This is a wonderful rug store. The owner Mr. Alan Ahmadi is such a gentleman and so knowledgeable about all kinds of rugs, and his son Arash is also incredibly gracious and helpful. We bought two rugs so far and get compliments on them all the time. Also, we turned in a wool rug for cleaning and the rug turned out so beautifully! Anyone who owns a nice rug should have them regularly cleaned at Pooshan - it makes a rug feel so luxurious and brand new and is totally worth the (modest) cost. I recommend this business to anyone looking for informed, helpful and family-oriented, nice service. Highly recommend.

Allan is great owner! We had bought a beautiful Bokhara rug from him without really seeing if it would fit in our new home. Once our home was done with renovations, we realized the rug was too big for the space we originally had planned and wanted to see if we could use it as store credit. Allan without hesitation accepted our plea and worked with us to get 2 modern rugs that would work with our home. It was a pleasure to work with him and the Pooshan team. POOSHAN has made our carpet experience incredible.

We had a good experience here. My wife and I received a rug, purchased from this store, as a Christmas gift. We decided we wanted a rug twice as large, and had no problem with them giving us credit for the original rug and selecting a larger rug. So we feel they are focused on customer satisfaction.They also have a huge selection of rugs and the prices seemed reasonable and somewhat lower than we had seen at another rug store.

I am a very dissatisfied customer and will no longer do business with Pooshan. Until recently, I considered myself a loyal customer. Over the years, I have purchased numerous rugs from Pooshan. I am not happy at all with the recent cleaning of two of my rugs. I was told there was no issue with the cleaning, but I disagreed. I requested a refund of the cleaning fee, and was refused. Pooshan was rude, evasive and yelled at me. I felt this treatment was very unprofessional. The only option that was given to me was to bring the rugs back for further work at an additional cost. I decided against this option and will be taking my future rug cleaning and purchases to a company that understands customer service.
