This place is a ripoff. Take your vehicles somewhere else. These guys try their best to come with a made up story and urge you fix it by them in order to take your money for something that is not damaged.

Had some issues with my truck. Cameron in the shop fixed and clearly explained everything to me. Im very greatful to have met him. Finally got to meet one man in my life that actually cared about a customer & never once complained. TA is very lucky to have someone like this working for them. The man that ran the register & gave estimates was very professional, listened to my concerns & I could not have ran into a nicer 2 people.Thank you!

Got my AC fixed at their shop charged me 398$ Witch is totally fine what’s not ok is it only last 3 days and now I’m in Canada and 18 hours away from the one and only TA truck stop in Canada. So I bring the truck into a shop in Canada to get it fixed the O-rings they installed are magically missing. So I called down and talk to the shop manager and tells me I’m on my own because I couldn’t bring it to a TA. If you would’ve done the job right the first time I wouldn’t have to fix it again. Very disappointed

What a trashy place . trash cans full and trash all over the grounds. in the parking area.This Ta is Nasty. People park all over and noone makes them leave! I try not to come here

I came in this morning around 10Am to shower and eat, My shower was very clean and Burger King food was very delicious. Good service!! Love this place

It’s an overall decent TA, with full amenities. There’s a mall within walking distance to keep you busy during a 34.BK and Starbucks inside.Very friendly and helpful employees in general.Areas that need a bit of improvement:- Cleanliness, in the toilets and laundry areas. The showers were clean.- Maintenance: half of the washers/dryers are out of order, and when the last available washer is full of dog hair, it quite dampens the mood.- Parking lot: please do something about the uneven reserved spots. There’s no way to sleep well in a tilted truck.

No showers because they have no towels, no washers & dryers because they are washing & drying the towels. TA hires anybody wow. They have a very special girl working there named “Wanda” I believe. She cussed a couple of us drivers out after asking how long the shower will take. There are 7 showers and only 1 is being used. I waited 2 1/2 hours before I ended up leaving with no shower.

Short staffed. Took 30 minutes to get fuel and another 30 minutes to get the receipt because of drivers parked and sleeping around the fuel island and the fuel desk cashier running around the lot waking people up and making them move. The other employee was outside the store also so I had the entire store to myself at 2 AM and could’ve taken anything I wanted if I wasn’t an honest person. I know people don’t wanna work these days and it’s hard to find employees but at that point you should just close the store if you can’t get service.

I was told no more spaces available. Then one was a few minutes after that. Redhead being a redhead. Two faced with an attitude for no reason.

Small store, extremely small and crowded parking lot. But decent when ur in a pinch when looking for a place to park

Had to pay for parking. Went in for a shower and my bathmat and towels were very damp. Thank goodness therr was a hair dryer there to use to dry myself off. Lady at fuel desk was very nice.

I arrived there on Friday to do a 36 hour reset.. The staff on Friday evening were friendly and showed me where I could park For the night. The following morning I moved into the parking lot to find a spot. I admit. I had told them that Where I parked had reserved on the pavement But I was told that if there wasnt a sign there it was free So I remained in the spot. Approximately 3:00 a.m.On Sunday morning 26 hours Into my 36 hour resetIs the back shift guyCame banging on my door and demanding me to moveThat I was in a reserved spot and it wasnt paid for so I had to leave and he was quite adamant on me leavingI asked him where I could park in the parking lot he said it wasnt his problem I could put my truck inPC and I could relocate he was not helpful at all. So I left the premises I can guarantee you I will not return eityeah its not return either he was nasty it was nasty and if I had of known Is that I had to pay for the spot it would have been paid for when I moved into it Theyre nighttime guy has a habit of being nasty I wont be back Thank you

Do not get any work done here the mech I had working on my truck didn’t know what he was doing. I needed two antifreeze hoses replaced he spilt antifreeze everywhere and then they made me pay for it . I don’t know why I am paying to train someone. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot

The shower detail lady made me wait for a shower while she did absolutely nothing. I was just waiting. When ppl come to shower.. they are tired and ready for bed. only 2 were occupied. She finally gave me one after someone else showed ip for Inge behind me. It was however clean.. although the toilet seat needs to be replaced and the mirror needs a Frame. The hot water was bipolar.

No Restaurants inside to get a traditional breakfast in the morning. Only Burger King and Starbucks are inside. Avoid that junk !

There is a so called barber shop in this place. I come here a lot,so I decided to get my hair done,and the young lady Denise advised me to come in @ 4pm. Denise never showed up,and once I was there, she sent a text saying the sink wasnt working. I waited all day for nothing. Dont waste your time at this place.

Crazy. Always full. Great spot but locals fill it up. Road driver never gets a chance here on weekends.

Nice stop, but as all truck stops, they don’t need a gun to rob you.

The RV dump station has no hose or water to assist with a normal RV dump. They do charge $10 bucks .

Poor maintenance practices inside and out, pumps busted, bathrooms flooded, this whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt or at least in need of some desperate refurbishing and remodeling.

I thought TA were fast and efficient !!! I was wrong, since 3 pm I am waiting to do an oil change and it is 10 pm and they still do not call me I only had 3 people in front of me and I am still waiting. The receptionist does not mind giving notice to me to ask him why so much waiting and she only answered that in a while they called me and that was 2 hours ago. terrible service TA. Aaa 2 hours to do oil change veeeryyyy slow process .Last time here for sure

Filthy! Please believe me when I say Im not an extremist as I rarely give just one star reviews. But this TA deserves it. Diesel fuel area is filthy, probably not power cleaned in a month, trash overflowing, absolutely not a single bucket of water, mush less window cleaner in the entire fueling area. Mens bathroom had 3 toilet stalls taped off as out of order (out of 6)! I think TA has placed too much emphasis on charging truckers $15 for parking and just screw the rest. Ill attempt to notify Travel Centers of America about the condition as this Rockwall, TX location, but apparently they wont care. Too busy charging parking fees.

You need better parking lot management. I reserved a space but arrived before the official check in time. All the spaces were full but I went by a bunch of trucks without a parking tag displayed. I told the young lady at the fuel desk but she said she wasnt going to send anyone out before 4pm. Meanwhile, there are dropped trailers all over the lot and trucks that are obviously parked for the weekend while the drivers went home. Some were even in the reserved section with no parking tag displayed (thanks CR England and JB Hunt). I was parked in an area waiting for someone to come run some of the space squatters off and what happens?, An employee comes and tells me that I have to move. It was all I could do to keep from strangling him. So, here it is after 9pm and I still dont have a space. So much for reserved parking. SUGGESTION, monitor the spaces all day. Also dont allow unoccupied trucks to keep the weekenders from parking here. Hire a tow company like some Walmarts to boot the weekend parkers, dropped trailers, and reserved squatters. $500 bucks to remove the boot will take care of the problem real quick. Also, there were only 2 diesel pumps working and a RV turned backwards at another pump for several hours. From the reviews it looks like having pumps down is an ongoing problem.

Nice truck stop! Finally got my starbucks.

They make people wait 5x longer for truck bay service so they can respond to roadside assist as it pays 3x as oppose to bay services. Plan to be here all day for minor repairs and to the next day for major repairs.

Have to pay to park. When arrive all spots full and they wouldnt get out and clear spots. Says no check in til 4 but have to be out by 3. Shouldnt have had a problem if they had done their job at 3.

They had a Starbucks and honestly that is why I am providing this review. The Starbucks has excellent service and my coffee was perfect. Also, the gas station aspect is great they provide helpful items that arent just food and drinks. Its a good place to stop by if you are on the road.

Very rude service! I cannot wear a mask due to my heart condition. I have Dr’s release. When I entered the store, the ladies there said “do you have a mask?” I said “I cannot wear one, I have a medical condition” they rolled their eyes and said “figures” HORRIBLE!!

I was waiting an hour for a shower when they were all empty, the lady who cleans the showers just walked around and wasted time even seeing that we were waiting for her

Should not have to wait on a mechanic when already parked in the shop. The mechanic was sent on a road call instead of fixing my truck. Hire more people or fix trucks in order as they come in. No excuses.

Clean and friendly. But, the reason I liked it was the outside table and smoking area. A place to get off the bike, sit and not have to deal with face mask regulations.

I went for inspection, technician told me I need to replace 3 air bags, they want to charge me about $1100, while each one from the dealer $83...i cant imagine how cheaters they are.

No printing services and Starbucks can’t figure out how to post the proper times either. Hand written chalkboard sign outside says they open at 0500 M-S. They don’t open till 0600. Shower rooms were pretty clean but they need to fix the ventilation. It was about as hot as a commercial kitchen.

Rest Rooms: TA & Petros nationwide need to fix or replace the stall partitions. They all have gaps where the door hinges and where it locks that allows anyone walking by to see you squatting. I’ve been to one TA/Petro that solved that problem with a squeegee looking attachment. Until then drivers use long sheets of toilet paper stuck in the gaps for privacy.

Clean place they also have a pet area.

It’s closed, no power, no food, we stranded here, i haven’t eat since sunday noon, seems no care drivers.at least allow us to buy snacks, milk and water for cash before you leave us alone here.

The TA fuel desk lady was cool 👍. She really knew how to talk to a driver, but with style and respect. I didnt feel bad spending $18.00 to park that evening, because of it.

This is the best TA Center no one judges you here great people in the mechanic shop and great people in the store stormie great smile when I come in and awesome hair and the barbershop to the great job on my trimming of my hair and beard well worth the price

Great TA to make a stop 30/10/34. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. TA is clean and so are the showers. Good pressure and hot during late morning hours. Restaurant prices are a bit high but the TA is located right in the middle of a high end city. TA does need to make trash pickups more often. Cans were overflowing. I dropped trash on the same pile for a couple of days.

They dont have management for the shop i come he for shift change wainting 2 hrs for only oil change but the problem the guy doing that coming late

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Fellow truckers if something happened to your truck before coming here call your local mechanic tell him and ask him what you need for your truck. I went to TA repair shop on 15 October before going there I knew which part wasnt working and I need, which was gonna cost me $21 . The mechanic told me that I need $738.58 of part and repair. Since I already what I need i left from there. These guy straight up robbing you. BE ALERT!

Its a very clean and well stocked store. You can get gas, which is always reasonably priced, along with snacks and drinks. They also have a good selection for hot meals such as pizzas, chicken, etc. that are delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have been going to it for a long time and will continue to do so for as long as I am able.

Open 24 hours,customer friendly,has most late night needs.

Waiting 2 days to get a alignment the mechanics spend more time walking around than working on customers trucks. Sick of this place

My husband parks the truck here well one day he needed a battery so I drive him and the core up to the trash area because theres no parking and fire lane up farther so I figured we werent in the way ...well the ta worker didnt think so I saw him deliberately dump the trash boxes onto my car ... when I confronted him about it he said u cant park here... listen if u would have been a decent human being and asked me to move I would have u dont have to try and damage my property

This is a great location for a truck stop. It is a lot of restaurants to choose from and plenty of shops to shop from. And also a Walmart nearby by. The TA is very clean also. I will always stop at this truck stop when I have time to burn. Great safe neighborhood.

Two Whoppers, no cheese, large onion ring and large drink.......... 17 bucks and some change....... But I had a coupon to get one of those Whoppers for free and it was still over 11 bucks..... Pool tables and fairly clean bathrooms with some Fort Howard brand toilet paper...... I ALWAYS take my own!

I come here as my fuel stop, but to also take a small break. I cant do my break infront of the lanes cause its rude. So I look around your lot and you say dropped trailers will be towed yet there were easily ten dropped and none towed. Also bobtail rigs taking 73 truck spaces for no reason tellm stack up or roll out so people can actually have their spaces when needed. Be a man of your word and start towing things

Nice TA but fills up very quickly on parking. Several nice restaurants within walking distance to eat at. Starbucks & BK are located inside the TA. Good stop if your heading into Dallas.

Horrible, cashiers was an idiot that didnt know which gas pumps were working .She didnt pay attention. She swiped my cared so much the bank go suspicious. Just no customer service skills or common sense.

One of the cleanest truck stops Ive ever been to. The staff is great, so helpful and polite. The only issue is the grifters hanging around.

TA Roadside Fuel station might be the complete type of roadside vehicle service area youre looking for. Plenty of easily accessible gasoline or diesel pumps for probably any type of vehicle you are using or have. Inside the easily accessible store, theres food, beverages, candy, gum, sandwiches, tobacco products, souvenirs, stickers, vehicle accessories and more. Restrooms and sanitary facilities are relatively clean and are also accessible to probably everyone. Come to TA and tell us what you think!

Good, safe, clean place to stop for pit stop or fuel. Good access on/off I-30.Starbucks!! & when it closes at 10pm, regular TA coffee area pretty good.Dallas/Ft. Worth area is generally terrible, with LOW parking availability. Of you get here before 4pm, probably will find parking.Otherwise, SOL.But the facility & lot themselves are very good.

Very friendly staff & helpful as well!:) Theres great parking for Semi-trucks, however you want to get there early afternoon, as they fill up fast! This TA has a Starbucks & Burger King in it, plus their own travel snacks, & extras. Across the Highway, theres an awesome BBQ Restaurant & a Cafe too! I recommend this TA.

Nice truck stop. Parking lot fills up rather fast, but the location is great.. its next to a little shopping plaza and a couple restaurants besides Burger King and Starbucks located inside. The staff was awesome. Its 14 for reserved truck parking.

So Road body shop they are not respectful at all they finished my truck I py 3800 dollars they lost my key and I ask about my key the customer service she asked me too who I give the key lol this place are crazy I will never back too here at all

As truck stops go in the Dallas area, not bad. Lot fills quickly and near capacity by mid afternoon. Reserve a spot if coming in late or find an alternative parking spot. Has Burger King, Starbucks, barber, game room.

Busy place. TA personnel are ok. Parking is good, usually can get a reserved spot. Burger King isnt worth the money. Slow service, watered down soda, mediocre food thats barely warm.

The lady at the fuel desk is very sweet and when I told her I paid for parking and there was no parking she went out and made one move that didnt pay for a spot showers was clean food was good parking is not bad at all I will stop again

All restrooms being cleaned and showers waiting their turn too. PerTA cleaning lady 30 minutes to clean and 10 minutes to dry and then some for showers. Smh TA.I believe more courtesy checks would have prevented this but thats my opinion.

Starbucks and Burger King are your food options. The city is uppity so the locals aren’t super accommodating, kinda feels like they would rather see the mayor walk down main with his wiener hanging out before they’d welcome big rig traffic publicity.

Loved it, coffee was outstanding but not nearly as much as the lady behind the counter. Took care of us better than you treat your family. Thank you TA.

Great area. Lots of places to eat besides marked up Burger King. Not a very big parking lot, and its probably over half reserved parking so if youre cheap, and one of those drivers who complain go elsewhere.Currently as of 10/30/19 the card readers at the pumps arent working.

Usually only 3 pumps work and those usually are blocked by drivers taking their 30 minute brake. Last time I was there Robin was working at the fuel desk and was very rude and snarky. I was fueling $600-$900 worth a week but have started fueling elsewhere.

It was good. Not my first time there. Also the employees are very friendly and happy to help. Restrooms are cleam so is the store

Just a regular truck stop hard to get in an out not enough spaces to park. Cause have of the parking spot is full of reserves spots. An if u dont get there by noon u is out of luck trying to fine a place to park. The workers is nice ppl no problem with them

This is a good place I liked it the only reason why I didnt give it five stars is because of the two things that happened. For one theres too many people hanging out there and two I was kind of detain there for a minute but thats a story for another lifetime

I like this truck stop but its location is really busy. Its kind of hard to get out into traffic again depending on what time of day it is. Ta always have a couple food choices and a restaurant. My only problem with ta is they are aging and some of them need to be revamped they just dont seem to be all that clean. But they always have a lot of parking and its a great place to get your truck fixed.

Sit in a parking spot all day, no sign, no painted reserved on the pavement. They wait until midnight and tell me I have to leave. Thanks to this hole, Ill never spend another dime at a TA or Petro.

This is one of the newer TAs it has a Starbucks and a Burger King for restaurants. There are reserved parking spots straight out of the fuel island, if you have one and are a little lucky its easy parking.

By far one of the best TAs in the state of Texas. Shelby did an excellent job of having the bathroom spotless. Robin and Paul had excellent customer service. I would recommend this TA to all people traveling through the area. These individuals work during the night shift, I cannot attest to the other shifts.

All TAs are always clean. The one on the way to little rock as well. More convenient stores need to do this

This TA is pretty run down . The only reason we came here is because of the Starbucks but even the Starbucks wasn’t that great . They are mask police as well but I didn’t see anyone sanitizing . The restrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while . Truck parking was trash . Would literally go anywhere else .

They got my truck in quickly, but fleetnet took their time approving the repairs. I paid for a parking spot as I was going to run out of hours. I had to get security to move someone so I could get the spot that I had already paid for. Ran out of towels in the mens room.

I was traveling so I only stopped in to use the restroom so it was very clean and wasnt real crowded so it was pretty good for just a quick stop!
