Here’s the thing about Bubble Bubble - I’ve been going here for over six years at this point, originally at their Terrell location and once they (unfortunately) shut down, we made the 30 minute drive to continue going to their Rockwall location - and no matter where else I go, nothing seems to ever beat it. I live in Dallas now, and I’ve been to multiple tea houses or places that have similar menus - some chains, some local establishments - but none of them beat Bubble Bubble. I’ve never had a better milk tea, or fruit tea, or even smoothie for that matter. Everything they do here they excel at, and we still make an excuse to head over to Rockwall so we can stop here. The people here have always been great, the owners seem super hands-on and are always friendly, before the Pandemic the ambiance was always spot on and was a great place to meet friends either for a quick drink or for board games or even solitary studying/working. Not to even mention how well they’ve adapted to the Pandemic, which has been phenomenal.It’s a double edged sword - we love this place, but nothing has come close to matching them at their game - so if we ever leave the area and can’t get to Bubble Bubble, we know we’ll have to settle for subpar drinks elsewhere. If you’re a local, make yourself a regular here, whether for the milk tea or smoothies or coffee - you won’t regret it.

Super cute place for boba! They have other things besides boba too so that made it even better! I personally had the caramel milk tea with tapioca. It was ok but not something I would get again. Nice place though.

Simply delicious.. My fave boba place ever. Beats Gongcha and Sharetea. My FAVE was the vanilla strawberry jam blend with added boba. I recommend to everyone! The only sad thing is (i am assuming this is due to covid) that there is no inside or outside seating. :( hopefully that will change soon.

Oh my gosh it was so fabulous! The best bubble tea place I can find close to me.. And thats an hour away! :D There are so many options and it was great. The service was also super nice. My only complaint is my app didnt work. They also have super cute faces on the lids

MUST TRY! We love their coffee drinks! We were pleased to find BB during the pandemic, it was such a treat when we’d just go for a ride to grab a drink! They’ve always given quick friendly service! We love it!

Best boba tea place in the vicinity, hands down. The boba tea here ALWAYS tastes fresh and delicious. The flavor here is richer and better than any other boba places I have gone to. They have a wide variety of flavors and customizations. Furthermore, the website they have to order boba tea makes it really easy to customize exactly to your preferences. I have been to the popular franchise boba locations in Carrollton and Frisco, but this place is better. If you live in the area and crave boba tea, you need to check out this place.

One of my favorite places in Rockwall! Everyone here is always friendly and the drinks are delicious. Even with covid precautions the staff does a wonderful job making you feel welcome and are always quick and efficient. Nothing but great things to say about employees who always go out of their way to make you feel at home in the short amount of time you are with them, even in these times of uncertainty and change!

AMAZING bubble tea! I got a Taro with extra tapioca and was extremely impressed with the quality, taste and how quick they were. The covid situation was a bit odd but worked well.

My friend and I went tonight in mind to get a nice smoothie. But, we walked in and we were told, not asked, to put on a mask. We then proceeded to speak through a microphone to order. After we paid, we were standing distance from others, and we took off our mask. The lady at the counter, on the speaker, called us out and it quite frankly embarrassed us. I just wanted to let anyone who does not want confrontation to know that is what you will receive if you go into this business without a mask. We genuinely wanted to support this business because they have been so pleasing in the past. But, I am happy to report that we threw away our punch card and we will gladly take our business elsewhere.

This place is the absolute best! They make incredible smoothies, slushies, tea, and coffee. Ive never had a bad menu item, they are all excellent! Bonus points for taking safety seriously during this pandemic! Theyve instituted super quick and convenient curbside service and even created an app for easy ordering ahead!

Rude cashier. The drink was ok. The boba tea at Healthy Bahn Mi in Rockwall is better and more authentic Besides that, getting a boba tea should be a fun thing, not a dystopian nightmare.

I love this shop. Its comfy seating is a huge appeal and the drinks are great. My go-to is the Jasmine Tea w/kiwi Popping Boba.

We finally visited this tea shop after hearing rave reviews from our friends. It did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and the smoothies were delicious!!! We will definitely recommend this place to others as well as return time and time again.

I recently relocated to the area and put an order in for much later than I ended up arriving. I called with about 5 minutes notice and my order was still ready on time. Everything was well organized, COVID precautions were in place, but the employees looked like a well oiled machine in pumping their orders out to the multiple customers in the parking lot, and outside the store. We ordered 5 different drinks, including smoothies, slushees, milk teas, and iced fruit teas and they were all amazing! The plastic seals had adorable silly faces! We have definitely found our Boba spot!

Their milk tea flavors are tasteful and sweet! This is the closest boba place from Forney and we love it! The cashiers are always friendly :) Thank you for the great service (and yummy drinks)!

Best Boba tea in the area. They have quick service, great flavors, and Covid friendly options. I have placed my order on the mobile app to pick up in 10 minutes and I can get there early and pull up and they bring it right out to me. Excellent customer service and very friendly

Bubble tea and mango drinks here are absolutely ELITE! Was visiting my baby cousins and they told me about this place because they frequent it with their friends. I got the Hazelnut milk tea, the mango lassi, the spicy mango, a passion fruit tea with strawberry popping boba, and a mango tea with kiwi boba and everything was incredible! Quality tea, and really cheap prices! Gotta love it!

Love stopping by on my way to run errands! Their menu is large and you can customize your order to satisfy your cravings. I order my drink online and they run it out to the car when I arrive. They are very organized with their contact-free service, makes it easy to keep going back!

Oh Bubble Bubble! We used to have one in Terrell but it shut down and I guess moved to Rockwall. I make trips ever so often to come and enjoy a Pistachio Jasmine Milk Tea or an awesome fruit smoothie. I will always give this place 5 stars because the staff is so friendly, the location is very clean and aesthetically decorated. Their drinks are a perfect size for the price and it’s just an all around nice place to visit and get some good drinks if you rather skip out on starbucks for the day. They have coffee, espresso, milk tea, smoothies, specialty drinks. If you’ve never been it would be a very cute first date or any date or family outing. They have board games for you to play as you enjoy your drinks as well.

Every time Im in Rockwall, I take the opportunity to get a bubble tea here. They have unique flavors that I havent seen anywhere else. Im a big fan of their rose milk tea with tapioca and crystal boba, the hibiscus strawberry tea, pineapple green tea with strawberry jelly, the coffee milk tea with coffee jelly, and the yuzu drink. They are always busy, but they have the fastest service of any other bubble tea places Ive been. Before I even sit down, they call my name.

Yesterday was my first time trying it and I got a caramel milk tea and it was su su su good! Tapioca pearls werent too chewy and it wasnt too sweet :D I would recommend to anybody

Best place I. The rockwall/Heath/Forney area to get bubble tea. My favorite is the green tea, iced with double tapioca. The driveway is pictured here are the Mocha, Vietnamese coffee, and I belive the green was a matcha tea.

Upon arrival, give them a heads up and in less than 10 minutes your enjoying the tarty but still sweet passion fruit slush tea or the sweet fruity peach tea with boba, jellies or anything else you want to add in. Try the Mangonada with popping mango boba, its a specialty and favorite!

The location itself is a really nice spot with a comfortable clean feel (5 stars) but the boba milk tea is the worst that Ive had unfortunately (.5 stars at best). I took two sips and threw the entire drink away, which Ive never done with something Ive paid for!Maybe try a smoothie or something, but my taro milk tea was brown (taro is purple😳) and tasted like chocolate milk with squishy, over cooked boba. And my drink started to separate in 5 minutes, which is sketchy. This just isnt the area for boba yet- the people seem really nice though

All the drinks are good here! I have tried several and every time is a great experience. The service is fast and friendly, even when it is crowded I have only waited a short time. The classic milk tea with tapioca tastes like the ones I used to get in Taiwan. I cant give them enough stars, this is a fantastic place.

Went there on a rainy day and ordered three drinks (Thai, hazelnut, and taro) I realized I should have asked for a carrier or something before sitting down, but when my drinks were ready and I went to the counter, they were in a carrier and in a bag to make it easy for me to carry to my car. The people here are always so kind and make some of the best boba I’ve ever had! Would recommend to all of my friends!P.S. they also have board games and plenty of space to play with a group of friends, it’s a great hangout in Rockwall!

My wife and I moved from Oakland California to a small town outside sulphur springs, we went from having multiple bubble tea shops within a stones throw of our house and when we moved out here weve had nothing, upon a trip into dallas we stopped to grab some and it was nothing short of nostalgic to the times we spent together during our courting. This place had a great product at the right price with a delightful staff 10/10 would recommend to any one looking for a good bubble tea...

Always very prompt service (which surprisingly somehow got quicker during the pandemic - they already had quick service to begin with). Great rewards program for a free drink, and staff does a great job always remembering to reward you stamps on your punch card. The Spicy Mango (has chamoy, mango smoothie, tajin, and a tamarind straw) is my latest favorite go to - with mango poppers and mango jelly 🤤 I already liked drinking mangonadas from paleterias so this option to add another item I enjoy - boba, was a match made in heaven! 😌

Great drinks! For items containing dairy, they can substitute almond or coconut milk 😊They have several board games, card games, jenga, dominoes. Spent 2 hrs here having a good time with a friend known 20yrs. Ill be bringing my sons here to hang out. Not a huge place, but its nice.

Great choice of drinks. Awesome hang out for all ages. The alvacado with tapioca is a tasty treat. Love chewing on those tapioca balls while playing battleship. Has a television, public restrooms and lots of kid-friendly board games. Good place to meet clients or a visit with family. Customer service is good but lacking something. Cant pin-point it.

Delicious bobba tea

There is no more lovely, friendly and charming independent tea and coffee spot than bubble bubble. The menu has something to offer for the traditionalist and exotic bubbles and jellies for for something extra-ordinary. Highly recommend the passion fruit tea for a sweet treat, but everything Ive tried was a winner. Oh and they have plenty of fun card and board games on hand, what more could you ask for?

I did not prefer the flavor of the first one and they readily let me get a different one which was delicious. The boba is the right amount of sweet and chewy!
