So slow you could be moving backward! The service was dismissive at best, the line was long and sloooow. The staff couldnt be bothered to work like they were being paid, or even cared about getting their jobs done. Wont bother with this location again.

The service was good but I had ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino but had no cookies in it.I was not happy about this for the fact I did not ask for no cookies and was not informed that they may have been out of this was the case.

I love this location the staff is always friendly but today our order was missing a few items. I called, Chrissy answered immediately (much appreciated) and just like that our order was fixed! Thank you Chrissy, you rock and our sandwiches were delicious.

Considering that this coffee shop has no coffee (iced or cold brew) and its only noon on a Tuesday, I feel Im being generous with 3 stars.

Despite being a busy location, the staff are always friendly and upbeat consistently between customers that Ive seen. Theyre good about getting things right there first time, Ive never had an order made incorrectly. Overall Ill continue to be a customer for this location for the foreseeable future.

Seeing a long line at this locations doesn’t scare me! The workers are fast and great! This location is clean and well stocked with baked items. Tonight I just gave hints to a staff member (Spencer) on what type of drink I wanted and let him create his own concoction. Spencer you did not disappoint!!! This pumpkin spice white mocha mixture is my new favorite!!!!! Thank you so much!

They were out of the ingredients for what we ordered. But, what we did get was great, & as usual, their free water was very good.

The drive-thru’s box wasnt working properly so we couldn’t make the order through it. Because of this, when we went to the window the cashier girl was rude.

They got my drink wrong several times, one time the guy with green hair tried to tell me it wasn’t wrong. It literally had no espresso or sweetener. Just milk. They literally are trolling their customers

This location is excellent. The bri stas are experienced and know how to make even the most complicated drinks. The furnishings are comfortable and modern. There is plenty of Room to bring a group but its OK if you just go solo.

It’s the next closest place to get your local dose of caffeine. Sure it is good! But it is still overpriced and otherwise a place I keep paying outrageous prices for tasty coffee.

Be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more for your drink if you go inside. Their drive through is fast though.

I went last night 5 minutes before closing without knowing it was 5 minutes before closing & after I was greeted and told the barista what I wanted he responded with ‘this late? Really?’ In a really rude tone Which threw me off I then asked ‘oh are you guys about to close’ and he responded with ‘yup literally in like 3 minutes’ with the same rude tone, I apologized and told him Nevermind and drove off, cried the whole way home cause I’m pregnant and extra sensitive right now and all I was craving was starbucks 😔

Today, February 5, I approached this place for my daily coffee and it was really an incredible experience. It had never been received with such kindness and joy. It was an incredible experience that it is very gratifying to arrive at a place and be treated. In the way you did in this place, thank you all for your kindness and joy that you provide to your clients. Hopefully, they will learn from you how to treat a client because I really take an incredible satisfaction with the attention I received in this place made my day very happy

I love the food here but the experience and the customer service is not so great One time I came and I wasn’t quite ready to order and I said can I have a tea please and then I had remark to myself and said oh sorry I need one more second and he continued to tell me it’s like ordering a pizza and not telling anyone what you want on it and he said it in a very rude tone and was very passive aggressive I haven’t had a problem with any other staff members that it’s just this one guy We’ve also had many more issues with the same guy this is just the main one

This is by far my favorite Starbucks I have ever been to. I love Starbucks coffee as is, but the staff make the experience even more personal. I love the openness of this location and the general ambience that’s created by the love of the staff and the amazing smell of coffee. Can’t wait to be back.

A wonderful Starbucks with an open floor plan and ample comfortable seating. Two padded benches right across from the pickup counter so you have a designated place to sit while you wait.

Ordered mobile app. Got there waited 12 mins. With no one in line. Clearly they need more employees at this location. Tom thumb is faster service so is Kroger with lower prices. Drinks are comparable.

Ordered an almond croissant and waited a while just for them to say they are out of them. Then they offered an exchange and I accepted the coffee cake which I realized till later that it was cheaper than the almond croissant. Beware of bait and switch!

The stores layover is beautiful. Their set up is quite efficient. Very little wait Rome here.

Met a friend there, first time since they opened. The ceiling is not sound proofed or insulated and the floors are concrete, making for a loud and lousy atmosphere. Theres noise from the kitchen area as well and at times difficult talking to one another. The wood seats at the tables are uncomfortable to the point of me getting up with a backache. They should have spent a little extra on the comforts. I will NOT be back .

Best one I have been to. They make the best coffees and I am treated like the best customer on every visit.

Every location makes my favorite drink different. I never know what Im going to get. This local was ok. My cup was sticky and dripping on the outside.

They put someone in the window taking cash who doesn’t know how to HANDLE CASH!!! My drink was $3.41 I gave her $5 dollar bill and 41 cents to not get coins back but only $2 dollars back. She takes my money then stares at me saying ‘thank you”, I tell her I gave her a five dollar bill. I need my change back. She proceeds to get someone to help her, then hands me $1 and some change and says “here you go BOO BOO” almost trying to rush me to leave! Very bad experience.

A much needed full service Starbucks on the north side of Rockwall. The drive thru is always fast so if you see a line dont let it deter you.The baristas are always friendly and nice. Ive only had a few issues with my order but they were quickly resolved. The service is pretty consistent with only a few hiccups on occasion.Outside tables could be cleaned more often but the inside is well taken care of.The food case looks good and the prep area looked maintained.There are a couple of long padded benches on one side of the seating area that are weird. Nobody ever sits there so it would be nice to have more tables or comfy chairs.

Im giving it three stars for timeliness or lack there of. When I came in with my friend for an evening drink, she ordered tea and I ordered a frappe. However, for some odd reason she got her tea waaay before I got mine. Everyone else was getting their drinks and stuff that came in after us. I mean I love Starbucks but there needs to be a better system for getting out coffee and teas. The time before that I went in with another friend who only ordered hot cocoa. I got my frappe first and then 5 minutes later she finally got her cocoa. I get that theres a drive thru and whatever. But if people put in a drink order, all the drinks should be made at the same time not seperately... Thats very frustrating
