I knocked my mirror off backing into the garage. I ordered a new one online. Dropped it off on a Friday afternoon to have it painted. They promised that it would be ready in a few days. They had it finished and ready for pickup Monday, a day early. Quality work and a reasonable/fair price for a small project. I will be using them for any future auto body paint or collision needs!

Had a fender bender repair done on a 2020 Hyundai Veloster 3/2021. Work was done in a timely manner but had an issue where there might have been a misunderstanding on my part as to the detail of the repair, what part will be repaired and repainted, and what could be buffed out. I had assumed that if buffing was not going to remove all scratches it would also be fixed and repainted. That was not the case when I picked up the car, after further discussion with Rick, he decided to go ahead and repair the buffed out area free of charge just to make me happy. I am happy to say the least and will use him again for future repair. Very pleasant staff to deal with also. One suggestion I have is that, there should be some precaution taken when painting the fender of any car, that is, the engine should be covered and the areas around the hood, fender part under the hood and around the engine compartment should be cleaned of all body dust before handing over the vehicle to a Customer.

Top notch - A+ experience all the way around from the front desk to the body/paint shop. No one can tell my car lost the mailbox battle. Fixed on time and for quoted price, which was very fair. Even stayed late for me to come in and get estimate.

I had my son’s car repaired by Rite-Co Center. It was minor damage but they didn’t hesitate to help me out. Repaired the next day at very little cost. Very courteous and prompt. I would certainly do business with them again.

After being involved in two accidents, the second just days before my truck was due to go into a shop for the first accident, I found myself with a truck that my insurance company totaled just because it is a 2002 model. Never mind that it was pristine in almost all areas and that I had just put in over $2,500 in updates. I bought the truck back from the insurance company and then found that many name brand body repair shops won’t touch a vehicle unless it’s insurance work! Lucky for me I found Rick, the owner of Rite-Co Collision Center. Rite was nice enough to stop by my house and take a look at my truck. The truck had a radiator issue so was not drivable. That from the start saved me the towing fee to his shop in case the truck was not repairable. Though major damage existed, Rick said he could do the job. It took some time to get the damage fixed but Rick returned my truck to me just as I had asked, doing everything I asked. The pain matched perfectly and for a 15+ year old truck, it looks great. I could only be more happy if the accidents didn’t occur in the first place (first accident by an insured driver, second accident by an un-insured Amazon sub-contracted same day delivery driver). Thank goodness for my un-insured coverage. Most of all Rick’s work didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. In fact the entire work was well under what the major’s that wouldn’t take the truck said they would charge. Most important, Rick understood how much I appreciate my truck, not just a truck, but this particular Avalanche. I had spent over a month locating it when I purchased it new in 2002. This is my truck and I wanted it back, Rite-Co delivered. Thank you Rick.

This place really takes care of their customers! Although they were very busy and service took a little longer than expected, Rick went out of his way to make sure I had my car back before the Memorial Day long weekend and delivered my car to my house himself since my husband was working and I didn’t have a ride up there.
