Ara and his team took great care of me. Ara spent so much time helping me pick out the perfect dining room carpet. George was very patient with my delivery schedule changes. And the delivery men didnt leave until the carpet was perfect. Would highly recommend

I could not be happier with my purchases from Carpet Palace. Mark and his team take incredible care of you, from ensuring you’re getting the best deals to ensuring your carpets come out perfect. I’ve used him for both wall-to-wall bedroom carpets and custom area rugs. You get much better deals and designs working with him than you do from buying pre-made rugs. I never leave reviews but his service and products are worth it!

CAUTION: If they ever talk to you about delivery fees, make sure you know what youre getting. It wasnt until a week before delivery I was told that delivery mean CURBSIDE. Was told I would need to figure something out (hire a couple of movers to get my kitchen cabinets from the curb to inside my house). WHAT?!I asked if they could have a different delivery company assigned to bring the pieces inside my house. Said they would check, but I never heard back.They said the truck would have a lift gate to get everything down to street level. Boy were they wrong!The delivery truck backed into my driveway, rolled up the back door, moved a box to the edge of the truck and said, Eh. No lift gate. No help from the driver. No nothing.Disaster, and this company has seen the last penny they will EVER see of my money . . . The follow-on purchases of flooring, tile, countertops, fixtures -- Ill get from a better company.

Very genuine people. Was such a pleasure to be their client. Not only do they know their carpets but they wont try to up sell you on anything. I was looking for some really cheap flooring for the laundry and recommended me to look elsewhere. Worked with us patiently to find the carpet that both suited our needs and met our budget. We went back and forth a few times, and they came out twice to take and re-take measurements. Did an excellent job of installing the carpet as well - did not need to do any touch ups on the walls. If youre looking for flooring - dont look any further.

As a teacher, I was looking for carpet remnants for my classroom. Carpet palace had a huge selection. After speaking with them briefly, they donated approximately 30 carpet squares/rectangles to me for my classroom. They loaded my trunk up for me without hesitation. They were kind, knowledge, and extremely helpful! I would recommend this local business to other teachers and consumers.
