This is the very first time Ive ever came to this gas station in Rockwall and yall have the best pizza Ive ever had in my life it is so good it takes me to a happy place. 😁 😁

Why in the world is your doors locked at 2 am when it says 24 hrs.

Not sure whats going on with this business, but its your typical Rockwall poorest run business just like everything in this city, 8 employees during the day, 1 at night, closed at 11:30pm every weekday for over a month or two, Wow great management, they cant even properly stock there products out for weeks, no ice for 3 or 4 days, whatsConvenient ? Nothing

They had a gas sign showing $1.72 on the side street so I went in thinking I was paying that. Then I noticed the pump and other signs on goliad side showing $1.89

It’s supposed to be open 24/7 yet I find it closed quite often. It’s currently 0525 am. It’s closed. Is it unreasonable to expect a store to adhere to its posted business hours?

Monica is so rude and unprofessional I probably will never go to racetrac again because of how I was treated in rockwall

The manager Jason at the Rockwall, Tx store is very disrespectful and highly rude. He needs to learn how to talk to people in general. He has the worst attitude I’ve encountered

If youre leaving the movies tonight I stopped and got a Cherry Coke Zero at the racetrack. Ive always liked the racetrack even when they were crossed the interstate. Ive always found that RaceTrac gas stations are always clean friendly and have a good choice of things to munch on from healthy oh yeah candy and chips. Their employees have always been friendly and helpful. The one here directly across from ta is bright as a large number of fuel pumps 20 of them a lot of roller sandwiches munchies and drinks a good place to stop on your way home

This station has plenty of pumps and usually has the lowest prices nearby. Large, clean store inside. Large selection of soft drinks, beer, wine, and food. They have a large selection of hot coffee. Restrooms are always clean.

Some pumps don’t work and the ones that do spew gas out of the pump without pulling the lever and now I have gas all over my fuel cap and the side of my truck. Put a Quicktrip here instead.

They have the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen. I dont think theyve ever been cleaned once.

I watched an afternoon manager at the Rockwall, TX store, tell an employee about his schedule instead of waiting until it wasn’t busy to talk to him. So about ten customers stood in line at the front for a long time.When I ask him why he did that where all of us could see and hear him. He told me to leave instead of saying he was sorry.He has always acted like he is better than the customer. All always rude. I ask his name and he had his s back to me and told me it was none of my business.He needs to go to work somewhere else

Whole place just looks disheveled and is a mess. Didnt have buns in the drawer at 12:49 p.m. on a weekday. Barely anything on the grill. Employee opened the box of hot dogs with her gloves on and put them on the grill. I was hoping for a delicious gas station hot dog and instead got more disappointment added to an already frustrating day.

Seems like the pumps are not really maintained. Told the attendant about the my pump issue, he didnt seem surprised or concerned. Windshield wiper fluid hasnt been replaced in a while. Used paper towels sitting in the wiper fluid. Seems like a decent place, just overall not very well maintained.

This was my stop every time I passed. It used to be so clean and the staff was pleasant. Now the pump area is filthy, the window washers are empty or have a couple inches of filthy fluid in them. They lock the side door at night and rarely put up a sign so you have to park and find the doors are locked then walk around to the front. Most of the new staff is more concerned with smoking than working. Cranky lazy staff and dirty outside area makes QT more attractive even though their coffee is terrible. So sad.

The past two days the pumps have terribly slow, tickets dont print which is inconvenient. Poor customer service as when I asked the clerk for the reason the pumps are so slow I recieved silence. When I reiterated, he just said sorry about that maam. Ha Today their bathroom was strewn with toilet paper and hand towels and both dispensers were empty. It appeared and smelled like it had been a couple days since the bathroom had any attention. This is worst RaceTrac Ive ever been to.

Usually clean, manager is great. Cheap gas. Good to go. 👍🏻

2nd shift mgr Don, was a impatient jerk, the only reason I give it a 3 is do to the fact that the first employee, was nice and said good evening sir... while Don sarcastically said thanks, just because he had to make a drop.......
