Went here 3 years ago with a Tag Watch I bought for my wife a few years ago to get the battery replaced. I was not 100 percent sure it was real. The technician that replaced the battery is a certified Tag technician and verified its authenticity. I brought a Gucci watch to them for a battery replacement as well. Very fair pricing! I plan on returning this week for watch battery replacements and some jewelry bezels if they can do it. Great family business.

Personally I had a great experience in making a purchase. Found a ring posted on Facebook Marketplace, and made an inquiry late Friday night. Even though they arent open Saturdays, I received a response that morning, & made arrangements to meet at a jewelers to verify I could have it sized down. Super easy transaction, and I dont feel I couldve gotten a better deal. :)

Ask them to send ffl info anytime to a company and within minutes it is done. Best thing is when the guns come in, they call you right away. Staff is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. All of this is only $10 per transfer. Great business to deal with.

I have had multiple very good experiences here. I have purchased a variety of items of which I have some knowledge about and the prices were good. The service was great as well, I think the owners name is Lloyd he was great. This is where I go for my silver purchases.

Rockwall Gold and Silver is an excellent place to do business. They offer pawn loans, Titlemax loans and related services. I had a few things in pawn and I was not going to be able to make the deadline to pay...Lloyd and Martin were awesome as they worked with me and waited til I had the funds.In this situation most pawn shops have no compassion and they will immediately put your stuff on the sales floor but not these guys. Of course I had to pay the daily accrueing interest which was not a problem. It’s business.To close, I highly recommend Rockwall Gold and Silver Pawn! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ABSOLUTE CHEATS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. This pawn shop is not even legal in the city limits, but he knows the mayor and is legally allowed to break the law. These guys will cheat you and will offer you 1/4 of what your items are worth. I did business with them once but never again...steer clear, you have been warned.

I bought an item I found posted online and had absolutely no trouble having it shipped to me. Price was fair and shipping was no more than the normal cost of postage. Couldnt ask for better service.

This is a sleazy pawn shop that zoning laws are supposed to prevent. The owner used underhanded tactics and a special relationship with the mayor to set up his predatory business where it should not be.
