are. Or was hard to find in chrome. Listen, try this store off of 205 in Rockwall. Telling you they are far above others.

This place is such a refreshing option when you live a city known for its big-box stores. Ive come in for some pretty obscure stuff, and theyve always had something that worked. The employees are very knowledgeable and almost TOO helpful! If you walk from one end of the store to the other, I guarantee youll get at least four can I help you?

When I went in they said it is mandatory to wear a mask. It is not the law so went elsewhere. You twice the price as lowes was anyway

Family friendly location. Everytime Ive walked in Im always greeted and asked if I need some help finding what I need. No high-pressure sales or pushy workers. Its like talking to family when you shop here. I like that. The location has a great parking lot with tons of space and very convenient to get in and out of.

This establishment has been in Rockwall for quite sometime. The staff are always knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and friendly. This hardware store has an incredible variety of items including: keys, (including programmable key fobs), various bolts/nuts/washers/screws, of the plain, galvanized, stainless types, paints and samples, garden, shop, home tools and supplies...on and on. I come here for a quick purchase and if I need some assistance it is here. The help and expedient assistance are things one cannot get at the big box stores. I highly recommend.

This is the place with the Helpful Hardware Man. These guys had the odd little bolt that I needed when the big box stores did not, and the guy working with me helped me avoid a mistake that would have cost a lot of time and effort simply by directing me to a better option based on what I was working on. You will save time, money, and effort by going to Rogers Ace first.

They have it all for home & garden. I can always find what I need and tge employees are very helpful. They instantly tell you exactly where it is in the store. The only negative would be that the store requires a card like a grocery store. I really dont want to have to use a card to shop at such a great place. Otherwise it would be a 5🌟 review.

Personalized service right away

Went to get some tubing for air conditioner and the employee that help me he would not listenhe was set in his way and it had to be his way which was the wrong wayI did not appreciate being talked down because he was a man and I was a woman

I came in around 2:00pm today to this store. All I can say is if youre white yeah go there. If you are Asian do not go in. I was waiting in line to check out and I caught a few of the workers looking at me with the stink eye. The lady at the cash register was finishing up with a person and they had not left the spot yet so I decided to wait and give them their space. The lady behind the counter said You wanna keep the line moving and let me check you out?. LADY, the other customer hasnt left the spot yet, I was giving them space. Also, there was only one person behind me and he had just lined up. You want me out of the store that bad? She checked me out fast but didnt give me a bag. The other customers got bags...why didnt I get a bag? I wouldnt expect anything less from a primarily white city.

Usually have everything I need! The guys and gals in here are always polite and helpful. This is one of those places you hear people say If they dont have it, ya dont really need it. Its not a large store, but dont let the size fool ya, they have tons and tons of items inside. And the popcorn machine up front is always a bonus!

What sets this place apart from all of the big box hardware stores is the phenomenal assistance and service and advise they provide!

These guys are awesome. Corporate was running a promotion that they werent participating in, but they still honored it, AND it was expired. Plus they are going to assemble and deliver ahead of my target date, even though they are back logged. This is $124 value alone. It was Mike and the manager who made sure I was satisfied, cant get this type of service @ home depot for sure. They were also $50 cheaper than anywhere else (including online) because they honored the promo. Couldnt have been a better experience!

Great hometown hardware store. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products and exactly where they are located. I even brought in the single key to my 1988 BMW and they had no issue making a couple copies for me. This hardware store saved me a small fortune with just that!

I have been to weekly for years. People are friendly and helpful. If they do not have whatever you are looking for it will be there the next time you are there.
