This place was awesome! They had a very wide selection and the staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help with flooring and house renovation and if you need help with lighting, ask for Brooklyn, she is the best!

Best selection and the best customer service! I wont shop anywhere else for lighting. I sent them pictures of what I wanted. They found the exact lights and ordered them for me. Ask for Brooklyn.

I visited this place one time. I was the only person in the store and the sales person says she was too busy to assist me and stayed at her desk on her computer. So I thought I have some better luck making an appointment but no one calls you back. I ended up going to Lamps Plus in Plano spent my hard earned money there and received excellent service. This place waste of time.

Getting an appointment when COVID restrictions proved difficult at first. Once we got the appointment everything turned out fine. From the store personnel to the warehouse guys everyone was friendly and helpful . We got tile and flooring for our whole house they went above and beyond to take care of us getting tile quickly when we were running into a time crunch. Would for sure go back here for any other projects

Went to store to buy a ceiling fan for two rooms in my house. The lady working there barely looked up from her computer to answer our inquiries. They do not carry any stock and takes at least 2 weeks to receive any order. Do not recommend.

I was Shopping for Cabinet & Door Hardware and found this amazing store in Rockwall. We were building a new home and this was the last elements to pick out.I would have loved to deal with this business and sales rep on other items if not already completed prior to finding this store.An amazing sales person Ashley was there to help! Attention to detail, customer service and a great personality to boot! I would recommend this business and sales rep to anyone needing help on your home remodel or builds!

I just want to say that Kindel is an amazing designer and very wonderful to work with. I have been going to CW for years. When I had an issue with a fan when I sold my house and had to get it repaired before closing CW asked no questions and gave me a new fan to replace the one not working. I recommend CW for all your remodeling needs. We are flipping a large Manor and Kindel got all the details and walked the house and took care of all that we needed. I recommend kindel for my designer... will use her again in the future hope you will to.

This location did my entire house, from lighting to flooring and I couldnt be happier! Kindel made the building process so easy by helping me pull it all together (even choosing paint, which she doesnt sell!). I highly recommend CW Floors.

They have a great collection and good prices. Bought a few things, including cabinet door knobs and handles. Received great service.

Not a sole in the store, 9:30am and they were all to busy to even get up from their chairs to inquire if i need help...UNTIL, I was walking out the door, then it was can i help you! Toooo many places to shop to put up with that kind of service!!!!

Went in to look at carpet. Tom helped me, and was very knowledgeable & kind. This store has all types of carpet, pad, and wood. I was amazed at the lighting selection to choose from.

The company will rip you off. They are just worried about getting your money and never return a phone call. Very poor business ethics and even filed a case with the better business bureau..lawsuit soon to come

Totally different experience than the other comments. I had a quote for wood flooring and carpet from Home Depot and another place and just dropped in here to see if they compare. Overwhelmed by the HUGE selection of wood floors and carpet. Described what I wanted and they beat the price and installed beautiful flooring throughout 4600 sf house. AND...when I needed it done within a week to be able to move in at Christmas,,,they made it happen including demolition of tile floors and removing old carpet. Im also buying lighting from them simply because they have the BEST selection. If you get miffed simply because theyre busy...MAKE an APPT!! Selection and getting what I want is more important than getting **tt hurt!

Im new to Rockwall, and very impressed that Rockwall has their own lighting/design store. I did not experience the same service the other posters did and will be making an appointment with them for my master bath remodel. If you live in Rockwall you should definitely check them out-very cool!

The worst flooring job I have ever experienced. You can feel where the padding doesnt line up under your feet in too many places to count. Loose carpet all around edges. Carpet doesnt meet the wall in several places. Spoke to contractor who told me to contact Kindel for a service call & repair. Kindel wasnt friendly at all, from the moment I met her at the door you could tell that she was displeased to have to come out and look at the issue. I told her of several issues, one of them being that the tacks were sticking up around almost every edge of the carpet and we were constantly stepping on them. She said, and I quote, oh, you can just get a hammer and tap those in. Excuse me?! NO, you can have your guys hammer them in. Seriously, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. We will be replacing the carpet and padding within the next year in our brand new home.

Went in with questions about flooring, staff was not nice, quite rude actually, gave me the cold shoulder for a specific product I was asking for. Even if they had something I couldnt live without I would not have bought it from the rude staff.

Worst customer service that one could imagine. Take your business somewhere else and save yourselves some time and money.

We went in looking for some flooring. I couldnt get anyone to give us the time of day. I dont know how this place is in business with the lack of interest they have in customers. I took my business and money elsewhere.
