Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost.Just like the review below, these guys never showed up for the appointment without any notice two times. Every time I call Best Buy, I am put on hold for more than 30 min and keep getting transferred to different departments. I ended up cancelling my order after two months of waiting and frustration.

If Zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. Terrible experience. They use a horrible subcontractor for delivery / installation. The first time I was scheduled for delivery they did not show up. I rescheduled for the following week and they arrived - in the last 5 minutes of the four hour window - but the dishwasher was damaged so they said I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled again and they failed to show up again today. No call. No explanation. In addition to the fact that I have now wasted three full days waiting for them, to no avail., since I live downtown I need to get permits every time at a cost of $55/ per permit so I have wasted $165 on their failures. And still have no dishwasher.
