Adolfo, the Genesis service manager is top-notch; he remembers my name, car and personal details. I don’t feel like a number at this dealership. I also appreciate the safety protocols followed. Everything is clean and I feel safe. Well done.
The Fitzgerald Genesis concierge service is the most outstanding auto service I have experienced in 50 years of car ownership. Adolfo is very responsive and efficient. He offered me a loaner car or a ride home. I chose the ride home. Adolfo got me a Lyft ride that came in 10 minutes. When my car was finished Adolfo got a Lyft ride to bring me back to the dealership. The mechanic resolved my car’s problem in a very timely manner. My husband owns an Audi and the service at Rockville Audi is rude and unresponsive. I am so glad I purchased a Genesis instead of an Audi.
I was recommended by a friend to come here even tho I didn’t have a Genesis but Mr. Adolfo took great care of me! He is a knowledgeable professional and got me in and out for service where as my usual dealership has me sitting for 2-3 hours with outrageous prices. Make sure to see Mr. Adolfo, he’s the BEST!!! Someone give him a raise!

This was by far our best car buying experience, and weve purchased 15 cars and walked away from many others. We bought our G70 through Tong Liu and it was as quick and painless as possible. Tong was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling and all the features the car was equipped with, unlike one of the other associates I got to speak with on the phone, at the same dealership. Tong clearly took the time to know his product and thats very rare in todays world. I was disappointed in the first associate I spoke with, who didnt even know the difference in the 2021 vs 2022 G70. Tong certainly redeemed this dealerships reputation in my book! We received better treatment at this dealership than a Jaguar dealership in the DC area! People like Tong are what makes the Genesis experience pure luxury!

I cut one star because of the dealerships overall layout. The place is shrink-wrapped! Waaaaay too small. Parking, driving through the lot, space for inventory; theres none of it here. That seems to be standard for dealerships in the area but that doesnt make it alright. Move to a larger parcel of land, give customers some breathing room, and increase the amount of space available for more vehicles! Moreover, with a larger space, it would be possible for Genesis to elevate the customer waiting lounge to something more appropriate for a lux brand. That would be the second star off. If Genesis is going to position itself as a premium brand, in competition with the Germans and Lexus, it needs to upgrade the customer experience. Dont get me wrong, the people are great. The sales rep that worked with me was a fireball of energy and enthusiasm, and the financial rep was unbelievably personable and outgoing. The cars, themselves, are top notch. I wasnt even planning to get one! After the drive, however, I was hooked. Hyundai/Genesis has good reliability, too. All the ingredients are here, they just need more space to really flourish! Dont let my 3 stars dissuade you from stopping by and trying one of the vehicles. This really is a good dealership, it just needs more room to shine.
