Life saver. I m new to this locality. My coffee machine is broke and found them. The girl is wonderful. Greeted nicely, made a good fresh coffee. Taste good. Went back and will go back again. Though was looking for an espresso coffee this time but required beans were missing. I liked it. Love my coffee.

Always love the variety for special diets, and kind people who work there. Very sad to hear they are closing, but Elkins Nutrition will be carrying some of their products soon!

Visited Wednesday (10/14) around noon, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.We typically go to unrefined on Lower Greenville but happened to be in the area so we popped in and grabbed a few vegan treats.The wonderful lady working allowed us to sample some additional things.Great experience and will absolutely pop in again when in Rockwall.

Love this bakery. So nice about making changes and accommodation for various requests. A little on the pricey side but for a yummy option that might be difficult to achieve at home, its definitely worth it.

Ive only known of 1 other vegan bakery in Dallas and it was so refreshing to find another one. I must admit they beat the other one hands down!!! The cupcakes are SO moist and the cookies are delicious! I cant wait to try them again!!

Best experience!! Heather and Patrick were so kind and helpful even though I had a very last minute request. They exceeded my expectations and my cake was beautiful but tasted even better! 10/10 would recommend

The Vegan Cakes are not good. The vanilla one simply tasted like a spongy sourdough bread topped with sugar. A 6 inch cake, which is smaller than a medium pizza was $35.I do NOT recommend !!

I ordered through Door Dash for the first time & it was wonderful! Nicely stapled with delivery, the Keto Whoopie Cookie was SOOOO good! the sandwhich was great as well. I have a gluten allergy so i’m very happy to have found somewhere close to me that I can feel safe eating.Thank you! Highly reccommend.

This is one of my favorite places! If you stick to a specialty diet (paleo, keto, vegan) they cater to all of the above. Their breads are tasty and their cupcakes and cookies are delicious. Definitely try their winterberry pie if you like sour berries like cranberry. The paleo pumpkin muffins are my favorite hands down. Who doesnt love some chocolate chips for breakfast? They have rolls, buns, tortillas, and loaves to suit each diet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can frequently get samples of their wares too, in case youre unsure.

The Rockwall location does not have good customer service. Multiple occasions its been difficult for my mom to get the order I need. But overall as a bakery, especially the Frisco location, its really good, and basically the only option I have for gluten free baked goods other than Sprinkles. The quality is great, just needs some help with customer service.

This is place is a Godsend!!!! i was diagnosed with celiac disease about a year ago and unrefined bakery is the only reason why i’ve been able to enjoy baked goods again! my favorite cake flavor so far has been pumpkin spice and i can’t wait until it comes back (crossing my fingers that it’s soon). my only complaint is that they don’t put enough frosting on their cupcakes hahahap.s. they’ll give first time customers a free cookie :)

The lady that helped me was very nice. She Explained some of the keto products and let me try before I bought some of their products.

I asked if they have cinnamon rolls and was told they do and would warm one up. After I paid I was given a box. Inside was a muffin. When I asked what it was I was told they dont make traditional cinnamon rolls... Instead they have cinnamon muffins. Shouldnt you explain that before I paid?

Love Rockwall unrefined bakery! The best customer service, comparing to other UB sites in Dallas area, fresh food, the girls are always wearing gloves, after three years of eating only gf cupcakes, kids hated the taste of regular cupcakes!!! Thats so good, especially with covid we need to eat healthy not junk sugar stuff!

Very courteous people that work there. We were welcomed as we entered store, offered to sample a few things too. When we had questions about a particular product you sell both of the employees were right there to answer.Our sandwich was very good and service perfect.

I Absolutely love this place! 😍Heather is extremely talented!To be honest I have had bad cake experiences that made me cry..but my mother and I went to pick up my son’s birthday cake and we were both blown away!My mom is so much more pickier than I am and it was way better than the picture I emailed!She was also so kind and very welcoming, she even took the time to cross out and circle what my son can eat from their menu! My son has allergies that I mentioned and it was so thoughtful for Heather to do that!I will be coming back more often! Plus it’s really not expensive at all.Don’t forget you are paying for the labor and skill they have as well!I

All I can say is rude. Happened to eat dinner next door and wanted to get a cupcake got told to leave because I came in with an ice-cream. No sign saying no outside food or drink at least not clearly posted. Instead of assuming we are regular costumers I received an Unfriendly attitude instead of nicely speaking to us and offering to let us purchase a cupcake was a put off andI dont think Ill be back. When we were embarrassed by the employees rude behavior she quickly said have a nice day. Sarcasm was not needed or rude looks.

I give Unrefined Bakery 5 stars because their staff was extremely kind and very helpful. If you have multiple food allergies your choices will be extremely limited here, but you will have a few choices.What I was extremely disappointed in / surprised at was - I perused their online menu for baked goods. I walked in the door expecting to see a selection of said baked goods in their store. I saw an extremely limited selection of such baked goods in their Rockwall store. (I went in about 2:30 - 3PM on a weekday afternoon).I saw half a dozen cupcakes - maybe half a dozen cookies and one cupcake - the rest was some frozen bread / muffins / quick bread / trail mix - lots of trail mix on the shelf and a few other minor items. My dreams of carrot cake or white cake or really any cake went right out the window.The cookies were not bad - super thin - chewy - that day. I bought one chocolate chip one sugar cookie. I ate the sugar cookie and thought Id save the chocolate chip for the next day (if I ever go back would probably eat all cookies the same day).The cupcake was moist -delicious - would definitely buy it again.Again - super helpful and kind staff - five stars to all of them!

The cupcake had a funny taste we asked for 2 lattes one almond milk one coconut they came out tasting funny with no froth we were told that it doesnt froth with almond or coconut milk which doesnt make sense I get them like that other places and they come out just fine. And very expensive for low quality service will not be back

It is very good and Im excited to know a place I can get my daughter safe treats to eat. My only thing is it is a bit high. I understand why though. But just cant get it as much as we would if it were a little less. The cupcakes are 4$ each even if you want a dozen so that adds up very fast. The cookies are also high at 15 for a dozen. But the actual cake prices I find to be about the same as other bakeries.

Great place to go if you like to eat healthy, they have everything you could want, from coffee and drinks, to cupcakes and sandwiches! I typically get the gluten free chocolate cupcakes and the frozen cinnamon rolls, and its all good for you!

Love that we have a gluten free place in Rockwall! Everything I have had here is wonderful. The biggest bonus is that they can make cakes for every special day in your life. I no longer feel cheated that my child cant have a nice birthday cake.

I love that i don’t have to over think my desire to have a sweet treat! I am currently using a Paleo diet for health reasons and unrefined has allowed me to still indulge and enjoy something tasty from time to time!!!

I love how safe I can be here. 1st visit to this location. Today I got a slice of pecan pie, dreamcicle cupcake and a strawberry vanilla cupcake. Pecan pie was real good, however, at $5/slice I may not again. The dreamcicle cupcake was filled, so it was $5 as well. I was not impressed at all. I will not have that one again. No comment on the strawberry vanilla cupcake, Im too full to try it.

Melt in your mouth, delicious cupcakes, cookies, and trail mix. Ive been celiac my entire life (29 yrs), and recently discovered I have a lactose allergy. These are the best baked goods I have ever had. Their are so many options, and I can wont feel bad/sick for indulging. On top of that, the customer service is the best of anywhere Ive been in Rockwall. 100% suggest checking it out for a sweet treat if youre paleo, keto, soy free, dairy free, or gluten free!

Desserts were delicious but expensive. BUT Worst sandwich I ever had. Took the girl over 20 makes to make two of them and they charged me 2×7.50+ 1.50 for the avocado PLUS 7.00 EXTRA dollars for combo which included a small bag of chips a cookie and glass of water that is ridiculous. Everything was small, small chips, sandwich and a little cookie.

They have the best basic GF bread Ive ever tried, tastes almost like regular bread.

Very good with allergen information. My mom gets her gluten free bread and treats here all the time and loves it.

The only bakery I can enjoy so, naturally, its also my favorite! A little pricey sometimes, but its worth it for a taste of baked goods. The one item I routinely get are the Paleo Buns. They pair perfectly with my egg scrambles. Im told the Rockwall location is their most successful! Good job, guys. :)

I called to inquire about ordering a basic chocolate cake with happy birthday written on it, nothing custom about it. I called on Monday asking if I could pick it up Tuesday night at closing. I was told they were much too busy and couldnt make a cake that soon. After hanging up I wondered if they had any already made in the store so I called back. I was told, sure, we have all sorts Really? couldnt make that suggestion when I was inquiring about a basic chocolate cake the first time! This place is awfully independent for a small upstart store in Rockwall!

There are usually samples available to try and the workers are always so friendly. 100% suggest going, even if youre not gluten intolerant, paleo, or keto.

Having celiac makes it difficult for me to eat out sometimes, but not at unrefined bakery. And I have been a loyal fan of Ann and her baking since 2012. On Friday, I got caught in all that traffic crossing the bridge. That traffic delayed me getting to Rockwall until after six. I arrived at Unrefined at 6:01 and although the doors hadnt closed yet, but they were technically closed, the two girls working there Alee and Ashley, let me order my tasty treats! This is the kind of business that I love supporting, great food and great staff from the top to the bottom.
