Rockwall Auto Group is an honest company you can trust. Patrick is a very nice man that is willing to help you get a reliable car within your budget. I love my car and the payments I make are very reasonable. During the hard times of the COVID pandemic, Patrick has been extremely understanding and flexible. He has gone out of his way to help me with any problems I’ve ran into. His mechanic, Bobby, is also someone that is honest and knows what he’s doing. Great company!

Beware!! he sells car with something wrong it! Now I have to spend about almost half the price of the car I bought from him just to fix the car. I recommend not buying a car from this guy or atleast let the mechanic check the car before you purchase.

Had a vehicle painted this time last year. Within six months had several areas on the hood where the paint was peeling. Took it in before the holidays and was told they were rock chips although he didn’t like how big some of them had gotten. At this point it’s peeling in several places all over the front of the hood. He told me to bring it back in the second of January and he would try and have it done by Friday. I had it there when they opened. They weren’t there so dropped it off. Called him and told him where the keys were. He said he’d look at it and call me back. Calls back an hour later after I already got home and told me he couldn’t do it today due to the weather. He said he wishes I would have called before I dropped it off. When I told him didn’t know why I needed to as that was the day we agreed to. He then gets rude and says this is how it’s going to be. If I leave it then it won’t be ready until next week. Or I could pick it up and coordinate a new date and time to leave it as now is not a good time for them to do it. So really don’t know why he’s not doing it now, weather or because they can’t work it in. Either way he could have told me when I dropped it off until waiting an hour later. My assumption is he just doesn’t want to deal with it and must have figured I would have forgot to bring it in after the new year. I took today off to drop the vehicle off with him. I really had hoped I found a body shop as good ones are hard to find. But if you want them to stand behind their work don’t use this one.***Edited after owner’s response***I’ve included pics to show the quality of work I received. These all came less than a year after the paint job. These are all allegedly “rock chips.” Which ironically the 11 years the vehicle was on the road before only had one maybe two rock chips that resulted in the paint peeling. Also, I was scheduled that day by the owner. He knew he was behind the day before, but didn’t bother to call before I took the day off work. The excuse I was given at the time was that the weather was bad, but for some reason didn’t affect him painting it the same time frame one year prior when I was paying him. Last, didn’t bother to mention how disrespectful and rude he was on the phone to let me know, “this is how it’s going to be.” Regardless pictures will allow others the opportunity to decide on their own. Also note while looking at them the rust that’s already showing.

Pat always seems to make an undesirable situation better! Unfortunately, I’ve had to take a few different vehicles to him over the past several years, but he always makes the process easy, goes above and beyond, and his work is fantastic. It’s hard to find honest, hard-working mechanics/painters that care about their customers and not just the money. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else.

Patrick Henry Paint & Body did an amazing job with my vehicle. They communicated consistently and worked with the insurance agency in a timely manner. In addition, they took extra steps to repair my vehicle. They are top notch professionals.

The pictures show why I gave 5 star review and also Patrick Henry pricing is reasonable, he took time to answer all my questions and worked well with my insurance, but most of all how quickly I got my car fixed and back on the road.
