I absolutely loved my experience at Providence Place! Being a bride is stressful enough but they helped me find the dress of my dreams and have been so helpful during this process. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The bridal consultants really know what theyre doing. I fell in love with a dress I didnt even think Id like but my consultant picked a perfect one! Mrs. Karen the seamstress is also so sweet and caring. I cant wait to wear my dress on our special day this November. Thanks ladies!!

Diana was very kind and helpful in the dress searching and trying-on process. She made the process productive without being overwhelming or pushy. My sister, mom, and maid of honor all had fun searching for dresses for me and watching the reveals each time I tried a new one on! Although I ended up finding my dress elsewhere I would highly recommend this boutique. Its got an elegant atmosphere in downtown Rockwall thats an experience of its own. Theyre a professional, high-quality, personalized boutique with a LOT of gorgeous dress options.The one thing that could be improved on in my experience is that when setting up my appointment they should have told me how long to plan to be there. I guessed 2hrs and set an appt for another place just afterward and it didnt allow quite enough time to complete the full process.

Im so happy I chose to get my dress at Providence Place. It was the first and only store I went to to go wedding dress shopping. They were so helpful in helping me try on multiple styles and figuring out what I liked best. They encouraged me to make sure I got the dress I loved. Karen the seamstress was amazing and was present when I was shopping so she was able to help me figure out what alterations I should get. The dresses are all beautiful and they have amazing prices. I was able to get the perfect dress for way under my budget. Their trunk show was awesome to get a veil half off as well.

My crew and I had to wonderful pleasure of picking out my dress this last week with Diana at Providence! The dress selection was great and Diana helped make the experience so much fun! All of the dresses were very reasonably priced and the dress that I picked was actually under budget! I highly recommend Providence for wedding dresses and for bridesmaid dresses, as well. All of the ladies there were so sweet and made me feel beautiful, especially Diana. Thank you, Providence!

Providence is the best place to go for any wedding attire! They beat any prices around town for their groomsmen rentals, gorgeous bridesmaid and mother of brides/grooms dresses and most of all their bridal gowns are amazing! All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They all are so incredibly supportive and not pushy what so ever! Lastly the seamstress they have does great work and I would highly recommend this boutique to any bride!

Would not recommend. My fiancé went in and was greeted by a sales lady that goes by Madison. She was extremely rude to my fiancé and her friends and had only negative comments about my fiancé. My woman has thick skin and for her to leave there in tears makes my blood boil. If I could give zero stars I would.

My Mom and I had the best experience here with Madison and even through this horrible pandemic. This pandemic couldn’t stop the happiness at Providence Place Bridal. She was patient, kind and listened to exactly what I was wanting. She made great recommendations and when I tried on different dresses she really paid close attention to what features I did and did not like about dresses. I ended up choosing my very first dress that I tried on and was in LOVE with how it felt and looked on me. It was a HUGE decision so Madison didn’t pressure me and I told her I wanted to sleep on it. Later that day, I couldn’t stop thinking about it and so I texted Madison and she offered to even come in on her day off so I could try it on ONE more time before I made a final decision. Again, she was so patient. She let me try it on again and told me to stay in the dress as long as I wanted. I did walk around it in and imagined myself walking down the aisle. I was so excited and said yes to the dress! Thank you to Madison and Providence Place Bridal for making this experience such an amazing one. WILL update after alterations, too!

Providence Place was an absolute dream to work with. Madison was my consultant and she was extremely helpful and very complimentary when I found my dress. She helped me narrow it down based on my wedding theme, comfort level and vision for what I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for the dress and even bridesmaids dresses. I cant wait to wear my dress and see my wedding party on the big day! They do Tuxs too!

Came with friend the Bride nice set up just do not like the idea of no photos for memories. Even if they had a small section to allow to take photos for memories for bridal party or bride. Had some nice gowns the head piece collection was great compared to other places. The assistant was overshadowing the experience with not including the showing to Bridal party.

I went to a few different bridal shops and tried a good amount of wedding dresses before going to providence bridal. From the moment I arrive they were so kind and helpful and so invested in helping me find “the dress for me” . I worked with Mrs. Diana she listened to my vision of what I wanted and on my first visit I knew I had found the dress for me. Ordering my dress was super easy and it arrived faster than what I imagined. For the alterations I worked with Mrs. Karen, she really was the best!!! I had met with another alteration consultant prior and it was a nightmare. Mrs. Karen knew exactly what my dress needed and had it ready right on time. Thank you ladies for being my wedding angels!

I purchased my wedding dress from Providence Place over 3 years ago. I still remember it being such a great experience. Lynette and her team helped me create the perfect dress for my wedding. I had an awful experience at Davids Bridal this afternoon. I called Providence Place certain that they wouldnt be able to see me due to not having an appointment. To my surprise, they said yes please come! Lynnette, the owner, greeted me by name and personally showed me around this precious boutique! I had my mind set on what I wanted.... so I thought!! I found The Dress that makes me feel beautiful, like a princess! I didnt want to take it off!! Thank you, Lynnette, for taking your time with me today, for working with me, and for turning my awful, borderline ready to give up, day into an AMAZING time!!

Today we went to look for my sister a wedding dress. Madison is who helped us and I can’t explain what a help she was. We had a large party but they made sure we were all comfortable and even put up with my small children. Madison actually suggested the dress my sister purchased. She helped my sister find her dream dress. My sister was against getting a vail I begged her to at least try one. Madison found the perfect one for her and she LOVED IT! Thank you Madison and everyone at Providence Place for everything!

The staff is great and really made the bride to be feel special. I would highly recommend this shop. They have a great selection of veils and accessories as well.

I was able to walk in during the week, no appointment necessary. The staff greeted me instantly. They let me peruse the dresses, I found a couple I thought I might like, the lady at the front desk (whom I am guessing is the owner) came over and helped me into them. I didnt choose a dress, though they were lovely they werent quite what I am looking for. Kind of a small selection, but the ambiance is just what you want when shopping for that special dress.

The ladies at Providence Place were absolutely fantastic!! They made sure my and my bridal partys experience was super fun and memorable. They dont pressure you or hurry you along; they just let you have at it and have a great time looking for the perfect dress! And once I found it, they had as much fun as we did, adding accessories and veils! Also they worked with me to order my dress over the phone so I didnt have to make the trip over to the shop again, especially after offering to price match another bridal shop across town..Super sweet ladies and very helpful!

I will say that in the beginning the owner and staff were understanding and helpful, as we had already lost money from the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy. After me and the bridal party I was in had ordered from Providence Place, unforeseen circumstances arose and the wedding was called off. As I had only put my deposit down on my bridesmaid dress, I called the boutique to see what could be done. I ended up having to call the store 4 times, and on each occasion the associate could not answer my questions, so I was told each time that the owner would return my call- which never happened. After this had gone on for over 2 weeks, I finally did get to speak with the owner when I had called yet again, and I asked about the possibility of even just getting store credit. She informed me all sales were final and that nothing could be done, which I do respect. But the moment I questioned her once more and pointed out that the dress hadnt even left the store and no alterations had been done to it, she interrupted me to aggressively remind me that she had done enough for you people (referring to the bridal party I was with). I thanked her for the third time for what she had already done for us, and calmly asked her to not become aggressive or frustrated towards me as I was not becoming frustrated towards her. The interruptions only continued from her as well as her telling me that she had done enough. She also began speaking negatively about the bride, even though she had no idea what had happened to result in the wedding being called off. I ended the conversation before my emotions got the better of me. I have no say in how she speaks to people in her personal life, but when it comes to customer service, it is completely rude to interrupt people and speak to them in a condescending, frustrated way. I am thankful for what the company did when they were getting my money, but I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism when they werent getting my money.

Providence is amazing!!! By the time I got married I considered providence my second home. I got my dress, the bridesmaid’s dresses and my mother’s dress as well as the men’s suits here. This is a one stop shop and they are all so sweet and easy to work with.If anyone is looking for an alterations lady, Karen is phenomenal!💕

I was fickle bride - we had 5 months to plan the wedding and I didnt feel strongly about dress style so it was hard to make a decision. The ladies at Providence Place took amazing care of me and my mom! They picked an array of styles that I could buy off the rack, due to our short timeline, and took the time to talk me through what I liked and disliked about the various styles. After just a couple hours I had the dress of my dreams! I have been to the big bride superstores with friends over the years, and the level of personal service they provide at this shop is worth the slight increase in prices. I have had a handful of friends find their wedding dress at this shop and we all had amazing experiences! I would definitely recommend it!!

Getting my wedding dress at Providence Place was the best choice I could have made. Everyone was incredibly nice and extremely helpful. I appreciated the warm environment they provide and the honesty with which they talk to you. They never tried to sell me anything in order to make more of a profit; they told me what they really thought and wanted me to, honestly, look and feel my best. Absolutely Gorgeous store! Went here to have my son fitted for his tux. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and felt welcomed. We had a photo of what we were looking for and she had a book that we could look at several books actually and she was very helpful. We ended up picking out a tux that was much better than any tux Id seen recently. The price was super reasonable and we were in and out of there in @20minutes. Also noticed some beautiful wedding and formal gowns in the store as well. Its location is right in downtown Rockwall so you cant miss it. No need to ride to Dallas, or Mesquite. This is where you want to go!

All my life i thought I wanted a princess dress and maybe if I would have gone to another store I would have picked it. But walking into here there were so many options and every dress was better than the one before. The staff was so helpful and it didnt take me long before I knew the one I was getting married it was more than perfect!! Thank you.

This place is awesome! The owner and everyone who works there is so friendly. They truly made me feel special and welcome. The shop is cute and has a great variety and they said they would special order dresses for me. Im so glad I went here and would highly recommend it.

I have not finalized my dress decision from the boutique just yet, but part of that is because these ladies are WONDERFUL. I have had great (beyond great) customer service so far, and they even checked a dress status for me on a day they are closed. I am waiting to hear back to try on a few more dresses, if they have them -- which, they are working on checking for me, again, because of such great customer service! I am super excited to finalize my choice with them and work with them for fittings, bridesmaids, etc. I cannot rave about these women enough!

Staff is super attentive and they really listen to what you want and dont try to over sell anything. Prices reasonable as far as wedding dresses go, and they even have a sale rack. They are masters at listening to what you want in your budget and helping to find the dream dress! They really get to know their brides and are just amazing people. By far the best bridal customer service! They were so professional and knew exactly how to clip the dress as if it were already tailored to your body. The other shops I went to paled in comparison.

The salon is smaller and more intimate than the big chain stores and is very clean and organized. It never felt overwhelming or impersonal. My daughter and I just stopped in, in the middle of the day and we had the place all to ourselves -- it was fantastic! We had not made an appointment, Lynette and Toni made the day magical for us! They picked several dresses that word flatter her figure. Every dress my daughter tried on was beautiful, she picked the first dress she tried on, we were in and out in 40 minutes! The air condition was amazing!!

I rented a suit from Providence Place and they made it super easy, and the shop is very nicely remodeled.

I stumbled upon Providence Place while looking at a wedding venue in the area. Went in without an appointment just to look at their selection. While I was there the staff asked me if I wanted to try any of the dresses on, even though I didnt have an appointment. They were amazingly helpful, even replaced a frayed ribbon for free. I bought a dress right off the rack, and it was still in pristine condition! I would recommend this shop to any bride looking for a one of a kind dress.

Providence Place was recommended to me by a friend, and I was not disappointed! Providence Place is small and classy, but has a perfect selection so you dont feel overwhelmed like most bridal salons. The owner is absolutely sweet and genuinely cares about each and every person that walks through the doors. I did not live in Rockwall, but still purchased my dress along with my bridesmaids dresses. Everything arrived in a timely manner, and the staff always called with updates. I would recommend Providence Place for any bride-to-be, whether she lives in Rockwall or in another city. My experience was amazing, and the customer service and selection exceeded my expectations.

I went here in search of a wedding dress and I was really excited about the store because of all the reviews unfortunately this was not the case. Upon arrival I filled out a sheet with my budget and signed an agreement that stated no photographs would be taken. To start with all the dresses are not covered so they sit out gathering dust. Secondly, the attendant at the store did not offer or try to help me look for dresses. She just stood on the side watching me go through all the dresses by myself. When I did see a dress that I liked and the price was above my budget the attendant only offered to do a payment plan instead of helping me find a dress within my budget. The dresses on their sale rack are dirty, styles are outdated, all dresses in the store are over priced and over all my experience was atrocious.

The dresses are to die for with a variety of selections and price ranges to match what every girl could dream of.
