I just had to write a review for this young man, John Taylor. I was very nervous about bringing my family items into a store, not having done anything like this before. I had looked on line a year ago for places and picked Johns store, even though it was about an hour away from my home. We had a lot of items, including jewelry, coins, silverware and odd and ends. John spent over 2 1/2 hours with me and walked me through each process. I felt so comfortable with him and trust his judgement and knowledge. I would definitely recommend him and would return to him if need be. Thank you John for making this a great experience.

Every now and then you have an experience where the customer service leaves a lasting great impression. Maybe its a restaurant where a server made it memorable or an auto shop. I had one of those lasting impressions today when I choose to visit Taylor Gold and Silver Exchange. I was about to go to Dallas Gold and Silver in Allen but Taylor was just as close and I read the reviews and they were favorable. Well now I have first hand experience why they are so favorable. I went there to exchange some unused gold jewelry but mainly to ask about some silver bullion coins I had found that were sitting around for 30+ years. I must have asked a million questions but John Taylor was more than personable to answer them all. He even took me thru the verification process of all the precious metals. Gave me all the info and extra on how the whole process and business works. We even had the chance to talk about his history in the business. His percentage cant be beat and his philosophy is sound. Treat the customer right. Offer higher then the normal return on your exchange to make an investment in a return customer. I for one will refer anyone that needs this done to go to Taylor G&S. If you are reading this then you are probably searching for someone to take your valuables to. Your search is over. I will be a repeat customer. If you go see John, you will be too.

After reading nothing but good reviews for Taylor Gold and Silver, I knew that this was the place I would sell some jewelry I had. Just like all the other reviews, I have to say this place is WONDERFUL! The process is quick and simple and I walked out with more than I was expecting. As a matter of fact I had done some research online and had a number in my head of the value of the gold I had so I was ready to be low-balled. But I wasnt low-balled at all and was given more than a fair offer. Definitely recommend!
