Majid and his colleagues at Aladdin Carpet were great to work with. He spent a lot of time reviewing our options and coming to a decision. He also was very thorough to explain the ordering and billing process to us. Signing the contract was also expeditious and easy. Once ordered, installation was scheduled about three weeks later. The installation guys were very courteous and professional. They did a great job as evidenced by the attached photos. They left the house clean and replaced all the furniture that had to be moved during installation. I would recommend this company very highly.

Our experience with Aladdin and our project designer, David Naghibi, was excellent from Davids review with us over 2-3 meetings of the wide options available, to the selection of the particular vinyl plank flooring we chose to cover a large basement area, to installation. During delays for the delivery of the flooring from overseas due to supply chain issues, David kept us reliably informed, and when it arrived was able to quickly arrange for installation. I contacted Costco for floor installation and I met with Majid Zamani to get an estimate for luxury vinyl plank installation. During the entire process, from getting the estimate through installation, Majid was very helpful, courteous and prompt in his responses to our myriad questions. The installers were Melvin and his brother, and they were a great team. They not only moved the furniture around during installation but also did a final cleanup of the floor after installation. I dreaded having the original wall-to-wall carpet replaced in my house, and kept putting it off. If I had known how easy it would be with Aladdin Carpet & Floors, I would have done this years ago. Majid Zamani and the installation team did an amazing job to replace our old carpet with vinyl flooring. It looks great and the installation was very professional. The team does not skip corners in floor preparation - they identified, filled and evened out cracks in the concrete before installing the planks, which will assure a long life of our new flooring. The whole experience of getting a new floor with Aladdin Carpet and Floors was amazing. Our laminate floor (throughout the first floor) was badly damaged and David Naghibi, project designer, worked with us from start to finish. He worked with us to suggest the best flooring for our circumstances. They even tore up the old tile. (The old laminate floor was put over top of the old tile.) He also assured us that they would inspect the sub floor underneath and replace any damaged wood. He was personally involved and in constant contact with us concerning delivery and installation. I wanted it done right and Mr. Naghibi and Aladdin Floors did not disappoint!The entire job only took 1 day, although 3 days were allotted. Nery, the installation manager and his crew were professional, and precise in their work. They made sure everything was clean and furniture was returned to the correct spot.We chose a vinyl flooring that is completely waterproof and damage proof: Adura Max. we couldnt be happier! The floor is stunning and super easy to clean.We plan to have other things in our house replaced and we wouldnt have anyone else do it.

Aladdin carpet just completed a job at my house yesterday. It only took them a few hours to get the old carpet out, and lay the laminate wood planks down. They left no mess when they were done. We have always used Vertical Connections for our carpets, but this time we thought lets get an estimate from Costco as well. Costco contracts with Aladdin Carpet. Mr. Majid Zamani was our point of contact who came home to provide an estimate. He was very professional and explained in detail the different carpet types and also the different padding. He also suggested color types for different rooms etc. Then we asked him to come again, which he did to provide more details. When we had questions, we would text him, and he will respond almost immediately. Mr. Zamani is very knowledgeable in carpet material, installation, etc. The guys who came for the installation were very efficient and respectful. The installation was immaculate, and it looks exquisite and beautiful. Once the installation was complete, Mr. Zamani emailed us the warranty, etc. Overall the process was very smooth, and everything was on schedule. I would never hesitate to give Mr. Zamani 10 out of 10.

I contracted with Aladdin Carpet and Floors to replace common area carpeting in two of my rental buildings. David was very helpful in recommending the right material for the entry halls with heavy traffic and assisted in getting me the samples that I needed. The installation for both buildings was scheduled on a day which snow was predicted and I thought they would cancel. The installation went on as scheduled and was top notch. The installation team finished the first building, then proceeded to the second building about 5:00pm and had to bring the materials and carpet through snow, rain and slush. Within a couple hours I was contacted by Alladin to schedule an appointment. Majid Zamani arrived at the exact time of the scheduled appointment. Majid Zamani came out and brought many samples for me to look at. I made my choices and he made it quick and easy. When the pandemic hit He worked with me and held off the installation till my elderly mother was safe with her shots. When it came to the insulation there was a issue in the kitchen with some wood rot in the cabinet. He spoke to me and sent pictures and assisted when I sent the handy man by to work out a solution.

At the Showroom, we worked with Nader Davari, who was very pleasant and very informative about the pros and cons of the different types of flooring that was available. He then came to the house to carefully measure all the distances, nooks and crannies that the installers would need to work on. The installer (Sergio) was extremely pleasant and hard-working, and the end result is fine: the flooring looks good and seems to be very level, and the house was left quite clean. Aladdin Carpet & Floors is a reputable company. They do great work and if they make a mistake, they are quick to fix it. We have had two separate projects done at our home. Sergio, one of their installers, we professional, timely, and had a great eye for detail! Sergio runs a great crew and Aladdin knows how to find talented people to install great flooring.

My Sales Manager/Representative, Mr Majid Zamani was amazing. He didn’t just sell me carpet. He taught me about flooring, flooring options and the good and the bad for my project. He made me feel like he cared that my selection was both cost efficient and that it met my needs. He was like family. He gave me his cell number so whenever I had a question, he responded right away. Absolutely wonderful customer service! The crew that did my installation (which was led by Sergio) did an outstanding job! They were on time. They worked hard and efficiently. They were meticulous and courteous. They moved furniture that I couldn’t move and when it was done, they cleaned and helped me rearrange my furniture (since I had a brand new look)! Vinyl plank flooring installed. The technicians did an excellent job. They were efficient, with attention to all minor details. They adhered to covid-19 regulations and left my home spotless where they were working.This is the second installation with Aladdin and it was a pleasure working with Majid. Henry Ziaolhagh of Aladdin Carpets is the most professional and courteous gentlemen I have ever worked with. I have been a long time client of Aladdin carpets and not only is their staff amazing their products have always been the top of the line. Henry gets it done in a timely manner and I can not imagine working with any other company. John conducted the initial survey and measuring of the space. He followed up with me throughout the entire process including a point of confusion regarding what spaces were being worked on. I had a great experience with Aladdin Carpet installation of my Costco purchased carpet. It began with Majid Zamani from Costco coming to my backyard, with his mask on, and showing me samples of different carpets. He educated us on different fibers, carpet backing, and the process of getting carpet through Costco. He always responded to my texts quickly, which was much appreciated. The gentlement who laid the carpet (sorry I dont know their names) were excellent, moved all my furniture, put it all back in place and cleaned up everything. My whole experience was terrific and my carpet is GORGEOUS!! Just in time for Thanksgiving... except this year we will be celebrating outside! :-)

Great service, communication, and quality of installation!

We did our hardwood floors and carpet with Majid Zamani through Costco. He was very professional and the quality of the work was amazing. Majid clearly explained the different floor options that we had and he even gave us better design ideas. The installation crew lead by Angel was great, they were on time, respectful, and the materials and installation were outstanding. Angel did a walkthrough with me to make sure that I was happy with the final product. They also re-arranged the furniture like it was before and cleaned up all the dust and residue. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Had Aladdin install vinyl plank in my basement through Costco floors. Majid Zamani was the regional rep I worked with and he was great. Walther Rojas was the installer and he did a great job installing and worked fast. He was very conscientious and did a beautiful job on the floor. I now have an awesome home gym at a reasonable price.
