The receptionist (Pricilla) sent me to the right area of the showroom but none of the salespeople who saw me even acknowledged my presence much less spoke with me.
I use the parts department. They have the plumbing parts that Home Depot and Lowes dont carry. The staff is also very helpful and Friendly.
Ferguson is far and away the plumbing supply house around. The in stock selection is unrivaled and the knowledge of the associates is masterful.
As a homebuilder, we appreciate the high level of service we, and our customers, receive from the team at Ferguson Rockville.
Update: the rep who assisted us on a Saturday needed to contact the manufacturer and was supposed to call us on the following Monday. She never called back. After we called her she promised to get the info and call us back in 10 minutes. She never called back. We give up. I contacted Dominion Electric and they were highly attentive to our needs and cheaper. So we ordered from them.***Great selection of kitchen appliances, bath fixtures, lighting with a few ceiling fans. Great place to get ideas. The staff are usually busy so you have to ask for assistance or check in our front. Ask for a contractor discount and you might get a few more dollars off the deal.
We worked with Terry Hutzell on getting new appliances into our kitchen and he was great. He helped us get the things we wanted at the price we needed and then was super helpful and accommodating when we needed to change the order. Terry represents the kind of excellent customer service that all businesses should strive for. We will be bringing our business back to Terry and Ferguson for a long time.

Went for 3 inch cast iron pipe and 3 inch no hub couplings. The guy behind the counter said they were out of 3 inch cast iron pipe. Not good I needed it for my job at Shady Grove campus. He went and found the pipe. Yes... they had it after all. Job could be done after all.
We went prepared with several choices from Fergusons website. Mr. Dixon Udoma showed us those and several others. He patiently answered our questions, made suggestions, and we made our purchase and future plans. We will be back and hope he will be available to help us again.
Our experience with Ferguson has been great. We renovated our Master, kids and guest room baths and everything turned out beautiful. They have a huge selection to choose from. We enjoyed working with our designer, Myrina. She helped us choose some harder to find options and helped to patiently guide us through a process that was new to us. I would definitely work with her again!
I asked the cash register at the front desk to purchase the parts needed for the heating radiator valve part of the house, but I was very unkind and young, but I just came out because I was unkind.
Terry was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking kitchen appliances, keeping in mind our price point preferences. He was exceedingly cooperative even after we told him we were moving out of the area. I have worked with Ferguson before and would work with them again without hesitation.
Amazing service and selection. Somehow greeted me at the door and made sure that I was assisted. I didnt waited less than 5 min for someone to be available we even though the store looked busy. Dixon was amazing. He really helped me understand the product and helped me pick what I needed. He also gave extra tips and tricks for installation. Will go again.

Visited this place today but it wasnt the first time. Weve never bought anything here because prices are very high and service is lacking at best. Today proved nothing has improved. We waited for over 20 minutes, beeper in hand, finally Id had enough. Handed the receptionist the beeper, she attempted to apologize, I said, yeah, I bet you are and out we walked. Actions speak louder than words. And it was early on a Friday afternoon with not many customers in-house. So I dont know what the problem was but as far as I could see there was no excuse to keep us waiting that long. They just lost some major business as we are renovating our master bathroom from the ground up. Well take our business to another store that has the time for us.Jan. 28, 2020;FOLLOW UP TO MY REVIEW ABOVE:I have placed two calls to Kevin Sweeney, Branch Mngr at Ferguson Bath, to follow up on my review above per his comment: Please contact me at your earliest convenience.... As of late this afternoon, Jan. 28, I have not heard back from him. And he is in the showroom...I asked the receptionist. Apparently, it is true...actions DO speak louder than words and your actions, Mr. Sweeney, speak volumes on your view about customer service or the lack of it.
The connector on one of our pendant lights broke. The staff at Ferguson were wonderful in securing a replacement part. The manufacturer was out of business, but they found a part that would work from photos I sent, ordered it, and explained how to do the install. For a $10 part, they really went the extra mile. Thanks to Rachel and the team.

Myrina at Ferguson Rockville is simply terrific. I cant say enough good things about her. She is the best sales consultant I have ever met in my life. A true professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and responsible. I embarked on a significant remodeling project for my newly purchased house, without fully realizing what it would entail. She made life less painful at every moment--guided me toward the best purchases in my budget, gave the best discount she could, and made exchange/returns a breeze. I think some of their things are WAY overpriced - specially since some pieces arent even original and I can find the same thing on wayfair for 1/4 of the price. They do however have a beautiful store and a great deal of selection for your viewing pleasure.

This is a high end showroom. Ferguson carries all levels of fixtures and supplies, but this showroom skews to the high end. They do have complementary design help though and the staff is super friendly.
They took the time to find me a part for a fixture that I did not purchase from them. Who does that? Unbelievably helpful ! Will be returning to make purchases!
