My wife recently took our 8 year old son here when they were looking for coin collecting books to start his new collection. Unfortunately they didn’t have any of the start up books she was looking for but the Owner showed them some 2018 Mint collections that he had for $10. After my son picked one out my wife realized she didn’t have any cash and instead of having her come back later the Owner gave the books to my son. My son came out to the car so excited about his new collection and couldn’t believe that this gentleman gifted them to him.Thank you for helping my son with his new hobby. Of all of the places I went to get a quote on my diamond ring, this company was by far the nicest, most knowledgeable, and explained things to me with detail. Others were rude, made it feel like it was a waste of their time, and one even gave me a quote over $1000 LESS than the others. I will be returning to sell my ring to this company.

Had a problem with the Bitcoin CryptoCurrency machine and had to leave without receiving my Crypto after inserting $250.00. Of course there is no way to get your cash back out so I informed the kind woman behind counter who gave me a buisness card and told me to call Johnathan in the morning. I had also left my name and number. Before I had the chance to call Johnathan he had called me by 9:45 a.m. the next morning and within 10 minutes I had my coins. Johnathan also gave me a small percentage more for my inconvenience which truly was not necessary. Staff was extremely rude looked at only 1 out of the100s of gold items I brought in. Told me silver was not silver? TERRIBLE SHOP DO NOT GO HERE. ROCKWALL PAWN IS MUCH MORE PROFFESSIONAL.

I will never go back there again. They tried to lowball me on a James Avery ring that I know sold retail for 495 they offered me $70. She looked it up and found one just like it except for a whole lot smaller and tried to convince me that it was the same one.
